Abstract

Penelitian ini dilandasi isu pengajaran sastra yang masih dipandang sebelah mata. Jika ditinjau lebih dalam tidak efektifnya pengajaran sastra salah satunya karena masih kurangnya bahan ajar apresiasi sastra di sekolah. Padahal karya sastra memiliki relevansi dengan masalah-masalah yang terjadi di lingkungan sekitar. Penelitian in bertujuan untuk memberikan manfaat yang diperoleh dari buku kumpulan cerpen Tart di Bulan Hujan karya Bakdi Soemanto. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian kualitatif (analisis deskriptif). Cara kerja penelitian ini melalui analisis struktural Robert Stanton secara keseluruhan, di bagian alur dan pengaluran menggunakan analisis model Todorov, lalu dilanjutkan menganalisis absurditas dan efek gaya absurd dalam cerpen. Selanjutnya, peneliti membuat rancangan buku teks untuk dijadikan alternatif bahan ajar mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas XI di SMA/SMK. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan adanya struktur alur dan pengaluran, tokoh dan penokohan, latar dan pelataran, tema, judul, gaya dan tone, sudut pandang, dan simbolisme dalam kumpulan cerpen Tart di Bulan Hujan karya Bakdi Soemanto. Unsur absurd dalam kumpulan cerpen Tart di Bulan Hujan muncul melalui tokoh, alur, tema, dan gaya pengarang. Efek gaya absurd yang dibawa pengarang dalam cerpen membuat cerpen seolah tidak nyata karena gaya absurd menegasikan kehidupan sehari-hari. Secara keseluruhan cerpen-cerpen Bakdi memiliki kecenderungan absurd. Hasil penilaian bahan ajar (buku teks satu bab) yang peneliti buat dinyatakan layak digunakan oleh penilai ahli sebagai alternatif bahan ajar di sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to develop sentence teaching material in the descriptive text using the Aksi Sinta application that is tailored to the needs of students with autsime spectrum in inclusive schools and adjusted to basic competencies that refer to Permendikbud No. 37 of 2018. This development research uses the research and development method (Research and Development). The product development model for sentence teaching materials based on the Aksi Sinta application uses the ADDIE model. The validators in this study were one material expert, one media expert, one Indonesian language teacher and seventh grade students with autism spectrum at SMPN 165 Jakarta. Collecting data in this study using observation and questionnaires. The development of the Aksi Sinta application on the description text sentence teaching material has been developed with the ADDIE development model only up to thestage development. The analysis stage produces students' needs in understanding sentence teaching material in the description text, while the competencies used in schools are guided by the 2013 curriculum which refers to Permendikbud No.37 of 2018. The quality of the Aksi Sinta application that has been developed gets a very decent category with a percentage of 85.31 % based on the average validator's assessment. The evaluation of material experts got a percentage of 78.25%, media experts 86.25%, and Indonesian teachers 91.43%. The student response after using this application is good with a percentage of 86.5%. The Aksi Sinta application has implications in learning media to facilitate students on the autism spectrum in learning sentences in the descriptive text.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi ikut menolong pada pengembangan sistem keamanan yang handal. Kecanggihan teknologi terus menjadi meningkat pada bermacam aspek kehidupan. Teknologi periksa jari ataupun pin ini mendatangkan keamanan yang lebih efisien, modern, serta berdaya guna ketimbang kunci konvensional yang tengah memakai anak kunci selaku pengatur kunci pintu.Sistem kerja alat ini yaitu sensor sidik jari atau keypad 4x4 digunakan untuk membuka kunci dari luar ruangan dan push button digunakan untuk membuka kunci dari dalam ruangan.

Abstract

Investment is considered effective by most people to manage personal assets. Fraudulent investments often occur in online investments that harm some individuals and can even pose a threat to the country's economy. An example is the case of the binomo platform and binary options trading. One of the binomo cases that was widely discussed was Indra Kenz, one of the binomo application affiliators. The existence of fraudulent investment cases like this indirectly proves that state institutions that have the authority to supervise do not carry out their functions thoroughly. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) should be able to carry out preventive measures for the many cases of fraudulent investment in Indonesia. The success of rogue investment providers is the main urgency so that no more such cases are found. Based on this normative research, results are obtained regarding the effectiveness of OJK's performance. In terms of complaints related to fintech violations during 2018-2020, there were 19,711, of which 47% were categorized as serious violations. In that time, OJK managed to take action against 3,516 complaints. It can be concluded that the supervision carried out by OJK and the regulations released by OJK are still not qualified to handle problems related to fintech complaints. In analyzing the Indra Kenz case, it is juridically reviewed that his actions are considered similar to the crime of money laundering so that he has been found guilty and subject to multiple article sanctions.

Abstract

Abuse of authority in the Discipline of Civil Servants (PNS) is an important issue and needs to be taken seriously. Abuse of authority can undermine the principles of integrity, transparency and accountability in public services. And result in decreased work responsibility and an attitude of underestimating obligations, which makes us further away from achieving good governance. This paper aims to analyze the concept of civil servant discipline and the related phenomenon of abuse of authority.In the context of civil servant discipline, emphasis is given to the definition and implementation of civil servant discipline as a major factor for monitoring and enforcing rules within the bureaucracy. Factors affecting civil servant discipline are also analyzed, including laws and regulations governing disciplinary actions, reward and punishment systems, as well as cultural and organizational factors both from within employees and factors from outside employees that can affect the behavior of civil servants.

Abstract

The role of law in improving the administration of fair government institutions for maladministration practices can be said to be a form that violates administrative rules as a form of bureaucratic reform. Mal administration as a problem in public services that should need to be improved in the public service delivery system so that it can increase the capacity of effective and efficient institutions for the community. The role of the community and supervisory institutions in dealing with maladministration as a counterweight to government actions that are not in accordance with the rule of law that is not in accordance with the constitution. This will have a negative impact if the problem is not followed up and straightened out. The government can be arbitrary in regulating policies that are not in accordance with the principles of governance so that it can lead to government administration that is not pro-people. With the existence of the Ombudsman Law, it emphasizes that services to the community and law enforcement carried out in the framework of administering the state and government are an integral part of efforts to create good and transparent governance. Besides that, building a just legal culture can become a government according to bureaucratic reform.

Abstract

The general principles of good governance (AAUPB) have been applied as a guideline in organizing an ideal government in order to create prosperity for every citizen, especially in the case of the Jakarta Bay reclamation. The method used in this study is a statutory approach as well as a conceptual approach by observing and analyzing literary sources and data from reports related to the cases discussed. The results of this study indicate that the existence of AAUPB is not merely a regulation, but must be implemented in a real way in a government. The general principles of good governance should become regulations that can become a tool to ensure the implementation of reclamation in Jakarta Bay must be carried out based on the AAUPB by obtaining permits from various parties, especially the authorities in the reclamation area such as the ministry, the port and the government. respective counties or cities.

Abstract

Pemerintah memiliki tanggung jawab untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif dalam mencapai Good Governance dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip seperti akuntabilitas, transparansi, dan keadilan dalam penentuan tindakan dan kebijakan mereka. Hal ini dilakukan dengan memastikan adanya aturan hukum yang jelas, penerapan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengambilan keputusan, serta memberikan akses yang cukup untuk partisipasi publik dalam proses pembuatan kebijakan. Pemerintah juga harus bertanggung jawab secara yuridis jika mereka tidak memenuhi tanggung jawab mereka dalam mencapai Good Governance. Hal ini dapat dilakukan melalui mekanisme hukum yang ada, seperti pengadilan administrasi, komisi pengawas, atau badan-badan lainnya yang bertugas mengawasi tata kelola pemerintahan. Secara keseluruhan, pemerintah harus memastikan adanya lingkungan yang kondusif bagi Good Governance dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip yang tepat dan memastikan adanya akses untuk partisipasi publik. Jika mereka gagal memenuhi tanggung jawab mereka, mereka harus bertanggung jawab melalui mekanisme hukum yang ada.

Abstract

The development of letters will always be felt from time to time as if they continue to live with the times. Humans need letters as intermediaries for interaction with their surroundings, making letters a form of communication. The context of letters is studied in the science of typography. Broadly speaking, typography is defined as the study of the shape and character of letters. The influence of typography is very large in this global era, especially in the field of marketing. What is the process of structuring typography in the media used to attract consumers? Likewise, Telkomsel has just changed its logo in 2021. The fonts and typographical elements in the Telkomsel logo have undergone drastic changes in terms of visual appearance. The analysis of changes to the Telkomsel logo involves the basic elements of typography, namely readability, legibility, visibility, as well as clarity, namely the level of one's legibility in understanding the shape of the letters.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out information about the perceptions of class XI IPS MAN Singkawang students towards historical sites of the Dutch colonial government in Singkawang. The research method used in this study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Research subjects consist of 3 classes namely class XI IPS 1, XI IPS 2, and XI IPS 3. Researchers conducted interviews, observations, and documentation in the data collection method stage. Then perform data analysis techniques through the steps of data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions as well as data verification. In increasing students' understanding of the Dutch colonial government sites in Singkawang City. The teacher's efforts have been to deliver local history material on historical sites of the Dutch colonial government in Singkawang to students in class XI IPS 1, XI IPS 2, and XI IPS 3 and give assignments to report to students to visit historical sites of the Dutch colonial government in Singkawang. The results showed that the use of historical sites of the Dutch colonial government in Singkawang in history subject matter at school could be used as a source of local history learning, making students enthusiastic about learning history, because they could see evidence of historical relics or historical sites of the Dutch colonial government in Singkawang. add insight into local history to students, who lack knowledge of local history in the area. Adding to the curiosity of students, which adds local material to history learning material in schools can attract the attention of students in learning history.
