Abstract

Post op fracture of the cruris is a break in the tibia and fibula. Clinically, it can be an open fracture if it is accompanied by damage to the soft tissues muscle, skin, nerve tissue, and blood vessels, allowing the connection between the broken bone fragments with the outside air and the closed fracture. The impact that trauma can have on a fracture is limited to activity, may have the change in the damaged part of the body an the anxiety that may result from pain and pain. This research method used a literature study with a case study of nursing care in post op cruris fracture patients with acute pain problems in the Asoka Pavilion of Jombang Hospital which was carried out in the 2017-2019 period. The results of the literature study show that the priority problem for post op client cruris fracture is acute pain. The literature study of 4 clients showed that there were similar factors causing pain in the post op wound fracture of the cruris which resulted in decreased muscle strength, swelling, dan CRT> 2 seconds. Surgery will produce damaged cells with the consequence that it will release autanoid chemicals that can cause pain. Efforts to cope with injuries from post op cruris fracture by performing techniques in the greeting relaxation activities and listening to music and pain medication. In order to recover wounds from post op fracture, the cruris fracture should be treated routinely and increase their nutritional intake

Abstract

Washing hand is often regarded as a trivial matter in society, whereas washing hands can contribute to improving society health status. School-age children have a habit of paying less attention to need to wash their hands in everyday life.. The purpose of this study is to know the behavior relationship and attitude of washing hand use soap with diarrhea incidence at SDN Guluk-Guluk III, Sumenep Regency. This research uses the analytical design with a cross sectional approach, with technique a total sampling. The results of the study obtained most of the students had negative behavior of 30 students (60.7%), Based on statistical tes there are behavioral relations with the incidence of diarrhea at SDN Guluk-Guluk III, Sumenep Regency, with a value of P-value (0.000) < (α: 0.05). There is a relationship with the incidence of diarrhea at SDN Guluk-Guluk III, Guluk-, Sumenep Regency with a value of P-value (0.00) < (α: 0.05). The prevention of diarrhea should be done by the students use of better sanitation, awareness of washing hand after playing or having. Keywords: behaviors, attitudes, diarrhea

Abstract

Parents have an obligation and are responsible for caring for, caring for, educating, and protecting children. Difficult eating behavior in children can be characterized by refusing food to consume food or drink with the type and amount according to age. This study aims to analyze the relationship between parenting parents with difficult eating behaviors in preschool children. This research uses correlation analytic design with cross sectional approach. The sample used was 42 respondents. The sampling technique used is total sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire. The results showed that most respondents adopted democratic parenting 26 respondents (61.9%), while the majority of respondents with the criteria for difficult eating behavior were 24 respondents (57.1%). Data analysis using Chi-Square statistical test results obtained p value = 0.007 <α = 0.05, then there is a relationship between parenting parents with difficult eating behavior in pre-school children. The level of relationship is in the medium category where the correlation value is 0.483. Democratic parenting upholds openness in recognition of children's opinions and cooperation, children are given freedom but freedom can be accounted for. Abstract

Depression is a period of disruption of human functions related to the nature of the sad feelings and symptoms of the invaders. Family support is a therapy form that includes depression management in the elderly. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship of family support to the level of depression in the elderly. The design of this research is correlational analytic with cross sectional approach with a population of all elderly with age 50-70 years in Posyandu elderly at Siwalan Widodaren Village Gerih District of Ngawi Regency which samples used numbering 81 respondents using the purposive sampling technique. This research data uses the questioners of family support and depression GDS-15, in reality, the results more than half of the support provided by the family enough or moderate as much as 54.3% and a large age of elderly depression suffered as much 67.9%. Finally, the result is 0.000 which means 0.000 < 0.05, then HI acceptable means there is a significant relationship between family support to the level of elderly depression. Then tabulation of the data using the correlation test Spearman Rank. The families should be able to provide support and attention to the elderly so that they feel and still needed and not regarded as a burden, so that the incidence of depression can be minimized. Abstract

Nutrition is an important factor that determines the level of health and well-being of humans where the level of optimal nutritional status will be achieved if the optimal nutritional needs are fulfilled. Nutrition in toddlers is influenced by several factors, namely mother's age, mother's occupation, mother's nutritional knowledge, number of children and family economy. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors related to the nutritional status of toddlers under five. This research uses correlation analytic design with cross sectional approach. The sample used was 59 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection used a questionnaire. The results obtained are that the mother's knowledge of the nutritional status of toddlers was as many as 54 people (91.5%) with a good nutritional status of toddlers. Based on the statistical tests, there is a correlation between mother’s knowledge and nutritional status of toddlers under five in Pucangro Village, Gudo District, Jombang Regency with p = value (0.022) <(α: 0.05). There is no relationship between mother's age and nutritional status of toddlers under five with value of p = 0.431> α: 0.05, no relationship between mother's occupation and nutritional status of toddlers under five with a value of p = 0.405> α: 0.05, no relationship between the number of children with nutritional status of toddlers with p = 0.694> α: 0.05, and no economic relationship with the nutritional status of toddlers with p = 0.188> α: 0.05. The factors related to the nutritional status of toddlers under five must be considered such as mother's age, mother's occupation, number of children, family economy and mother's knowledge, in Pucangro Village, Gudo District, Jombang Regency, 54 people have good knowledge so that they can achieve good nutritional status. Abstract

Out-of-Hospital Cardiac Arrest (OHCA) becomes a central focus of global health issues since the mortality rate is very high. Cardiac arrest can occur in various locations, both in which can not be anticipated (out of hospital) and can be anticipated (for instance: Intensive Care Unit Room). Knowledge level is very essential because with it, the attitude that is reflected in them will be in accordance with the knowledge gained. This research aims to study the impacts of cardiopulmonary resuscitation counseling on students knowledge level and attitude in SMK Kesehatan Sakinah Kota Pasuruan. Using Quasi-Eksperimental design with applying the approach of one - group pre - post test design. The samples are 30 students of SMK Kesehatan Sakinah Kota Pasuruan. using the technique of total population sampling. The data were collected using questionnaire. The obtained results showed that the level of knowledge in the category of low-level was 23 respondents (76.7%) and the attitudes in the category of low-level were 16 respondents (53.3%). After the results were tested using Wilcoxon Test, obtained = 0.000 where p <0.005 In conclusion, cardiopulmonary resuscitation affected the students knowledge level and attitude in SMK Kesehatan Sakinah Kota Pasuruan. To improve the students knowledge level and attitude, accordingly following cardiopulmonary resuscitation may be worked. Keywords: cardiopulmonary resuscitation counseling; knowledge level; attitude

Abstract

Hypertension is a common disease in the elderly. Hypertension can be treated with non-pharmacology such as soaking foot warm water which is useful for dilating blood vessels so that blood circulation. The purpose of this study is to identify blood pressure levels before and after the intervention and analyze the effect of giving warm water soak. The research design used a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test-posttest control group design. The sampling technique uses purposive non probability sampling with a population of 32 people and a sample of 20 people. The results of the pretest-posttest cystole showed a value of 0.001 (P <0.005) and the result of the pretest-posttest diastole showed a decrease in difference indicated by the value of 0.002 (P <0.005). The statistical test used Paired T-Test. So that, there is a significant influence on the decrease in systolic and diastolic blood pressure before and after warm water foot bath therapy. Abstract

For breastfeeding mother, smoothness of breastfeeding is the most important thing to suit her baby's nutrient. Involvement of the family also can influence mother to not give breastfeeding and from interview result, many mother didn't give breastfeeding because of many works to do and production of breastfeeding is less. Purpose of this research is to know the ability of the husband to give oxytocin massage to breastfeeding mother. Research design used pre-experimental method by using one-group pretest-post design approaches. The population is the husband as many as 37 persons in BPM HJ.Umi Salamah, sampling technique and quota sampling got samples as many as 20 persons. Gathering data used observation papers, analyzing data used paired T test method by using standard significance (0,05). Result of the research was average score before counseling 6,05 and after counseling 66,57. Based on statistic test, there was effect of counsel mg by using demonstration menthol to ability of the family (husband) in giving oxytocin massage as many as P= 0,000 (p<0,05) Effort to make breastfeeding run well is by giving oxytocin massage, by counseling and a/so demonstrating about oxyntic massage. This result was expected that family can apply and do that to the mother, there for Mather can give breastfeeding exclusively. Key Word: ASI (Breastfeeding), Oxytocin Massage, Counseling.

Abstract

At the moment there are so many hypertension sufferers. Traditional medical treatment using herbal plants has been used by society to cope many kinds of health problem, one of them is by using Rosella. This study aims to know the influence of rose/la tea to the decrease of hypertension sufferer blood pressure. This research use one-group pretest- posttest design, it is done by do the pretest with intervention previously, afterwards do the post test. Hypertension sufferers population at Karangboyo village are 64 people, it is used purposive sampling technique so there are 20 people as the sample of this research. The results showed that the average of systolic decrease as 14,2 mmHg and the diastolic decrease as 10,2 mmHg. The data analysis test used paired t test get the number of p value 0,000< α = 0,05, it mean that rosella tea has effect to the decrease of hypertension sufferer blood pressure. From the result above it is expected that the medical staff give information to the society that rosella tea could decrease the blood pressure, so that can decrease the number of high blood pressure. Abstract

Tooth decay in school-aged children is a frequent problem, one of the flouncing factors is the knowledge, attitude and importance of maintaining dental health. This study aims to determine the relationship of knowledge and attitude of children with the behavior of mistiming dental health m grade V and VI students m Ml Gayam Gayam Distinct Bojonegoro Regency. This study uses correlation analytic design us mg Cross Sectional approach with population of 45 students and 45 samples. The sampling technique used 1s total sampling. The result of the research shows that most of the respondents have less knowledge than 19 respondents (42,22) and most of the students who are negative attitude are 26 respondents (57, 78%) and most of the students have less behavior as 24 respondents (53.33%). Knowledge and behavioral research vandals were analyzed by using Spean nan Rho test with 0.000 < 0,05 significance result with r value of 0.529 which means the degree of moderate closeness hence there is correlation of knowledge with behavior mistiming dental health m grade V and VI students, and attitude research van able and behavior analyzed by us mg Spearman Rho test with result of significance 0,001 < 0,05 with value r 0,483 which mean degree of moderate closeness hence there relation of attitude with behavior in maintaining dental health al student of class V and VI at Ml Gayam District Gayam Bojonegoro Regency. There is correlation between knowledge and attitude of child with dental health behavior Gayam sub district Gayam Bojonegoro district, knowledge of a child will influence attitude and behavior of child, if good knowledge hence attitude and behavior of child will be good, and vice versa.
