Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Employee Engagement on Employee Performance At PT. Sinar Kencana Multi. Data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of analysis by using hypothesis test (t-test) obtained t-count (11.143)> t-table (2.03951) then Ho rejected and Ha accepted. This means that there is a significant influence employee engagement on Employee Performance at PT. Sinar Kencana Multi Lestari. The calculated coefficient of determination (R2) obtained for 0800. This indicates 80%. Employee Performance at PT. Sinar Kencana Multi Lestari is influenced by employee engagement while the remaining 20% ​​is influenced by other variables mentioned in this research such as individual and organizational factors (Mangkunegara, 2005: 14).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Organizational Culture, Locus Of Control, and Job Stress Against Employee Performance of the Transportation Office of Oku, the population in this study were all employees of the Transportation Office of Oku who were 76 Civil Servants (PNS), the analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the F test calculation obtained the calculated F value of 926.756 while the F table was 2.73. This means that Simultaneously Organizational Culture, locus of control, and Job Stress significantly influence the performance of the Oku Transportation Department. Adjusted Square value of 0.974 or (97.4%) this shows the Effect of Organizational Culture, Locus Of Control, and Job Stress on Employee Performance of the Transportation Department of Oku by 97.4% while the remaining 2.6% is influenced and explained by other variables which is not included in this research model such as Work Discipline and Leadership Style.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pelatihan, Kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) terhadap kinerja pegawai Aparatur Dinas Pemadam kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu ( Studi Kasus Posko Kota Baturaja ). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara parsial variabel Pelatihan memiliki t-hitung (5.443) > t-tabel (1.985) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya bahwa ada pengaruh Pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai Aparatur Dinas Pemadam kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu ( Studi Kasus Posko Kota Baturaja ). Variabel Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) memiliki nilai t-hitung (9.538) > t-tabel (1.985) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya bahwa ada pengaruh Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) terhadap kinerja pegawai Aparatur Dinas Pemadam kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu ( Studi Kasus Posko Kota Baturaja ). Secara simultan didapatkan Fhitung sebesar 661.825. Jadi Fhitung 661.825 >Ftabel 3.09 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya secara simultan ada pengaruh Pelatihan dan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (k3) terhadap kinerja pegawai Aparatur Dinas Pemadam kebakaran dan Penyelamatan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of mutations and workloads on employee performance at PT. Bank BRI Cabang Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. The data used are primary data through questionnaire distribution. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, mutations and workloads partially affect the work performance of employees of PT. Bank BRI Cabang Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. The coefficient of the F-count value is 304,780 which is greater than the F-table value of 3.18, this means that Fcount> Ftable so that it can be concluded that mutations and workloads simultaneously influence the work performance of PT. Bank BRI Cabang Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. The value of R Square is 0.923, it can be seen that the percentage of the contribution of the influence of mutation and workload variables on the ups and downs of the dependent variable, namely employee work performance of 92.3% while the remaining 7.7% is determined by other variables not included in this research model such as ability and motivation factors

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan mengadakan pelatihan bagi mahasiswa ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan agar mahasiswa dapat mengoperasikan aplikasi Mendeley dalam pembuatan referensi dan mengoperasikan aplikasi Google Form dalam pembuatan kuesioner dan pengumpulan data penelitian dalam rangka penyelesaian tugas akhir mahasiswa. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah dengan penyuluhan, diskusi dan workshop dalam implemetasi penggunaan Mendeley Desktop dan Google Form. Beberapa hasil pengabdian yang dapat disimpulkan antara lain: semua peserta telah memahami dan langsung mengalami cara instalasi Mendeley termasuk cara pembuatan akun, mengentri bahan pustaka lewat folder yang telah disiapkan dan memahami dan mengalami cara membuka Google Form dan menggunakannya untuk membuat kuisioner online. Adanya ketertarikan peserta (mahasiswa) dalam mempelajari dan memahami lebih dalam cara penulisan sitasi (rujukan) dan referensi menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley dan pembuatan kuisioner online melalui penulisan tugas akhir mereka. Pelatihan diikuti oleh mahasiswa semester akhir program studi Manajemen, Universitas Baturaja sebanyak 30 peserta. Pelatihan yang dilakukan telah berhasil meningkatkan 80% kemampuan mahasiswa dalam memahami dan menguasai aplikasi Mendeley untuk pembuatan referensi dan Google Form untuk pembuatan kuisioner sehingga membantu menyelesaikan tugas akhir mahasiswa.Abstract: This community service activity by holding training for students aims to increase knowledge and insight so that students can operate the Mendeley application in making references and operating the Google Form application in making questionnaires and collecting research data in order to complete student final assignments. The methods used in the implementation of this service are counseling, discussions and workshops in implementing the use of Mendeley Desktop and Google Form. Some of the results of service that can be concluded include: all participants have understood and directly experienced the Mendeley installation method including how to create an account, enter library materials through the folders that have been prepared and understand and experience how to open Google Forms and use them to create online questionnaires. There is interest from participants (students) in learning and understanding more deeply how to write citations (references) and references using the Mendeley application and making online questionnaires through writing their final assignments. The training was attended by 30 participants in the final semester of Management study program, Baturaja University. The training carried out has succeeded in increasing 80% of students' ability to understand and master the Mendeley application for reference making and Google Forms for making questionnaires so as to help complete students' final assignments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sosiodemografi dan karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap Turnover Intentions karyawan PT. Thamrin Brothers Baturaja. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Setelah dilakukan penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa secara parsial sosiodemografi terhadap Turnover Intentions karyawan PT. Thamrin Brothers Baturaja (3,196 > 2,3313). karakteristik pekerjaan berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intentions karyawan PT. Thamrin Brothers Baturaja (8,704 > 2,3313). Secara simultan ada pengaruh sosiodemografi dan karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap Turnover Intentions karyawan PT. Thamrin Brothers Baturaja (169,105 > 2,85). Hasil analisis koefisien diterminasi menunjukkan bahwa sosiodemografi dan karakteristik pekerjaan memberikan kontribusi terhadap naik turunnya Turnover Intentions karyawan PT. Thamrin Brothers Baturaja sebesar 89,7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 10,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The data analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the partial analysis there was a significant influence of work placement on the performance of employees at PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Martapura Branch, East OKU with a t-value of 3,201. Organizational commitment variable had a significant influence on the performance of PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Martapura Branch, East OKU with a t-value of 2.616. Simultaneously, it was found that there was an influence of work placement and organizational commitment on the employees’ performance at PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Martapura Branch, East OKU with an F count of 19,573. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained was 0.583. This shows that the contribution of the influence of work placement and organizational commitment to the performance of employees at PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Martapura Branch, East OKU by 58.3% while the remaining 41.7% was influenced by other variables not included in this study, for example ability and expertise, knowledge, work design, personality, work motivation, leadership, leadership style, organizational culture, job satisfaction, work environment, loyalty, and work discipline (Kasmir, 2016: 189).

Abstract

The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on theresults of data processing, it was found that the results of the partial analysis oforganizational support variables had a t-count value (12.813) > t-table (2.01290),then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. This means that there is an influenceof Organizational Support on the performance of employees of PT. SatyaMandala Pratama, while the job embeddedness variable has a value of t-count(4.214) > t-table (2.01290) then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Thismeans that there is an influence of Job Embeddedness on the performance ofemployees of PT. Satya Mandala Pratama. Simultaneously F count 286,630>Ftable 3.20 then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning thatsimultaneously there is a significant influence of Organizational Support and JobEmbeddedness on the performance of employees of PT. Satya Mandala Pratama.The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained is 0.926. This shows that thecontribution of Organizational Support and Job Embeddedness to employees’performance is 92.6% while the remaining 7.4% is influenced by other variablesnot included in this research model such as abilities and expertise (Kasmir,2016:189-193).

Abstract

The Influence of Work Performance and Work Experience on Employees Position Promotion at PT. MenaraNusantara Perkasa Baturaja Branch Office. This study discussed the influence of work performance and work experience on employees position promotion at PT. Menara Nusantara Perkasa Baturaja Branch Office. The population in this study was 40 respondents, the data collection technique used in this study was through the distribution of questionnaires. The analytical method used was a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis tools. The results of the analysis in this study explained that the tcount for each work performance variable (X1) was 2.677 and work experience (X2) was 5.560, which is greater than the ttable value of 2.02619 which states that each variable had a partial influence on employees position promotion (Y) at PT. Menara Nusantara Perkasa Baturaja Branch Office. Simultaneously there was an influence of work performance (X1) and work experience (X2) on employees position promotion (Y) at PT. Menara Nusantara Perkasa Baturaja Branch Office with an Fcount of 32.193 greater than Ftable of 3.25. The value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.635 in this case indicated that the contribution of the influence of work performance variables (X1) and work experience (X2) on employees position promotion (Y) was 63.5% while the remaining 36.5% was influenced or varied by other variables that not included in this study such as leadership, organizational culture, commitment and competence (Edison, 2018:202)

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) to analyze and find out how the influence of leadership on the sustainability of legal entity individual business in Ogan Komering Ulu district ,and (2) to analyze and find out how the influence of entrepreneurial competence on sustainability of legal entity individual business in Ogan Komering Ulu district. The independent variables used are leadership and entrepreneurial competence, while the dependent variable is business continuity. The sample used in this study were One hundred and twelve respondents who were selected using the purposive sampling method; namely individual business with legal status in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The data were collected by questionnaires and documentation. The data were analyzed by using Linear Regression. The result of the analysis showed that R square (R2) was 61,2% and significance level was 0.05. This result showed that leadership and entrepreneurial competence had a positive influence on the sustainability of a legal entity individual business in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : (1) untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap keberlangsungan usaha perseorangan berbadan hukum di kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu dan (2) untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kompetensi wira usaha terhadap keberlangsungan usaha perseorangan berbadan hukum di kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Variabel independen yang digunakan adalah kepemimpinan dan kompetensi wirausaha, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah keberlangsungan usaha. Sampel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 112 responden yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu usaha perseorangan berbadan hukum di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan quisioner dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan Regresi Linear. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai R2 sebesar 61,2% dan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan kompetensi wirausaha memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap keberlangsungan usaha perseorangan berbadan hukum di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi Wirausaha, Keberlangsungan Usaha.
