Abstract

The postmodernist material cause of the schema of Crossbones implies an innovative method and a meta-cognition realm within postcolonial system of proposition and metadata, involves a new approach of intellection in the perspective relational values and relational frame theory stand as a dimensionality of understanding and a generative and transformative reality. Through an object program and a normative functionalism, Farah installs a psycho-functionalist perspective in the run to transcend the realm of ethnocentrism and relegio-politico social theory concerning the domain of formal conception and perception of relationalism. This persistence relates to an alternative understanding, a modality and property differentiation concerning the relational aesthetic and the status quo of the Be-ing, and a transformative reform about human intellect prerequisites and requests. in this dynamic of social practice and evidence-based practice, the relational aesthetic theory within Farah evolves his docufiction, define a method of linguistic performance and a relational expression that focuses on a conceivable representation of truth and experience.

Abstract

In this paper, by using qualitative analytical analysis with 2 case examples of Thanh nien and Tuoi tre newspapers (online) in Vietnam, in which there are history of publishing fakes news online from 2015, 2016, 2018, 2022 (with very bad editors Nguyen Ngoc Toan and Dang Thi Phuong Thao), as well as giaoduc.edu.vn and vietnamnet.vn in 2022 so we will address some points in this study based on answers for question: “What are regulatory lessons from Indonesia and Japan approaches on publishing fake news?”. We would suggest that there are penalties for negative behaviors of posting fake news online (any fake information) in the context of covid 19 epidemic. Tapsell (2019) defined ‘hoax news’ as similar to the more globally recognized term ‘fake news’: material deliberately fabricated and masqueraded as truth. At last, we will draw some lessons from K.Marx and Ho Chi Minh viewpoints on journalism for educating young generation in emerging markets such as Vietnam.

Abstract

The outbreak of the Corona virus that ravaged most parts of the globe including Nigeria had impacted all sectors in all economies. Understanding the perception of rural farmers about Covid-19 pandemic impacts on agricultural activities becomes imperative as it will help local government authorities identify possible vulnerabilities and prioritize interventions. This study therefore seeks 1) to know farmer perceptions of the probable impacts of Covid-19 pandemic on agricultural production process of rural farmers and 2) to examine if this perception varies by the population subgroups of farmers? Using selected rural areas in five local government areas in Ekiti state as case study, primary data obtained through the administered questionnaire were analysed using descriptive statistics and analysis of variance. Results indicated that the two most potential and identified possible vulnerabilities are agricultural output and access to finance, and income with respect to production process and welfare, respectively. ANOVA results indicated that both age and gender are not statistically significant at 5 percent in explaining perceived impact of covid-19 on agricultural output likewise others such as educational attainment, years of farming experience and marital status. Hence, none of the levels in each of the chosen categorical variables is found to be statistically different from the other ones in impacting agricultural production. It is therefore recommended that government policies aimed at stimulating agricultural production should not be gender bias and age driven. Similarly, other factors such as years of farming experience, educational attainment and marital status should be de-emphasized when initiating such policies.

Abstract

The issues of Indonesian migrant workers are interminable; practically all bordering countries, including Malaysia, are destinations for Indonesian migrant workers. Administrative issues, salary disparities, exploitation, and human trafficking are all issues that Indonesian migrant workers encounter abroad. As the country's representative, the Embassy/Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia plays a vital role in defending Indonesian migrant workers and Indonesian nationals overseas. The government's legal protection normally begins with document registration, followed by preparation, training, and placement. This study used a normative strategy with a statutory and case approach. Preventive protection takes the form of providing protection based on Law Number 21 of 2007 about TIP, Law Number 18 of 2017 concerning PMI Protection, and Malaysian Law in Deed 670 concerning the Anti-Trafficking in Persons and Anti-Migrant Smuggling Deed 2007. The Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia Malaysia provides legal protection for Indonesian employees who are victims of illegal acts of human trafficking through both litigation and non-litigation routes.

From an ingenuous beget to a more compound whole of a convention of representation and the association of experience, the Yela inside the Puular language becomes a structural material. Thus, the constituent of conservative imagery and the colonialist dynamic influences frame an innovative eccentric variety that appraises the formation of reality, memory, and symbol. Therefore, the domain of Yela through its cultural and artistic body, and within its existing essentiality of Gaandal and Demngal overtakes the principles of basic linguistics and the colonialist conventional perception of productivity. In effect, the Yela art through the all-encompassing relation of the Puular language with the whole performance of time and space, emphasizes on a cosmopolitan wholesome recombination, settlement and re-appropriation of material imagination and objective reality of intellection.
