Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation of training and competence variables, to determine the partial effect of training variables on employee performance at PT. Mandiri Pratama Intilogam Cikarang. To determine the effect of partial competence on the performance of employees of PT. Mandiri Pratama Intilogam Cikarang. The research method used is descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study was 155 people. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with propotionate stratified sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is path analysis with partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that there is a significant correlation between training and competence and has a strong value of 0.769. There is a positive and significant influence of the training variable on the performance of 0.500 or 50%. There is a positive and significant influence between the competence variables on performance of 0.260 or 26%. Together, the competence and training variables affect employee performance by 75.8% while the remaining 24.2% is explained by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Machine Learning (ML) merupakan salah satu cabang dari Artificial Intelligence (AI), yang berfokus pada pengembangan sistem yang dapat belajar sendiri tanpa pemrograman ulang. Machine learning ini banyak digunakan dalam berbagai bidang salah satunya di bidang kesehatan. Salah satu penyakit mematikan kedua saat ini adalah kangker. Kangker merupakan penyakit berbahaya yang bisa menimpa siapapun. Jenis kangker yang sering terjadi pada wanita salah satunya adalah kangker payudara. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengklasifikasian penyakit kangker payudara dengan menerapkan metode klasifikasi menggunakan algoritma k-nearest neighbor. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memprediksi apakah terinfeksi kangker payudara jinak atau ganas. Dari algoritma KNN yang digunakan, hasil evaluasi performansi yang baik terdapat pada nilai k=21 dan k=11 dengan nilai akurasi sebesar 98%. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat dikombinasikan dengan algoritma lainnya agar mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations at SMAN 1 Rengasdengklok on PJOK class XI subjects, it shows that student learning outcomes reach the completeness value set by the school. In PJOK learning, students usually look bored and seem monotonous even the material given is sometimes not easy for most students to memorize the material that has been given and if given questions about the material previously taught many students cannot answer. Therefore, the use of the Mind Mapping learning method in PJOK learning which is applied in the note model can help students more easily remember and understand the material given by the teacher. The goal to be achieved in this research is to find out how student learning outcomes in the PJOK subject matter for relay running after applying the Mind Mapping learning method. The subjects used were Class XI students of SMAN 1 Rengasdengklok, totaling 84 students. The research approach used is descriptive quantitative. The research data were obtained through tests using multiple choice questions, totaling 18 questions that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that there were 86% of students who achieved the KKM and there were 12% of students who had not yet reached the KKM. So it can be concluded that the results of the study have met the standard of completeness from the school as much as 70%, therefore the data of students who have completed studying as much as 86% can be categorized as "Very High".

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the learning outcomes of students' knowledge by using the cooperative script method in the learning process of soccer material, this study uses descriptive quantitative methods, with data collection techniques using questionnaires, in the form of multiple choice questions on the research subject, namely in class X students, at SMAN 1 Rengasdengklok, with the results of research that the use of the cooperative script method for students is very necessary in the process of teaching and learning activities, the cooperative script method must be taught by the physical education teacher to two students in one group, and students explain the material they have summarized to their students. group of friends in turn. In this study, researchers can give advice to students to be able to learn and understand the material being taught so that the method can be carried out well in learning and following the learning process carefully and still looks a bit confused in following the soccer learning process so that the material that has been conveyed understandable and can be in the maximum value of the lesson.

Abstract

Tuberculosis is a very common infectious disease and is lethal in most of the cases. This is the background of this research, namely because there are many cases of Tuberculosis in Jawa Barat. According to data obtained from the Open Data Jabar, namely Tuberculosis Data in Jawa Barat Province, showing data that in 2020 all districts and cities in Jawa Barat had a number of Tuberculosis cases starting from 320 cases in Banjar Regency which was the lowest case, and 10,248 cases in Bogor Regency which is the highest case in Jawa Barat. The purpose of this study was to cluster TB cases into high and low categories based on gender. The data we use is data on the number of TB cases in Jawa Barat province in 2020 which consists of 27 districts/cities. In this study using the Clustering method with the K-Means algorithm. The results obtained based on the test, the clusters obtained were 2 with cluster 0 with 23 low TB cases and 4 clusters for high TB cases. Researchers hope that the results of this study can become knowledge for the government to reduce the number of TB in Jawa Barat

Abstract

Research on the influence of Ridwan Kamil's government communication in building personal branding on social media tiktok and instagram has the aim of studying and analyzing the influence of using social media tiktok and instagram in building personal branding from the figure of Ridwan Kamil as the head of the provincial government or the governor of West Java being studied. through the facts that can build personal branding according to Montoya in which there are four dimensional variables, including leadership, personality, differences and looks. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that Ridwan Kamil's leadership variable is able to make social media a place for him to carry out transparency of government administration activities to the public, Ridwan Kamil's personality dimension can be judged to be able to balance positive things about his personality to be known by the public, the difference dimension lies in jokes or jokes. His jokes in answering questions in the comments column and dimensions are seen by Ridwan Kamil sharing information, communication, and happiness with the people he leads

Abstract

This study discusses the responsiveness of local governments in recovering industrial wastewater pollution in the Citarum River: with the focus of the study on the Department of Environment and Hygiene, Karawang Regency. This research will be discussed using the theory of responsiveness from (Igor Ansof and E. McDonneell, 1990) with three dimensions in it, namely Climate (Will to Respond), Competence (Ability To Respond), and Capacity (Volume of Response). This research uses a descriptive case study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, documentation, and combination/tigulation, then the data is analyzed interactively and continues until it is complete, so that the data is saturated. Data analysis activities are data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the discussion show that the strength is in the policies made, and the power and influence from the non-government side. The structure has established good relations and good coordination between the Environment Agency and PT. Pindo Deli especially in the recovery of industrial wastewater pollution. Culture there are two different statements, when the informant PT. Pindo Deli, who said that the inspections carried out by the Environmental Service were uncertain and could even be counted within one year, only 1-2 times.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the teacher's perception and implementation of the concept of Independent Learning at SMP Country 5 Ternate City. This research is a qualitative type that uses data collection techniques in the form of open questionnaires and literature studies. The research subjects were junior high school teachers and various literature sources regarding Merdeka Learning. The results showed that: (1) respondents had various perceptions about the concept of Merdeka Learning, which can be described as follows: the majority of junior high school teachers understand Merdeka Learning as a policy that only contains the abolition of the National Examination and the concept of learning without being burdened by score achievements, almost half of junior high school teachers understand Merdeka Learning as an educational innovation concept that gives freedom to develop the potential of teachers and students in the teaching and learning process without going through the legal signs of education in Indonesia and a minority of junior high school teachers who do not know about the concept of implementing Merdeka Learning; (2) Merdeka Learning is considered a good policy and needs to be tried to improve the quality of education in Indonesia, they hope that the government can optimize the socialization, piloting and dissemination stages of the implementation of Merdeka Learning.

Abstract

Effective principals will certainly affect teacher performance, so teachers will be more enthusiastic in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as well as their obligations as teachers. This is because the teacher feels that he or she gets attention, security and recognition for his achievements. This study aims to determine the role of the principal on teacher discipline. The aspect studied is the principal's efforts in disciplining teachers at SMK Negeri 3 West Halmahera, the method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The subjects of this study were the principal and teachers. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The researcher uses source triangulation to obtain the validity of the data. The results obtained indicate that the principal has tried to discipline teachers at SMK 3 West Halmahera, these efforts include making regulations, teaching habits, giving sanctions punishments for teachers who violate, giving rewards and consistency, but in its implementation and implementation it has not been fully implemented. good

Abstract

Reading comprehension in students is an important and strategic ability. Reading comprehension is closely related to reading and writing literacy. Mastery of reading comprehension in students is also related to all subjects at school, because students who are able to understand reading well will be able to absorb all the knowledge information that is read. This study aims to describe the literacy process that can improve the reading comprehension ability of students at Alikhlas Junior High School Bekasi. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was done by observation, interviews, and documentation. The number of respondents was 8 students of class VII SMP Al Ikhlas. The results showed that students who had good reading comprehension were able to complete school assignments well. Children who have high reading comprehension tend to have good literacy skills
