The analysis that is generally done in measuring the company's financial performance is the analysis of financial ratios by measuring the level of liquidity, activity, solvency, and profitability. There is another way to measure it. Financial performance measurement can be used using the Economic Value Added (EVA) method. This research method uses quantitative methods, with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted by collecting, processing, simplifying, presenting, analyzing financial statements and knowing the company's financial performance by using the Economic Value Added (EVA) calculation method in manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industrial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 – 2019. The results of all calculations for 2015-2019 at PT Champion Pacific Indonesia Tbk do not all show an EVA value above 0, it can be seen that in 2018 the calculation results at PT Champion Pacific Indonesia Tbk show an EVA value below 0. This means that in 2018 the rate of return generated by the company This condition is lower than the level of cost or rate of return demanded by investors. This situation indicates that the value of the company is reduced (destroy value).

This study aims to describe the forms of classification of illocutionary speech acts in the song lyrics of the album Human by Muhammad Tulus Rusdi. Illocutionary speech acts have a communicative function in survival, between the interlocutor and the speech partner. In illocutionary speech acts there are many meanings contained in an utterance, so that with illocutionary speech acts, it can be seen the meaning and message contained in the lyrics of the Human album by Muhammad Tulus Rusdy. Tulus songs are famous for their very poetic lyrics and contain deep meaning. The source of the data in this study is the song lyrics in the Human Album by Muhammad Tulus Rusdy which consists of 10 songs, namely: Seventeen, Kelana, Remedial, Interaction, Ingkar, Falling Like, Nala, Be Careful on the Road, Self, and Satu. Time. Tulus released the Human album in early 2022, to be precise in March. This research is a theoretical research using a pragmatic approach. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique used in this study is an observation technique in the form of document analysis and recording. The results showed that there were 212 data included in the illocutionary speech act. Illocutionary speech acts include, 1) assertive, 2) directive, 3) commissive, 4) expressive and declarative.

A simple machine is identical to its function, which makes it easier for work or business, such as cutting time to do work, can be used to change the direction of force, and can save energy expended. In a car suspension spare parts company, there is a problem moving the Y4L hanger from the Y4L hanger to the Daisa storage area in the distribution of parts from the assembly process to the painting process. The problem with this process is the removal of the Y4L hanger by two manpowers. One of the manpower lifts directly and holds a y4l hanger weighing 25 kg, and moves it a distance of ±1.5 m. based on existing problems, it is necessary to make improvements by designing proposed tools that aim to facilitate manpower work. The stage in the proposed design of the tool consists of a description of the problem, the design objectives, the design process. The final result of this research is the proposed lever design as a tool to facilitate manpower activities and can save one manpower and several wasted costs, and can cut time. The dimensions of the tool made are: 87.94 cm long, 120 cm high, 66 cm wide.

Coffee is a plantation commodity which is categorized as a strategic commodity in Indonesia. Coffee consumption is now a complement to community activities, so the amount of coffee consumption will continue to increase. The Sanggabuana Coffee Shop is a coffee shop business that is experiencing problems in its marketing. The purpose of this study is to analyze marketing strategies and determine priority strategies at the Sanggabuana Coffee Shop, Karawang Regency. The time of this research was carried out from February to March 2022. The location of the research was at the Sanggabuana Coffee Shop, Mekarbuana Village, Tegalwaru District, Karawang Regency. The choice of research location was done purposively. The research method used is descriptive with qualitative and quantitative approaches. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection using interview techniques using questionnaires, the respondents of this study consisted of key informants (Head of the Sanggabuana Coffee Shop, Head of BUMDes Buana Mekar, Head of Mekar Buana Village) and non-key informants (consumers 3 people). Secondary data were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and the Mekarbuana Village Government. The sample was determined by purposive sampling. The data analysis of this research used SWOT and QSPM analysis. The results of the study based on the SWOT analysis obtained 7 alternative strategies, and then a QSPM analysis was carried out so that the main strategic priority with the highest STAS value of 6.60 was establishing marketing cooperation with the government.

There are several articles that talk about religious moderation and Christian Religious Education. The uniqueness of this paper lies in the relationship between religious moderation and Christian Religious Education (PAK) of Life. That religious moderation as an approach to religion is very much needed in the context of religious pluralism. The religious way of a multi-religious society requires a moderate attitude that is framed in the PAK of Life. PAK of life as an entry point for the development of religious moderation. The purpose of this paper is to show an urgent need for religious moderation as a moderating social and religious pedagogical capital for a harmonious life through PAK Life. There are three things that are emphasized through this paper, namely; moderate religious literacy; PAK Life and the Role of PAK Life in religious moderation. A sprocket is a serrated wheel that is attached to a chain, track, or other long serrated object. Sprockets are different from gears. Sprockets never come into contact with other sprockets and never match. Sprockets are also different from pulleys in that sprockets have teeth while pulleys generally do not have teeth. Sprocket is one of the components of a motorcycle that is paired with a chain that is used to transmit rotary force from the engine to the rear wheels. The purpose of this research is to obtain analysis and calculation of the diameter of the sprocket and the analysis that occurs in the chain. From the results of the calculation on the gearsprocket above, if the power generated by the motorcycle is 11.9 hp at 7500 rpm (maximum rotation) and the torque produced is 0.83 kgf.m at 5500 rpm, the resulting motorcycle sprocket diameter is 15. eye size (????1) = 45,836 , diameter of motorcycle gear with 45 points (????2) = 136,618 , average speed of chain (????) = 17,868 /????, average circumference force(????) = 496,4181 , the additional centripetal force of 420 N becomes, 825N, Chain length (m) = 1.09 m.

The drum brake is one of the brake systems on the back of the Suzuki Mega Carry. Drum brakes work due to friction between the drum and the brake pads. the calculation in this study aims to aspects of safety, strength and feasibility of brakes. The material used in this drum brake is asbestos printed on steel or cast iron with a coefficient of friction of 0.3 and the maximum pressure is 350-1000 Kpa. The calculation that has been planned is that the normal force on the rear wheels is 347.1 N. The acceleration price is 8.23 m/???? 2 . The permissible frictional force on the asphalt is 104.13 N. The force generated from the brake pedal is 82.5 kgf. The upper drum brake spring is the maximum force of the spring with a diameter of 2 mm of spring wire and a spring diameter of 30 mm with a spring length of 106 mm is 82.45 N. The maximum spring force with a spring wire diameter of 1 mm and a spring diameter of 10 mm with a spring length of 106 mm is 80.8 N.

IThis study aims to find out the reference group and influential Social Media Marketing partially and simultaneously to the decision to use Rawlins laundry services and also to determine the correlation of reference group variables between social media marketing.The data collection methods used in this study are descriptive test, validity test, reliability test, normality test, correlation analysis, T test and F test. There was a partial positive and significant influence between the Reference Group on the Decision to Use services with a contribution of 0.207 or 20.7%., the sig value. 0.000 < α 0.10 and t count 5.841 > t table 1.66071 then Ho rejected .There was a partial positive and significant influence between Social Media Marketing on the Decision to Use Services with a contribution of 0.426 or 42.6%. sig value. 0.000 < α 0.10 and t count 5.841 > t table 1.66071 then Ho rejected.The correlation of reference groups between social media marketing was 0.762.There was a simultaneous positive and significant influence between the Reference Group and Social Media Marketing on the Decision to Use Services on Rawlins laundry with a contribution of 0.657 or 65.7% and 34.3% can be explained by other variables that were not studied in this study.

The purpose of this analysis is to analyze and explain the planning and accountability of APBDes management in Medangasem and Ciptamrga villages and their compliance with applicable regulations. The research method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data used in this study are primary and secondary, data collection using interview techniques and document studies. The results of this study indicate that the planning and accountability carried out by the village of Medangasem and the village of Ciptamarga are in accordance with Permendagri Number 20 of 2018 but based on the principles that apply to this regulation, namely the principle of transparency, Ciptamarga Village is more transparent than Medangasem Village. In the allocation of the use of the Medangasem and Ciptamarga village budgets in 2018-2019 the Medangasem village is in accordance with Government Regulation Number 43 of 2014 while the Ciptamrga village is not yet appropriate. However, in 2020 the allocation of the Medangasep and Ciptamarga village budgets was not in accordance with government regulation No. 43 of 2014 because the total allocation for the use of the budget for development, coaching, and empowerment was less than the maximum limit of 70%. This is due to the handling and prevention of COVID-19.

Currently, there are many topical anti-acne drugs circulating in the form of gels and creams, but there are still few topical anti-acne that contain herbs, as active ingredients or agents that have the potential to prevent and treat acne such as gotu kola (Centella asiatica (L.) Urb) with its anti-bacterial properties. Objective: To develop a stable gotu kola gel formulation. Method: Testing gotu kola formulation according to the evaluation requirements with a gel base concentration of 7%, 8%, 9%, then the evaluation includes testing of organoleptic, pH, and viscosity. The formula was added with gotu kola herb extract at a concentration of 2.5% and 5%. The formula evaluation tests carried out included observations of homogeneity, tests of acidity, viscosity and spreadability of the preparation. Results: The average pH of the preparation was 6.66. Formula 1 and Formula 2 there is a slight difference in viscosity. Formula 1 and Formula 2 show homogeneity and dispersion that have met the requirements. Conclusion: For 14 days, testing Formula 2 with an extract concentration of 5% was more stable than Formula 1 with an extract concentration of 2.5%.
