FORBISWIRA , Forum Bisnis dan Kewirausahaan merupakan jurnal ilmiah berkala yang diterbitkan oleh STIE Multi Data Palembang (MDP Business School), Indonesia. Merupakan media bagi para dosen, mahasiswa, alumni, dan peneliti lainnya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan paper yang berisi perkembangan mutakhir ilmu pengetahuan dalam bidang ilmu ekonomi manajemen, akuntansi, dan kewirausahaan (entrepreneurship). FORBISWIRA diterbitkan pertama kali dengan edisi Volume 1 Nomor 1 pada September 2011 dengan ISSN 2089-0001 yang diperoleh dari LIPI. Jurnal ini terbit 2 (dua) kali setahun pada bulan September dan Maret. Redaksi dengan senang hati menerima artikel baik berupa publikasi hasil penelitian maupun gagasan inovatif mengenai perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Artikel yang masuk dan dapat diterbitkan bila telah melalui tahap review oleh para reviewer sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel penelitian yaitu berbagi pengetahuan, kapabilitas pemasaran, kapabilitas inovasi, dan kapabilitas responsive. Lokasi Penelitian dilakukan di Kota Pekanbaru, dimana objek penelitian ini adalah pelaku usaha UMKM Keripik Nanas yang terdaftar pada Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Pemerintah kota Pekanbaru. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pelaku usaha UMKM Keripik Nanas, dengan teknik sampling digunakan untuk menentukan sampel pada penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Purposive sampling merupakan teknik untuk menentukan sampel penelitian dengan beberapa pertimbangan/kriteria tertentu yang bertujuan agar data yang diperoleh nantinya bisa lebih representative. Purposive sampling menggunakan kriteria khusus yaitu; telah berjualan selama 2 tahun, penghasilkan > 2 juta perbulan, dan bersedia mengisi kuesioner. berdasarkan data dari Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Pekanbaru sebanyak 120 UMKM yang memenuhi kriteria tersebut sehingga keseluruhan dijadikan sampel. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa keseluruhan hipotesis terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Variabel berbagi pengetahuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kapabilitas pemasaran. Variabel kapabilitas pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kapabilitas inovasi dan kapabilitas responsif.

Abstract

The Influence of Work Performance and Work Experience on Employees Position Promotion at PT. MenaraNusantara Perkasa Baturaja Branch Office. This study discussed the influence of work performance and work experience on employees position promotion at PT. Menara Nusantara Perkasa Baturaja Branch Office. The population in this study was 40 respondents, the data collection technique used in this study was through the distribution of questionnaires. The analytical method used was a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis tools. The results of the analysis in this study explained that the tcount for each work performance variable (X1) was 2.677 and work experience (X2) was 5.560, which is greater than the ttable value of 2.02619 which states that each variable had a partial influence on employees position promotion (Y) at PT. Menara Nusantara Perkasa Baturaja Branch Office. Simultaneously there was an influence of work performance (X1) and work experience (X2) on employees position promotion (Y) at PT. Menara Nusantara Perkasa Baturaja Branch Office with an Fcount of 32.193 greater than Ftable of 3.25. The value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.635 in this case indicated that the contribution of the influence of work performance variables (X1) and work experience (X2) on employees position promotion (Y) was 63.5% while the remaining 36.5% was influenced or varied by other variables that not included in this study such as leadership, organizational culture, commitment and competence (Edison, 2018:202)

Abstract

The process of offering products to consumers has begun to develop along with the development oftechnology. A proper marketing strategy is the main key to make a business performed well in accordance withcompany expectation. Digital marketing has been widely used by entrepreneur in their business activities to improvetheir company performance. Meanwhile product quality is one of consumers’ consideration in purchasing aproduct. When consumers are interested to consume a certain product, they will most likely make a decision topurchase it. This research aims to find out the influence of digital marketing and product quality on purchasedecisions using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The respondents are 100 consumers of Unilever productsin Bogor Regency with Cluster Random Sampling technique. By implementing a multiple linear regressionmodel, the study revealed that both digital marketing and product quality affects purchase decisions partially andsimultaneously

Abstract

Employee performance will continue to increase if they are happy at work. Workload and work stress areindicators of job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the Effect of Work Stress and Workload on PerformanceMediated by Job Satisfaction Employees of the Employment Social Security Administering Body. The researchmethod used in this research is explanatory. The simple random sampling technique was used to select 100 employeesof the Palembang Branch of Employment BPJS. The research instrument was a questionnaire that had beentested by CFA for both reliability and validity. In this study, the PLS-SEM technique was applied to test complexcausality models. The findings of this study resulted in a conceptual fit model which indicates that job satisfactiondoes not act as a mediator in the influence of work stress and workload. These results can help organizations,especially the Palembang Branch of Employment BPJS in increasing employee productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Green Productivity as a mediation on the work environment andwork safety on the performance of employees of the Production Department of PT Indofood CBP Sukses MakmurTBK Palembang Branch. The population in this study were employees of the production section of PT Indofood CBPSukses Makmur TBK Palembang Branch. The population is 73 people. The data analysis used is the StructuralEquation Model (SEM) analysis method which is operated through the Partial Least Square (PLS) program. Theresults of this study indicate that there is an effect of Green Productivity on. Work Environment and Employee Safety.The R2 value for the Green Productivity latent variable as a mediating variable is 0.930, which means that thisvalue identifies that variations in Employee Green Productivity can be explained by exogenous latent variables(Work Environment and Work Safety) of 93% while the remaining 7% is explained by other variables and the valueof R2 for the performance latent variable of 0.965, which means that this value identifies that variations in performancecan be explained by exogenous variables of 96.5% while the remaining 3.5% is explained by variables notpresent in the study.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to partially analyze the effect of service quality, product quality, brand imageand trust on customer loyalty at Luthier Coffee cafe. Another purpose is to analyze the factors of service quality,product quality, brand image and trust in customer loyalty at Luthier Coffee cafe simultaneously. The researchmethod used data collection from questionnaires with a Likert scale, with a total of 206 respondents. The type ofresearch used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique is nonprobability sampling with purposive samplingmethod and uses SPSS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that the partial test (t-test) of the variablesQuality of Service (X1), Product Quality (X2),Brand Image (X3) and Trust ( X4) positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Simultaneous test(F-test) proves that the independent variables are Service Quality (X1), Product Quality (X2), Brand Image (X3)and Trust (X4) simultaneously affect the dependent variable namely Customer Loyalty (Y)

Abstract

Financial reports are information tools that connect companies with interested parties, which show thecompany’s financial health condition and company performance. This study aims to examine firm size, leverage,audit period, and independent commissioners that affect the integrity of financial statements. The population usedin this study are food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. This studyused purposive sampling in the selection of samples and obtained 13 companies with 35 samples. Analysis of thedata used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS program. Firm size and audit period variableshave a positive effect on the integrity of financial statements, while leverage and independent commissioners haveno effect on the integrity of financial statements.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product quality, with trust as a moderating variableon customer satisfaction. Respondents in this study were customers at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.Palembang Branch. This study uses two testing methods, namely simple regression analysis and Moderated RegressionAnalysis (MRA). The first hypothesis, Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.The calculated F value is 88,528 with a Sig value. = 0.000 < 0.05. The linearity standard is met. The secondhypothesis, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. The calculated F value is93,683 with a Sig value. = 0.000 < 0.05. The linearity standard is met. The third hypothesis, the RSquare value in the firstregression equation is 0.475 or 47.5%. The second regression equation after the moderating variable (Trust), theRSquare value increased to 0.552 or 55.2%. In conclusion, the Trust variable can strengthen the influence of theService Quality variable on the Customer Satisfaction variable. The fourth hypothesis, the RSquare value in the firstregression equation is 0.489 or 48.9%. The second regression equation after the moderating variable (Trust), theRSquare value increased to 0.593 or 59.3%. In conclusion, the Trust variable can strengthen the influence of theProduct Quality variable on the Customer Satisfaction variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived benefits and perceived convenience on purchase intentionsusing the link sticker feature in Instagram stories. This research is a type of empirical research. Data collectiontechniques using the survey method, by distributing questionnaires to respondents who are considered representative.The sampling technique uses convenience sampling. The results showed that perceived benefits did not have apositive effect on purchase intentions through the link sticker feature and perceived convenience had a positiveeffect on purchase intentions through the link sticker feature on Instagram stories.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menunjukkan seberapa besar dampak penggunaan e-commerce padapertumbuhan ekonomi digital usaha kecil dan menengah (UMKM) di Kota Malang. Metode kuantitatif yang digunakandalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan UMKM di kawasan Soekarno�Hatta, Kota Malang. Pada penelitian ini, uji validitas dan reliabilitas digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa penggunaan e-commerce memengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi digital UMKM di Kota Malang.
