Abstract

Nutritional problems are a common problem in Indonesia, especially the problem of malnutrition. One of the factors that affect the nutritional status of toddlers is the lack of parental knowledge, because just looking at the physical development of toddlers is certainly not enough to know the category of nutritional status of toddlers. This study uses data mining techniques by applying the K-Means method, the grouping process using the K-Means algorithm is expected to make it easier for the community, especially mothers, to know the nutritional status of their children, we can know that the relevant K-Means Algorithm is used for the process of grouping toddler nutritional data. The output of this study is to classify the nutritional status of toddlers based on weight and height. The validation test in this study used the Davies Bouldin Index, according to the results of testing and data validation, the final result menu Submit the DBI Kmeans result 0.522483983 (Non-Negative). DBI is declared to be essentially optimal if the final value obtained is as low as possible (non-negative ≥0) in order to measure whether the final cluster obtained in the calculation is good or not. This value describes the high level of similarity/similarity of membership in a cluster that has a large degree of similarity/similarity and the distance between one cluster and other clusters is also large. Abstract

Bakso Racket is one of the SMEs in the culinary sector in Jakarta that provides a variety of meatball and noodle food menus. In order to achieve all of his goals and dreams, Bakso Raket implements a strategy through marketing communications, Bakso Raket has been able to increase sales since the pandemic was present in Indonesia. In this study, researchers used a marketing communication model, namely 4P, Product, price, place, and promotion proposed by Phillip Kotler and Kevin Lane Keller. In addition, there is also a transition from marketing to digital marketing due to the pandemic which requires Racket Meatballs to make adjustments. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method because it only describes situations or events and describes certain social circumstances or phenomena. The data obtained by the researcher is the result of the researcher's interview with the direct owner of the Bakso Racket. The results showed that Bakso Raket had used the 4P marketing communication model in the implementation of store marketing communications during the Covid-19 pandemic. And it looks like there are several transitions that have changed from Bakso Racket from conventional to digital in the marketing process.

Abstract

Every business must have their own standards for the products they produce. The better the quality of the product, the more sales the product will sell. One way to improve product quality is to reduce the defects of the resulting product so that later it will produce a better product than before. Quail is a poultry that has been bred a lot because of high egg production, because it is still a medium business, it is still necessary to control the quality of food and nutrition obtained in order to improve the quality of quail eggs. It is done by using seven tools method, namely check sheet, histogram, scatter diagram, Pareto diagram, control chart, flow chart, and fishbone diagram. Data taken in 4 weeks showed that the number of eggs produced was 5953 along with defective eggs. Based on the data taken, there are 3 types of defective eggs, namely cracked, broken and soft shell. Based on the fishbone diagram, human factors also affect egg quality.

Abstract

Quality control is an activity that must be carried out by the company so that the products produced are according to the standards set by the company in meeting customer satisfaction. This research was conducted to obtain the results of the analysis of water filter products at PT. Honorable Batarasura. This research is solving problems using the seven tools method. This seven-tool method uses 7 quality control tools, namely Check Sheet, Control Chart, Cause and Effect Diagram, Pareto Diagram, Histogram, Scatter Diagram and Stratification so as to produce measurements that show the extent to which management goals are achieved. From the analysis using seven problem point finding tools that have been analyzed lie in several aspects, including aspects of methods, materials, machines, humans and the environment. From several aspects of influence, the most dominant aspect lies in the human aspect.

Abstract

This crime, regulated under Article 378 of the Criminal Code, is primarily known as fraud and is commonly referred to as “opriching.” Article 378 of the Criminal Code states: "Anyone with the intention of unlawfully benefiting himself or another person, by using a false name or false dignity, by deceit, or a series of lies, moves another person to hand over something to him, or to give him a debt. or write off a debt is punishable by fraud with a maximum imprisonment of four years. "Any hand that gives something to him, thereby paying off a debt or canceling a claim is punishable by a prison sentence of up to four years." It has both subjective and objective elements. This research uses a normative juridical approach. Normative jurisprudence is the study of the legal basis, legal system, level of legal agreement, and comparative law. This normative juridical is an attempt to take an inventory of positive law. In this approach, prescriptive rules are used to explore legal issues of compliance with social life. The act of cheating is an act of lying accompanied by a series of other lies that are not true, people who commit fraud usually do it for their own benefit to achieve a goal. The act of cheating is a word, an action that is planned and makes it seem like it is true or not. Commercial Sex Work (CSW) is a job by doing sexual acts with a reward from the person who buys the sexual service.

Abstract

Research on the legal protection of labor for workers who were laid off during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Karawang aims to find out the legal protection from the government for workers, fulfill the rights of workers/laborers and the settlement mechanism in fulfilling the rights of workers affected by layoffs in Karawang. the future of the covid-19 pandemic in Karawang. The problem approach in this study uses a normative juridical approach with descriptive analysis methods. The result of this study is that the legal protection of labor in the era of the covid-19 pandemic, has not been maximized because there are very few rules that emphasize that workers/laborers cannot be arbitrarily fired or get unilateral termination of employment due to the covid-19 pandemic which then results in the existence of unilateral termination of employees in Karawang Regency and the ineffectiveness of the mechanisms that can be carried out if workers/laborers experience problems with employers/companies either bipartite, tripartite or the Industrial Relations Court

Abstract

Powtoon is one of the new presentation applications that is currently widely used to develop learning media. In this study, a literature study will be conducted on the feasibility and effectiveness to the use of Powtoon-based learning videos in physics learning. The research was conducted by reviewing research results that have been published in national and international journals based on search results on Google Scholar. The results showed that the average results of developing Powton-based learning media in physics learning were in the appropriate category and very feasible to be used in learning. The results of student responses were very positive and student learning outcomes increased after using Powtoon-based learning videos

Abstract

This research was motivated by students who did not know the distribution of Pancasila values contained in student books. This study aims to 1) find out the values of Pancasila contained in student books published by the Ministry of Education and Culture, 2) find out the values of Pancasila contained in student books published by Zamrud and 3) to find out the similarities and differences in Pancasila values in student books published by the Ministry of Education and Culture. Culture with Emeralds. Data collection techniques using documentary studies. Data analysis used is data collection, sample determination, recording, reduction, drawing conclusions and analysis. The results showed that 1) the values of Pancasila contained in student textbooks published by the Ministry of Education and Culture were 95 findings; 2) The value of Pancasila contained in student textbooks published by Zamrud is 75 findings; 3) the similarities between the two textbooks are that the student textbooks used in the learning of the publishers of the Ministry of Education and Culture and Emeralds contain all the values of Pancasila, these values consist of the values of divinity, humanity, unity, democracy and justice. The difference between the two textbooks is that the Pancasila Values spread in the book are not balanced, so that the Ministry of Education and Culture's book has a higher content of Pancasila Value than the book from Zamrud.

Abstract

Kekerasan seksual merupakan salah satu tindak kekerasan langsung, Dimana tindakan tersebut melibatkan orang lain dalam aktifitas seksual yang tidak dikehendaki, baik secara lisan, ataupun perbuatan yang dilakukan seseorang untuk menguasai atau memanipulasi orang lain Sebagai Negara hukum, Indonesia tercatat memiliki tingkat pengaduan Kekerasan Seksual Berbasis Gender (KBG) sebanyak 338.496 kasus Kekerasan Berbasis Gender terhadap perempuan, dimana angka tersebut menunjukan peningkatan kasus sebanyak 50% jika dilihat dari pencatatan kasus pada tahun 2021 yaitu sebanyak 327.629 kasus. Dalam kenaikan kasus tersebut diantaranya merupakan kasus yang terjadi didalam Lingkungan perguruan tinggi. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif, pendekatan penelitian ini berdasarkan bahan hukum utama dengan cara menelaah teori-teori, konsep-konsep, asas-asas hukum serta peraturan perundang-undangan yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaturan penerapan sanksi pidana terhadap pelaku kekerasan seksual dalam penggunaan multitafsir dalam Permendikbud Nomor 30 Tahun 2021. Peranan institusi Pemerintahan serta institusi Pendidikan dalam memberikan sosialisasi mengenai penanganan dan pencegahan kekerasan seksual di lingkungan perguruan tinggi kepada masyarakat dan lingkungan sekitar perguruan tinggi mengenai hal hal tercantum dalam permendikbud nomor 30 tahun 2021C

Abstract

Diversity is a necessity for the Indonesian people, the diversity of the Indonesian people is natural and has been a source of wealth for the Indonesian nation since the nation's ancestors. As a multicultural and multi-religious nation, Indonesia is known as a country full of tolerance. The lives of citizens in society, nation and state have a harmonious relationship. From previous studies, it is known that the recipe for harmony is the plurality of people who have walked the trail, and the existence of local wisdom and interfaith forums, such as the Religious Harmony Forum (FKUB). This study deepens the role of religious groups that support the conditions of social harmony. This is intended to determine the role of religious groups in maintaining social harmony and diversity in the Karawang and Sukabumi districts. By reviewing literature, interviews, and field observations, this study identifies the role of religious groups, namely the Nahdhatul Ulama (PCNU) Branch Manager in Karawang Regency and the Vihara Nam Hai Kwan Se Im Pu Sa in Sukabumi Regency by holding meetings in open forums and collaborating in activities everyday life among people can effectively manage various problems and maintain harmony.
