Abstract

Patient satisfaction is a feeling of pleasure, individual satisfaction due to the fulfillment of expectations or desires in receiving health services, patient satisfaction is directly related to the quality of hospital/Puskesmas services by knowing the level of patient satisfaction, Hospital/Puskesmas management can improve service quality, which in research This is influenced by several factors, namely physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. In this study, researchers used several previous studies that had been carried out by other people with the same variables and several indicators proposed by experts. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study were 25 community members who had used services at the Alor Kecil Health Center, Alor Barat Laut District, Alor Regency. Instrument trials were carried out with validity and reliability tests and several classical assumption tests used, namely normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity and linearity. Meanwhile, to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable, multiple linear regression analysis was used, using the t test to determine the effect partially and the F test to determine the effect simultaneously. The data was taken by distributing questionnaires to the people of Alor Regency who had used the services of the Alor Kecil Health Center, Northwest Alor District, Alor Regency. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 22.00. From the processed results of the questionnaire data it is said to be valid because the person correlation value per statement item for each variable is more than the validity limit, which is 0.3 and is declared reliable because the Cronbach's alpha value for each variable is more than the reliability limit, which is 0.6. The research data passed the classical assumption test because they were normally distributed, there was no heteroscedasticity, there were no symptoms of multicollinearity and there was a linear relationship with the value of each test being greater than the alpha value of 0.5. Based on the research results obtained, it was concluded that the variables of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on patient satisfaction at the Alor Kecil Health Center, Alor Barat Laut District, Alor Regency. This is indicated by the significance value of the t test or partial test on the physical evidence variable of 0.016 or 1.6%, the significance value of the t test on the reliability variable is 0.040 or 4.%, the significance value of the t test on the responsiveness variable is 0.032 or 3.2%, the significance of the t test on the guarantee variable is 0.028 or 2.8%, the significance value on the empathy variable is 0.000 or 0% and simultaneously the variables of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy together have a significant effect on patient satisfaction with scores F test significance of 0.000 or 0.0%.

Abstract

Employee performance is the result of work achieved by employees in carrying out the tasks assigned to them based on skills, experience, and sincerity as well as time from employees. This study aims to determine the effect of competency on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted on civil servants at the Regional Disaster Management Agency Office of Alor Regency, totaling 26 people. Retrieval using saturated sampling techniques so that the entire population is used as a sample. Data collection used observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study while data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics, research instrument tests consisting of validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests consisting of normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests, and linearity tests then for determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable used partial test and simultaneous test. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously all the variables in this study namely competence, work discipline, and work environment affect employee performance variables which are indicated by the significance value of the t-test for each variable of 0.005, 0.039, and 0.041 and the significance value of the F test is 0.001, where the significance value of the t-test (sig) for each variable and the significance value of the F test is smaller than the alpha value used (0.05)..

Abstract

The performance of an agency is determined by the success the agency's employees perform. Good performance will a good for agencies also. Several factors can help to support employee performance. These are work environment, democratic leadership, work motivation, and work discipline. The purpose for the study is to determine the department's of Transportation in the Alor Regency's effected the work environment, democratic leadership, and work motivation. there were 48 people in this study. It techniques using interviews, questionnaires, and techniques on observation. The t test, F test, and coefficient of determination to analyze the data. The results show that: With statistical tests with the t test, motivation for work has an partial effect for employee performance test with a significant level of 5% which has a probability value of 0.000 <0.005 or 5%; Work discipline has a partial effect on employee performance with statistical tests through the t test with a significant level of 5% which has a probability value of 0.035 <0.005 or 5%; Democratic leadership has a partial effect on employee performance with statistical tests through the t test with a significant level of 5% which has a probability value of 0.036 > 0.005 or 5%; The work environment has a partial effect on employee performance by statistical tests through the t test with a significant level of 5% which has a probability value of 0.000 < 0.005 or 5%, work motivation, work discipline, democratic leadership and work environment simultaneously affect employee performance by a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 or 5%. The influence of work motivation, work discipline, democratic leadership and work environment variables on employee performance is 0.881 or 88.1%.

Abstract

Purchasing decisions are actions taken by consumers to buy or not to a product. Purchasing decisions are the focus of every company because purchasing decisions will determine the company's success in marketing its products. This study aims to determine the effect of product diversity, location and service quality on purchasing decisions. This type of research is a quantitative research with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation studies. This study uses population primary data and the sample is consumers who come to make purchases at the Kanaan store in Kolana Utara Village, East Alor District, Alor Regency, totaling 30 people. And the sampling technique in this study is a saturated sample. The statistical method used in this study is multiple linear regression this shows that: (1). partially the product diversity variable has a significance value of 0.000 or 0.0% where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5% so that the results of this study accept H1 which states that the product diversity variable partially has a positive effect on purchasing decisions in Kanaan shop in North Kolanan Village, East Alor District, Alor Regency. (2). partially the location variable has a significant value of 0.001 or 0.1% where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5% so that the results of this study accept H2 which states that the location variable partially has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Kanaan Stores In North Kolanan Village, East Alor District, Alor Regency (3). partially the variable of service quality has a significant value of 0.005 or 0.5% where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5% so that the results of this study accept H3 which states that the variable quality of service partially has a positive effect on purchasing decisions in Kanaan shop in North Kolanan Village, East Alor District, Alor Regency. (4). simultaneously the variable product diversity, location and service quality on purchasing decisions for this type of research has a significant value of 0.000 or 0.00%, where this value is smaller than the alpha value, which is equal to 0.05, namely 5% so that the results of this study simultaneously receive H4 which states that the variables of product diversity, location and service quality on purchasing decisions of this type of research simultaneously have a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Kanaan Stores in North Kolanan Village, East Alor District, Alor Regency. (5). The magnitude of the influence of the variable location product diversity and service quality on purchasing decisions for this type of research is 82.5%, this study simultaneously accepts H5.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation and work environment on employee performance in the Mataru District Office, Alor Regency. This type of research is a quantitative description. Samples were taken using saturated sample technique. The sample in this study were 30 employees. Data collection tools used are observation, interviews, and literature studies. The data analysis model used to answer the hypothesis is multiple analysis, t test, F test. This research instrument test is used to measure the level of validity, reliability and classic assumptions from the answers to the research questionnaire. Based on the results of the validity test for each variable with a Pearson correlation value ≥ 0.3, the results of the validity test for each variable are declared valid. The reliability test results for each variable with a Crobatc Alpha value ≥ 0.6, the reliability test results for each variable are declared reliable. Kolmogrov-Smirnov Normality test results with sig. ≥ 0.05 then the test results are declared normal. The results of the heteroscedasticity test showed that the value of each independent variable was > 0.05, so there was no heteroscedasticity in this study. The results of the multicollinearity test show that the VIF value > tolerance means that multicollinearity does not occur in this study. The results of the linearity test between the dependent variable and the independent variable show that the deviation from linearity value is > 0.05, so there is a relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results with the t test to answer the first, second, and third hypotheses, while multiple linear regression analysis simultaneously used the F test to determine the fourth hypothesis, namely to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation and work environment on employee performance in the Mataru District Office, Alor Regency . Based on the results of the calculation of multiple linear regression analysis partially and simultaneously obtained a significance value of the Work Discipline variable of 0.000, the Work Motivation variable of 0.009, the Work Environment variable of 0.000, and the simultaneous effect of the value of the significance test F is 0.000b, the results of the test t and the F test is smaller than alpha (0.05), then the hypothesis testing proposed in this study is as follows: there is an influence of work discipline, work motivation and work environment on employee performance in the Mataru District Office, Alor Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, work motivation and work environment on the performance of Alor District Education Office employees. This research is a qualitative research using primary data. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression using an alpha of 5%. The sample in this study were all Civil Servants at the Alor District Education Office. Data analysis techniques consist of preliminary analysis including analysis of respondent identity descriptions, variable descriptions, validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests which include normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests and linearity tests, then proceed with advanced analysis consisting of t tests and F test and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study prove that leadership style (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a significant value of 0.00 <0.05, work motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a significant value of 0.02 <0.05, work environment ( X3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a significant value of 0.00 <0.05. Leadership style, work motivation and work environment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance as indicated by a significant value of 0.00 <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Style Leadership, Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance On Office Secretariat DPRD Regency Alor. Type study This is description quantitative. Sample taken by using saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study were 37 employees. Data retrieval tool Which used is observation, interview, And studies literature. Model analysis the data used to answer the hypothesis is multiple analysis, t test, F test with use tool help SPSS version 22 for windows. Test instrument research This used For measure level valid, reliable and the classic assumptions of the answers to the research questionnaire. By using tools help calculate SPSS version 22 For Windows . Based on the results of each validity test variables with pearson correlation values ≥ 0.3 then the results of the validity test for each variable declared valid. The results of the reliability test for each variable with a Crobatc Alpha value ≥ 0.6 then the results of the reliability test for each variable are declared reliable. Normality test results Shapiro-Wilk with sig. ≥ 0.05 then the test results are declared normal. Test results heteroscedasticity shows that the value of each independent variable is > 0.05 then study This No happen heteroscedasticity. Abstract

Sentiment analysis is a method used to identify, derive, and evaluate sentiments, opinions, or emotions contained in text. In the context of political topics, sentiment analysis can help understand public views and attitudes towards issues, presidential elections, presidential candidates, parties, etc. This information is valuable for decision makers, including the government, in the image of political figures and political life in Indonesia. This information is invaluable for decision makers, including the government, in the image of political figures and political life in Indonesia-data retrieval, data labeling, data pre-processing, data extraction, CNN classification, and naive bayes This shows that the accuracy value of the label between the negative and the requested information gives a greater true negative value than other sentiments. The large percentage recall value found in Naive Bayes with negative sentiment proves that, the ability of the model the number of correct ones is 0.95. Meanwhile, the highest percentage value of f1-score is obtained in Naive Bayes with a value of 0.81. Naive Bayes obtained an accuracy of 0.69 while CNN obtained an accuracy of 0.68. The above results show that there is a fairly thin difference in the accuracy obtained. So it can be concluded that the two models above for twitter sentiment analysis on political topics are good enough to use the above methods.

Abstract

Twitter has become a valuable source of information, and sentiment analysis can provide insights into public views and attitudes towards economic and industrial issues. This research aims to develop and compare the performance of two widely used classification methods, Naive Bayes and Random Forest, for sentiment analysis on Twitter data related to the economy and industry. By addressing the existing knowledge gap in sentiment analysis using Naive Bayes and Random Forest, this study provides a clear framework that empowers companies to efficiently process and leverage Twitter data, yielding valuable decision-making insights in the realm of economy and industry. A total of 11,833 data were divided into 70% training data and 30% testing data then classified using Naive Bayes, and Random Forest algorithms. The calculation results show positive sentiment of 28,52%, negative sentiment of 31,44%, and neutral sentiment of 40,04%. The comparison of the two algorithms obtained using Naïve Bayes gets the highest accuracy of 71,89%.

Abstract

This partnership activity aims to improve the ability of high school biology teachers to make genetics learning videos so that the material is easier for students to understand. Activities using socialization methods, material deepening, training and mentoring were carried out online and attended by 21 biology teachers who are members of the Ternate City High School Biology MGMP. Meanwhile, mentoring activities were carried out offline and attended by 13 peoples. The pretest results showed that 46.7% of participants did not know about various applications that can be downloaded for free from the internet to make genetics learning videos and 92.1% of participants had never made their own learning videos, but in the posttest 98.2% of participants understood the applications. the. At the end of the material deepening activity, it was discovered that the participants had understood the genetic concept of protein synthesis and cross-breeding and there were no misconceptions. In training activities, participants are trained on how to download free applications from the internet and how to operate these applications to create learning videos, including: creating images, selecting various features available on Canva, combining various images and videos, adding music, adding text, editing images. and sound. At the end of the mentoring activity, it was discovered that 78% of the participants had been able to make learning videos, while 22% of the learning videos produced had not been completed and could not be used for learning.
