Abstract

The problem discussed in this study is how to improve the learning outcomes of class V students of SDN 060913 Medan Tembung through wordwall educational games. The purpose of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of class V students of SDN 060913 Medan Tembung through wordwall educational games. The subjects of the study were 24 class V students of SDN 060913 Medan Tembung. This type of research is classroom action research. The research procedure consists of 4 stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data collection techniques used in this study are: observation and testing. The results of the study showed that in cycle I the classical completeness criteria were 58,3% with an average student learning outcome score of 58,3, increasing in cycle II the classical completeness criteria were 100% with an average student learning outcome score of 83.125. So there is an increase in student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. In cycle II, student learning outcomes have reached the minimum completion criteria (KKM) set, which is 70. So it can be concluded that there is an increase in the average value from cycle I to cycle II by using the wordwall educational game which makes students more enthusiastic and interested in paying attention to learning so that cycle III is not necessary. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that the use of the wordwall educational game can increase the average value of the social science learning outcomes of class V students of SDN 060913 Medan Tembung from 72.5 to 83.125.

Abstract

In the modern era, technology has transformed the telecommunication industry in the world, with legacy telecomunikasi becoming data-based telecomunikasi due to the growth of the internet. Fiber optic cables, such as optical distribution cabinets (ODCs), are used for transmitting signals from one point to another. Optical Distribution Cabinets (ODCs) are devices in the FTTH (Fiber to The Home) topology, consisting of connectors, splicing, splitters, pigtails, slots, and other optical passive components. PT. AQUILA WIJAYA TEKNIK is a company that provides construction and infrastructure services, including fiber optic cable installation. To address these issues, it is necessary to install a fiber optic cable using the correct length and height. The study uses observational data collection methods, including focus, exploration, and orientation, to analyze the process of implementing new ODCs in Jakarta Selatan. The results aim to understand the process of ODC installation in Jakarta Selatan. Fiber optic cable termination is a crucial process that involves the use of a core and a fusion splicing technique. The core is soaked in alcohol and then cleaved with a splicing core. The splicing process is called fusion splicing, which involves separating two fibers into a single fiber. The splicing resistance is typically 0.02 dB.. The termination process includes removing the terminal and cable, the sarana sambung kabel, sealing rings, and the sleeve. Fusion splicing techniques include stripping coating with a stripper, stripping the sleeve, and splicing the fiber with a cleaver. The splicer then reassembles the splicer, ensuring the fiber is properly connected. The termination process is completed by removing the splicer and removing the sleeve.

Abstract

Sexual violence against children is a serious form of human rights violation and has long-term impacts on children's growth and development. In South Halmahera Regency, this phenomenon still often occurs, especially in areas with limited access to information, social supervision, and legal protection. This study aims to analyze the form and effectiveness of legal protection for child victims of sexual violence through a case study approach and literature study. This study explores three actual cases that occurred between 2022 and 2024, and examines various regulations and their implementation at the regional level. The results of the study show that although national regulations are adequate, the implementation of legal protection in the regions still faces various obstacles, such as weak victim assistance, slow law enforcement processes, and minimal coordination between institutions. This study recommends strengthening regional policies, increasing the capacity of law enforcement officers, and providing integrated, child-friendly assistance services.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of timeline media on students' historical thinking abilities. This research was carried out using quantitative methods and cluster random sampling techniques. Research data was obtained through observation, tests and documentation. Analysis of the research data obtained using the T Test (Independent T-Test) and Effect Size. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observation techniques, measurement techniques, document techniques. The data collection tools used by researchers are observation guidelines, tests and guidelines. The results of the research show (1) This research uses timeline media in history learning to get grades that tend to be low. (2) Based on the test results in the experimental class and control class through posttest-pretest questions, there were significant differences, namely in the experimental class, scores were 72.2 and 73.7. Meanwhile, in the control class, scores were 57.8 and 66.1. (3) Based on the calculation of the T Test (Independent T-Test) via SPSS, a significance level was obtained, namely 0.00 < 0.05 and a value of 0.83 was obtained through the effect size test in the large category. So it can be concluded that the use of timeline media on students' historical thinking abilities in learning history has an influence and has a big effect.

Abstract

Nature Schools is one of the non- formality with nature-based in its implementation. The emergence of Nature Schools is one of the reactions to the current ugly education system. This study aims to find out the liberating education in nature schools as well as the rational choice of parents in choosing CEFA Islamic School for their children. Research was also conducted to find out the responses of parents regarding the CEFA Nature School. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method by using observation, interview and documentation techniques as data collection tools. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there are liberating educational practices in CEFA Nature Schools with freedom in learning and two-way communication between teachers and students. The rational choice of parents in choosing CEFA Nature School is based on several factors, namely because of the large portion of religious education, word-of-mouth information, trust, affordable costs, close enough mileage, does not make children depressed and stressed with education, and can be a way to find potential, as well as children's interests and talents. The response of parents to CEFA Nature School is very positive by seeing the development in the child's personality such as becoming more diligent in worship, independent, willing to help with homework, more confident, and having social skills.

Abstract

Improvement of learning outcomes of ppkn on the material of recognizing five Pancasila symbols in Garuda Pancasila appropriately with image media in class II SDN 060913 Medan Tembung School Year 2023/2024. Classroom Action Research. Teacher Professional Education, Elementary School Teacher Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. This research was conducted on grade II students of SD Negeri 060913 Medan Tembung in the 2023/2024 academic year, due to the problem of Civics learning outcomes, especially the material for recognizing the five symbols of Pancasila in Garuda Pancasila is still low. Through image media this problem is tried to be improved and corrected. The purpose of this study was to improve the ability to recognize the five symbols of Pancasila in Garuda Pancasila through the use of image media in class II SD Negeri 060913 Medan Tembung in the 2023/2024 school year. This research procedure was carried out in two cycles. The steps in each cycle consist of four stages, namely Planning, Implementation, Action or observation, Reflection. The results showed that when the learning process had not used pictures, the average student score was 45. In cycle I using image media, the average value of students became 61 and in cycle II the average value increased to 87.

Abstract

Dalam penanganan perkara kartel diindonesia seringkalinya adalah dalam proses pembuktiannya hanya menggunakan satu bukti saja yakni bukti petunjuk. Dalam praktinya banyak terjadi ketimpangan dalam penggunaan bukti petunjuk ini, banyak perkara kartel yang di putus dalam artian di terima dan ada yang di tolak bahkan sampai ke Mahkamah Agung. Jika dilihat dalam Peraturan Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha dalam Pasal 1 Ayat (13) PERKOM Tahun 2019 bahwa terkait penggunaan bukti sekurang-kurangnya adalah 2 (dua) alat bukti yang sah, dan alat bukti yang sah dapat dilihat dalam Pasal 42 Undang-Undang No. 5 Tahun 1999. Dalam persaingan usaha bukti-bukti tidak langsung di terima sebagai bukti yang sah sepanjang bukti itu cukup dan logis, serta tidak ada bukti lain yang yang lebih kuat yang dapat melemahkan bukti-bukti yang bersifat tidak langsung tersebut. Dilihat dari penegakan hukum UU Nomor 5 Tahun 1999 melalui penggunaan bukti tidak langsung masih diwarnai dengan ketidak pastian hukum, dan seharunya tidaklah berbeda beda pendapat hakim dalam menjatuhkan putusan baik di Pengadilan maupun Mahkamah Agung dengan penggunaan bukti tidak langsung. Jenis penelitian dapat digolongkan dalam penelitian Normatif yang mengkaji singronasi hukum eksitensi peraturan KPPU yang dihadapkan dengan Undang-Undang Nomor. 5 Tahun 1999 dan Undang dan Peraturan Komisi Tahun 2019 dalam sistem pembuktian hukum acara persaingan usaha yang khususnya adalah penanganan masalah kartel. Penelitian ini mengunakan data sekunder yang dibagi kedalam bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder dan bahan hukum tersier. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha sebagai lembaga pengawas persaingan usaha di Indonesia tentunya harus memiliki ketegasan yang kuat agar permasalahan pelanggaran persaingan usaha tidak terjadi lagi, terkhusus dalam kepastian dan kedudukan bukti tidak langsung yang digunakan dalam proses pemeriksaan oleh Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha, yang sampai pada Pengadilan Negeri dan Mahkamah Agung , harusnya Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha harus memiliki peraturan yang khusus terkait dengan keabsaan dari bukti petunjuk. dan tentunya majelis hakim harus jeli dalam menilik perkara dan memberikan putusan dan juga majelis hakim harus paham dengan kedudukan Independen Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha dan Peraturan Komisi yang lemah seharusnya dijadikan dasar pertimbangan oleh mejelis hakim dalam mmemutus perkara persaingan usaha, sehingga tidak akan lagi ketidak adilan bagi Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha dan pelaku usaha yang terlapor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran apa yang dilakukan Forum Anak Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu dalam pencegahan kekerasan pada anak dan untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi oleh Forum Anak dalam pencegahan kekerasan pada anak. Metode yang digunakan Teknik purposive sampling didasarkan pada tujuan tertentu di mana individu atau kelompok yang dipilih memenuhi kriteria tertentu yang mengabungkan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data untuk penelitian ini an dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 4 pengurus Forum Anak Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu dan satu orang tua korban dari kekerasan pada anak menjadi partisipan dalam penelitian ini, teknik purposive sampling, teknik pengambilan sampel non-probabilitas di mana sampel dipilih berdasarkan pertimbangan tertentu. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, peran yang dilakukan Forum Anak yakni sebagai pelopor dan pelapor. Pelopor adalah peran anak untuk berkontribusi aktif dalam berbagai upaya pemenuhan hak dan perlindungan khusus anak dan pelapor adalah terlibat aktif menyampaikan pendapat ketika mengalami atau melihat serta merasakan tidak terpenuhnya hak dan perlindungan anak. Kendala yang dihadapi Forum Anak adalah masih banyak orang tua atau orang dewasa yang mengganggap kekerasan pada anak itu hal yang sepele dan dapat menimbulkan peningkatan kekerasan pada anak.

Abstract

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics subjects using the addition and subtraction board (panjurang) media for class III students at SD Negeri 064974 Medan Tembung. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK), using the Kemmis and McTanggart model which includes planning, action, and observation and reflection in each cycle. The subjects in this research were class III students at SD Negeri 064974 Medan Tembung, totaling 27 students. Data collection techniques use observation and tests. The research instruments used were student observation sheets to determine the level of implementation of the learning process at each meeting, learning outcome test sheets using written questions which were used as an evaluation tool for learning activities given at the end of learning in each cycle, and data collection obtained through test results. written. Data was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The indicator of success is that ≥75% of the total number of students have reached the specified KKM, namely 70. The results of the research show that the application of panjurang board media in mathematics subjects can improve the learning outcomes of class III students at SD Negeri 064974 Medan Tembung. At the time no action had been taken, the mathematics learning scores of class III students at SD Negeri 064974 Medan Tembung were only 11 (41%) students who reached the KKM score. In the first cycle of action activities, there was an increase, namely 18 (67%) students who achieved the KKM score, and in cycle II there was an increase of 25 (92%) students who succeeded in achieving the completion score. The average score of students from cycle I and cycle II increased from 65 to 84.4.

Abstract

This writing aims to improve student learning outcomes by using the SAVI multiplication learning model in class III at SDN 064974 Medan Tembung for the 2024/2025 academic year. This type of writing is class action writing (PTK). The subjects of this writing are class III students at SDN 064974 Medan Tembung. Based on the writing results obtained, there was an increase in student learning outcomes in multiplication material in class III at SDN 064974 Medan Tembung for the 2024/2025 academic year. The writing results in the first cycle of students who got a complete score were 12 students or 44% while the students who did not complete were 15 students or 56% with an average score of 64. In the second cycle of students who got a complete score there were 25 students or 93% while the 2 students or 7% did not complete with an average score of 80. The increase in learning outcomes occurred after improvements in actions in cycle II. The action was stopped in cycle II because it had reached the success criteria, thus it was concluded that by using the SAVI learning model student learning outcomes increased in Multiplication in Class III SDN 064974 Medan Tembung.
