Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Cooperative Larning (CL) method on social studies subject junior high school students. The method used is a classroom action research method, with 2 cycles. The object of research is the students of SMP Tunas Harapan Jaya, Bekasi City. Respondents were 30 students of class VII. The first and second cycles were carried out using the cooperative learning (CL) method. The results showed that the average values ​​of the first cycle were 65.5. The second cycle is 77 . There is an increase of 12.5 points. This indicates that the cooperative method is effective in increasing student learning outcomes in social studies subjects in class VII SMP Tunas Harapan Jaya Bekasi. Students are more creative and seem to collaborate between students. Suggestions that can be conveyed are, so that teachers can use methods that are effective and suitable for students. It is hoped that children's learning patterns will be better and not boring.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Strategy of the National Narcotics Agency of Morotai Island Regency in Efforts to Handle and Eradication of Drugs in 2019 in border areas, using qualitative descriptive research. The method of collecting data is through interviews with each informant selected by the researcher as primary data, observation and documentation as supporting data for the implementation of the research. After the data is collected, the next step is data analysis with the stages of reduction, presentation of data and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Morotai Island BNNK Strategy in handling and eradicating drugs by initiating a number of plans starting from Advocacy, Urine Testing, Counseling, Dissemination, Mapping of vulnerable areas, and Empowerment. However, this strategy is considered less than optimal, due to the limited facilities to support the handling and eradication of drugs, namely resources and finance. This is quite reasonable, considering that the Morotai Island BNNK Morotai BNNK is still 5 years old, and in that period of time 3 times the leadership changes. and the lack of public awareness to be actively involved in reporting drug abuse cases that occur in their environment. From this research, the researcher recommends that there is a need for action by involving all elements of the Morotai Island Regency community. In addition, it is necessary to increase the work support facilities of the Morotai Island BNKK, which is marked by the addition of employee personnel (resources) both in terms of quality and quantity, strengthening the position of cross-institutional communication. and strengthen socialization for elements of society, government and students.

Abstract

Bandwidth management is a network concept in which bandwidth is set to get a flat and structured internet connection. Abstract

Router is a computer network hardware device that can be used to connect the same or different networks. Router is a tool for sending data packets through the network or the internet to get to its destination, this process is called routing. With the purpose of routing to make network communication run well, devices usely processed are called routers. In general, routers can send data packets between networks based on IP addresses. All information / data packets can be known for two ways, namely statically and dynamically. RIP (Routing Information Protocol) is example of a distance vector routing protocol. RIP offers ease of implementation, both in terms of configuration and cost aspects. RIP is suitable to applied in small and medium scale network topologies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the empowerment of Small and Medium Enterprises in the Morotai community in encouraging regional income, as well as the factors that are considered to influence it. The method used in this study is a qualitative description in which a study that describes directly the facts found in the field. The methods used to collect data are, observation, interviews and documentation. After the data is completed, the researcher analyzes the data by reducing the data, presenting the data and drawing conclusions. There is no formulation and/or policy model in favor of the government for small business developers in Pulau Morotai Regency which is also followed by the difficulty of obtaining permits from various agencies for production and trade purposes, not only because of the cost, but also the centralized requirements (for example, having to follow the required upgrading process). held only in the district capital). For this reason, there needs to be a synergy between supporting elements, both the government, the private sector and the community. This was followed by the development of the quality of human resources for industrial business actors, empowerment programs, and the provision of supporting facilities for the development of MSMEs in Morotai Island Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and test the truth of the hypothesis regarding the Effect of Powerpoint Media in Distance Learning on the Learning Outcomes of Students' Physical Fitness Activities. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Pedes class XI. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach and experimental methods. The population in this study amounted to 179 students in six classes. While the sample taken is cluster random sampling, so the sample size taken in this study is 35 students in one class. The instrument used in this research is a knowledge test in the form of a multiple choice question, a skill test, and a questionnaire sheet that has been validated with a reliability coefficient. The reliability in the knowledge test is 0.955, the reliability in the skills test is 0.942, and the reliability in the questionnaire sheet is 0.984. This data analysis used paired t-test assisted by SPSS. The results of this study have the following conclusions: (1) There is a significant influence in powerpoint media on students' cognitive learning outcomes from physical fitness activity material. (2) There is a significant effect of powerpoint media on students' psychomotor learning outcomes, and. (3) There is a significant effect of powerpoint media on students' attitudes.

Abstract

Health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic are very necessary because health protocols can speed up breaking the chain of spreading the Covid-19 virus. Violations that are often found in the Bekasi city environment are related to health protocols, namely maintaining distance, wearing masks and washing hands, or using hand sanitizer. There are still many who do not comply with the rules of the health protocol. The purpose of knowing the cluster level of discipline towards health protocols into five clusters spread by the number of respondents in various sub-districts in the city of Bekasi with the categories of discipline, somewhat disciplined, rarely disciplined, less disciplined, and undisciplined. Data mining is the process of extracting data to obtain new information. The technique used in this research is simple random sampling. This study using the CRIPS-DM methodology. This study calculates the k-means algorithm by obtaining a value of k = 2. The results of the test using the RapidMiner Studio 9.3 tools obtained two clusters or 2 categories of discipline levels against health protocols, namely cluster 0 with a percentage of 55.08% which is categorized as the most disciplined level, and cluster 1 with a percentage of 44.92% which is categorized as the least disciplined level. The results of clustering are evaluated by using the Silhouette Coefficient with the best cluster, k = 2 with a value of 0.926989, which is the best cluster.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the application of leadership characteristics to serve as pastors. How is the understanding of the pastor and the congregation regarding the leadership to serve and the acceptance of the congregation towards the application of the characteristics of leadership serving the pastor of the existing congregation. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. In this study, data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the pastor and the congregation have the correct understanding of servant leadership, but in practice the pastor has not fully practiced the characteristics of serving leadership which makes some congregations dissatisfied with the leadership of the existing pastor. This research is expected to provide benefits and a broader understanding for church organization leaders, pastors / pastors and congregations for the importance of implementing servant leadership in church organizations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether modification of rubber band media had an effect on athletic learning in the scissor-style high jump number during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is included in quantitative research using the experimental method of one group pre-test-posttest design. The population in this study amounted to 74 students and the sample used was 24 students, in this study the instrument used was a scissor style high jump technique skill test instrument. based on the results obtained in the study, the minimum value = 60, the maximum value = 80, the average value = 71.04, standard deviation = 6.590, and variance = 43,433 and the increase in students is as follows; (1) intervals 1-8 fall into the very low category totaling 0 students 0%; (2) intervals 9-12 fall into the low category totaling 4 students 17%; (3) intervals 13-16 are categorized as good enough with 20 students 83%; (4) interval 17-20 is in the very good or high category as many as 0 students 0%. This means that there is an increase in the 13-16 interval class in the fairly good category of 29% in the use of rubber band media modifications in learning athletic activities in the high jump number of students' scissors style.
