One of the government's endeavors to promote legal clarity and maintain communal land rights is to register all land in Indonesia. The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency is in charge of a statewide program called Complete Systematic Land Registration, which aims to speed up the land registration process. In accordance with the directive issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency Director. A number of problems prevent the implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration, including inconsistencies in government regulations, the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning's regulations, and the Law on Regional Taxes and Regional Retributions. Legitimacy Theory, Legal Validity Theory, and Legal Certainty Theory all stipulate that statutory regulations may not conflict with other regulations in order to provide certainty; these theories should be followed if the government is serious about achieving the goal of Complete Systematic Land Registration. Legislation provides safeguards for those with title to land, free of normative conflicts and the potential for multiple interpretations at the administrative and judicial levels. Both the normative legal approach and the synchronization legal approach will be included into the analysis of the qualitative data used in this study.

The study investigates the application of G. Polya’s four-step problem-solving process in teaching Physics. This teaching method helps students form and develop problem-solving skills in learning, including (1) Understanding the problem; (2) Making a plan; (3) Executing the plan; (4) Looking back and reflecting. An experimental teaching session on “some forces in practice” for 300 tenth graders in two high schools (grade 10) was conducted as part of this study. Experimental results at first show that more than 80% of students have significantly improved their problem-solving skills. These experimental results are expected to enable teachers and students to teach and learn Physics effectively, meeting the expected outcomes of the General Education Program.

Through the frame frequency of the imported state and the westernization of the African political order, the social construction of the African bureaucracy appears as a structural device of abstraction, exploitation, and brutality. Then, through the frame of reference with the importation of conceptual juridical coordination and perceptual representative consensus, the African public administration enhances a frameshift transformation and a succession of causality. Therefore, in combinatorial and transactional analysis, the framework of Devil On The Cross progresses in a method of empirical processing decomposition. Within this respect, the elemental and pure imaginary of the African administration proceeds as a functional derivative governmentality and a colonial functional inception power. Subsequently, with its interaction design, processing system, and volume technique, the realm of Devil on The Cross inserts a paradigmatic analysis and a value engineering within which this African administration happens as an characteristic structural formula and an inefficient relational frame theory. Moreover, within the space-time continuum, the configuration management and the linear configuration programming of the African management apparatus, Devil On The Cross becomes a holomorphic function and an analytic continuation that reveal the anachronism nature and the asynchronous system of the African post-colonial administration.

In the last few decades, there has been a paradigm shift in the provision of criminal sanctions from retributive justice to restorative justice. Retributive justice assumes that criminal punishment must be based on the concept of revenge and retribution for the mistakes made by the perpetrator, while restorative justice emphasizes recovery for the victim and repairing the damaged relationship between the perpetrator and the victim. This study discusses the re-evaluation and reorientation of the philosophy of retributive justice to restorative justice in imposing criminal sanctions, as well as the purpose of punishment itself. This article presents the history and basic concepts of both types of justice, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each approach. In addition, this research also discusses the application of restorative justice in sentencing practices and how this approach can help improve the relationship between perpetrators and victims, as well as prevent crimes from occurring in the future. By examining and considering both approaches, this research can help improve the existing penal system to achieve goals that are more effective and fairer for all parties involved in the sentencing process.
