Abstract

Background:  Every monument erected has a meaning and symbol. The meaningfulness of a wait is related to its culture. Cultural signs are visualized through symbols in the form of monuments. Cultural meaning through symbols is an integral part of the cultural journey. In the past, the monument was embodied in the form of an inscription attached to a complete unity in the temple building. Today, visualization is symbolized through monuments, either in the form of statues or in the form of other replicas. The monuments that stand in each city are a reflection of cultural meanings and symbols Purpose: This study aims to read the text of the monument in meaning and symbol. Design and methods: The research method uses a semiotic approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through literature. Data analysis techniques are carried out through analysis descriptions. The subject of research is several monuments in the city of Cianjur. Results: The results of the analysis of the monuments in the city of Cianjur show that all existing monuments are symbols of Cianjur as a city producing tauco, a city that has a maos culture, agricultural culture in the form of a pandan wangi monument. The results of the study can be concluded that cultural meanings and symbols can be realized in the form of monuments. It is suggested, the construction of the monument has more aesthetic value, in addition to meaning and symbols.

In English language, introduction or wording will​ become complicated because need ability To use compile something letters to become a piece of writing that can understood and comprehended by the reader. However in fact there is various type visual form of words on notes English language student school base layungsari 2 cities Bogor. Every student own character letter or the visual character of the writing is different, still Lots students who haven't use letter capital at the beginning of the text and still lots students who use letter capital in the middle of the word. As for the fallacy in writing form letters, there are a number of letter which similar with letter . Purpose: Research This is for knowing visual words in written English language student sdn layungsari 2 bogor city and expected can become reference learning about with visual words in writing Design and methods: Types of research This use qualitative with technique analysis fill in 60 student writings and use triangulation as data validity . Results: Yes visual diversity of words in notes language English Layungsari State Elementary School 2 cities Bogor. Background: While product quality and pricing remain important, the language used in branding and marketing plays a pivotal role in building trust and emotional resonance. Purpose: This study explores the impact of diction as a linguistic strategy in shaping brand image and influencing consumer choice in the digital era. Design and methods: Through a literature review methodology, this research highlights how strategic word choices in branding, product descriptions, and marketing campaigns can create emotional connections and enhance consumer trust. Results: The findings emphasize the importance of integrating linguistic elements into marketing strategies to improve the competitiveness of local products in an increasingly digitalized marketplace.

Abstract

Background: Public libraries must be able to provide services that can support quality in order to increase interest in visiting libraries. Purpose: This study describes how the performance and quality of librarians on circulation services at the Regional Library and Archives Service of Jambi Province. What are the librarian's obstacles in improving the performance of the circulation service, What are the librarian's efforts to improve the performance of the circulation service. This study also describes a general picture of how things are at the Jambi Provincial Library and Archives Service, especially in circulation services. Design and methods: The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Determination of subjects in this study by means of purposive sampling, data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis methods are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained from this study were concluded after triangulating the data. Results: The results obtained from this study were concluded after triangulating the data. The results in this study indicate that the performance of librarians in Circulation Services at the Regional Library and Archives Service of Jambi Province is quite good, although not yet fully optimal. This can be seen from the Employee Work Targets and performance indicators which include work quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness, and independence. Obstacles of librarians in improving the performance of circulation services, namely: Lack of human resources, inadequate facilities and infrastructure. The librarian's efforts in improving the performance of circulation services, namely: Adding management human resources, adding and improving facilities and infrastructure. The performance of librarians in Circulation Services at the Regional Library and Archives Service of Jambi Province is quite good, although it is not fully maximized and can be improved again to achieve excellent service quality
