Abstract

The problem of student character or morals is a serious problem for the Indonesian people, the decline in morals and morals that continues to be eroded by the times is one of the impacts of the decline in the character of citizens. The rise of cases of bullying, student brawls, free sex, drugs, motorcycle gangs, to the current Korean wave must be a serious concern and it is necessary to find the best solution to improve the morals and morals of the younger generation. This study aims to obtain information about fostering the moral intelligence of citizens, especially students, carried out by community organizations. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The results of the study found that the community organization in this case, namely IPPNU had various objectives, one of which was to foster the moral intelligence of its members. The moral intelligence that IPPNU wants to achieve and build is universal values, namely the character values ​​of mabadi khairu ummah (character values ​​of being honest, trustworthy and keeping promises, being fair, mutual cooperation, and consistent) and the character of ahlussunnah wal jamaah (values ​​to behave moderately and fairly, to be balanced between humans, nature, and God, and to be tolerant).

Abstract

This article provides information about community service activities in Gintung village, Cilejet, Bogor. Community service is carried out to answer the problems of the institutional partners of Gintung Cilejet Village, namely trying to educate the community so that they can increase awareness and enthusiasm of the community to continue education. This paper describes by outlining a series of preparatory activities and outlining the service agenda. This activity was carried out with the fostered community, namely the parents of Cilejet Bogor in the Gintung village environment. The conclusion from the implementation of community service still needs to be developed capabilities regarding education in the community so that the interest of the community and parents in education can be carried out.

Abstract

Memberikan sosialisasi mengenai bahaya penyalahgunaan deepfake kepada masyarakat khususnya bagi para pelajar generasi muda penerus bangsa merupakan hal yang sangat penting di era digital saat ini. Kemajuan teknologi deepfake yang semakin canggih menjadi penyebab utama dalam permasalahan yang terjadi di masyarakat. Keunggulan dari teknologi ini dapat memanipulasi gambar, video dan audio yang tampak seperti nyata. Kasus penyalahgunaan deepfake yang semakin marak terjadi dan menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan. Teknologi deepfake sering disalahgunakan untuk tujuan penipuan, penyebaran informasi palsu, atau bahkan perundungan siber. Hal ini menyebabkan teknologi deepfake menjadi ancaman serius bagi masyarakat, terutama bagi kalangan muda yang sering terpapar dunia digital. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan merupakan metode sosialisasi yang dilakukan melalui berbagai kegiatan, yaitu presentasi materi, video interaktif, dan sesi tanya jawab. Hasil dari penerapan metode sosialisasi yang digunakan membuktikan bahwa metode pengabdian yang diterapkan efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa-siswi mengenai bahaya penyalahgunaan deepfake, karena terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan sebesar 55% dalam hasil post-test yang mengindikasikan keberhasilan sosialisasi ini dalam mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Penggunaan media sosial di kalangan remaja meningkat pesat seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi digital, yang saat ini menjadi bagian integral dari kehidupan sehari-hari. Di Indonesia, dengan lebih dari 167 juta pengguna media sosial pada tahun 2023, banyak diantaranya remaja, muncul kekhawatiran terkait pelanggaran etika komunikasi dalam bermedia sosial, seperti ujaran kebencian, perundungan siber, dan penyebaran hoaks. Proyek edukasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan pemahaman etika bermedia sosial bagi siswa SMA Darul Ma'arif. Proyek ini mengajarkan pentingnya komunikasi dengan sopan di media sosial, komentar sesuai etika, serta pengaruh jejak digital terhadap masa depan. Melalui pendekatan pembelajaran interaktif, seperti presentasi, diskusi, kuis, dan games, siswa diharapkan mampu memahami dampak dari perilaku digital yang tidak etis dan menjadi pelopor perubahan positif dalam lingkup digital. Proyek ini juga melibatkan pembuatan materi edukatif berupa poster dan dokumentasi video, yang diharapkan dapat memperluas jangkauan manfaat bagi komunitas masyarakat. Hasil evaluasi proyek menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman siswa, dengan nilai rata-rata post-test mencapai 86%. Dengan membekali generasi muda dengan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang etika digital, proyek ini mampu untuk menciptakan lingkungan media sosial yang lebih aman, positif, dan bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

The increasingly widespread use of digital technology has brought new challenges in maintaining account security, especially among users who still have minimal understanding of various cyber threats. For this reason, we carry out Community Service Activities (PKM) at SMPN 250 Jakarta which aims to increase students' awareness of the importance of digital account security through education using the McAfee antivirus application. The methods used include interactive education about cyber threats such as malware and phishing, as well as tutorials on using the McAfee application to prevent cyber attacks. The activity begins with a pre-test to measure students' initial understanding and ends with a post-test as an evaluation of increased understanding. The results show an increase in students' knowledge of digital security, from a pre-test score of 58,97% to 92.76% in the post-test, which indicates the effectiveness of the education method. This increase shows the importance of digital account security education in the digital era, especially for technology users who are new to the internet. It is hoped that this activity can continue to be expanded to various groups to build awareness of the importance of maintaining the security of personal data from cyber threats. From this activity, we have produced several output products in the form of articles, posters, and videos. The article contains in-depth information related to the topic discussed, while the poster is designed to provide education in a visual and attractive manner. In addition, the video produced aims to provide interactive guidance and increase audience understanding of the material presented.

Abstract

The lack of visual and interactive learning resources in the Visual Communication Design (DKV) program presents challenges for students at SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta in understanding Digital Marketing material. This program aimed to enhance students' understanding and engagement through an interactive learning application on the "Content Creator" theme. Conducted at SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta, this program involved 11th-grade DKV students as partners. The Activities carried out are educational which includes planning, developing content and visual assets, application testing, and evaluation. Results indicated a significant improvement in students' comprehension, as shown by a 71.86% increase in the average post-test scores compared to the pre-test. The application demonstrated a positive impact on students' interest in technology-based learning tailored to visual needs. This innovation is particularly valuable for DKV students as it integrates visual elements, animations, and educational games. This program can serve as a model for similar initiatives in other schools, adapted to various fields of study. It underscores the importance of integrating technology as a modern learning resource in the digital era

Abstract

The increasing use of social media among the younger generation has become a major concern in the context of character development and religious values. This article aims to investigate the potential and effectiveness of utilizing social media platforms as a tool that can strengthen the religious character of the younger generation in the digital era by the Shift Pemuda Hijrah community. This research method is based on a qualitative approach, with data collection using in-depth interviews, participant observation, and social media content analysis. The results of the study indicate that social media can be optimized for strengthening religious character by the Shift Pemuda Hijrah community. Social media can be an agent for forming the religious character of the younger generation if used wisely, creatively, and responsibly. Religious character that is strengthened through digital space will provide a strong foundation for the younger generation to face global challenges, without losing the values ​​of faith and nationality.
