Abstract

PT Pangansari Utama is a company engaged in the food industry, it has several main obstacles, namely still using third-party e-commerce applications, namely Tokopedia and storing customer data in the Tokopedia database which often causes problems such as human error, namely the delivery party often forgets to update the status of transactions that make sales reports late and not on schedule. Solving the problem from PT Pangansari Utama, we need an e-commerce information system that can of course store customer data in a safe and structured manner as well as a system that can help admin, finance, and delivery to manage transactions more easily. The customer purchase transaction manager will be directed to finance Pangsari so that there is no more delay in transferring funds, an information system is needed that can change the transaction status automatically if the product has been received by the customer, an information system is needed that can report all sales data into day, week reports , month and year automatically.

Abstract

Selama ini undangan pernikahan selalu dalam bentuk kertas dan bahan sejenisnya, biaya yang dibebankan juga tidaklah murah, waktu dalam melakukan pencetakan undangan juga tidaklah cepat, hal ini sangat menyita waktu dan biaya, dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini dan dukungan internet yang sudah meluas maka dapat dikembangkan sebuah sistem undangan online berbasis web yang dapat mengurangi beban biaya, waktu pencetakan maupun pengiriman undangan. Dalam hal ini sistem undangan online tersebut merupakan suatu solusi antara konsumen dan produsen, dimana dalam suatu sistem tersebut dapat melakukan pemesanan dan melakukan transaksi secara online dimanapun dan kapanpun. Konsumen juga dapat memilih desain undangan sesuai yang tersedia di dalam website tersebut. Sistem ini juga dapat membuat link yang dapat di bagikan melalui media sosial, jika terdapat kerabat maupun saudara yang berada pada jarak yang jauh. Abstract

PT. Lfor Digital Printing is a company that operates in the field of printing or commonly called digital printing. In carrying out the ordering process, this company still does not use computerized applications, so it is considered less efficient and effective because customers still have to come directly to the place to place orders or by telephone or email. That's why a web-based printing production ordering system was created in order to improve the quality of ordering services and also increase customer satisfaction. There are several methods used in making this system, namely the observation method, literature study method, and interview method for data collection methods. The modeling of this system uses the Unifield Modeling Language (UML) method with the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​for the database.

Abstract

The development of technology that is built to fix a problem in a system is needed by the institution. The Directorate of Poor Handling Region III, Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia requires an information system for reporting recipients of assistance quickly and periodically. In this case, the author conducted a study that aims to develop a reporting information system, so that the development of the Joint Business Group (KUBE) beneficiaries can be known quickly and as information material for decision makers related to program implementation. By analyzing the current system, this research resulted in the development of a web-based information system on reporting the development of the Joint Business Group (KUBE) at the Directorate of Poor Handling Region III, Ministry of Social Affairs, RI. The development of this system refers to the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. Reports on the development of the Joint Business Group (KUBE) are carried out by social assistants and the report will make it easier for the Directorate for the Handling of the Poor Region III to obtain information on the progress of KUBE assistance.

Abstract

SMK Tri Patria Nusantara is one of the educational institutions whose payment system has not yet been computerized, the input is still recorded in the book as data processing for students who have paid tuition fees. And the data storage is still in archiving in the ledger, so that the administrative staff must record the names of students who have paid administratively one by one which can result in misinformation regarding data collection on the names of students who have paid and make it difficult for administrative staff to find or provide data that is needed. If necessary, then a web-based tuition payment system is needed. The stages of system development in making this information system use the Prototyping model method which consists of the planning stage, the analysis stage, the design stage, and the implementation stage. Using the PHP programming language in its manufacture and MySQL Server as the database. The results of the research are that the system that was running previously did not have a SPP payment data storage in the form of a database, which is still in the form of a bookkeeping so that the data storage process becomes more difficult to search, so it is proposed to design and manufacture a web-based SPP payment information system at SMK Tri Patria Nusantara. With the existence of a web-based tuition payment information system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for Administatative staff to process computerized student administration payment data.

Abstract

Village Information System Process for managing letters and information on ongoing activities. Theauthor found several indications of problems such as, not all people know the valid information,especially for programs or activities held by the government, not all citizens know this information.Data obtained from field studies, namely observations and interviews. The variables contained in thisthesis are independent variables, namely program implementation. The dimensions used to test theimplementation of the Village Information System Program. From the results of the research anddiscussion carried out, it can be concluded that the Village Information System in the process ofmanaging correspondence at RW 05, Kenari sub-district, is not yet fully optimal. This can be seen inthe factors of program implementation that have not been carried out properly, namely theorganization, especially human resources, inadequate facilities, training provided to the community isvery minimal and in the implementation factor there are still obstacles

The buying and selling activity is an activity that is absolutely vital for the success of a company because if the buying and selling activities run smoothly then the income that enters the company will be stable and so the company can easily develop. PT. Multitrend Indonesia (Kanmo Retail Group) is a company engaged in retail. In the purchasing process that is running at PT. Multitrend Indonesia has many obstacles, for example, when processing orders, the request form for goods is often lost, which slows down the process of purchasing goods. Abstract

The rapid development of technology causes an increase in the need for information. The problems encountered in the system that has been running as it is today. The correspondence archiving system at the Leadership Administration Bureau still uses the manual method, so that the processing and data retrieval process becomes long and less efficient. The results of the analysis of the system that will be designed in accordance with the formulation of existing problems and discuss the results of observations with employees at the Leadership Administration Bureau that use this filing application flexibly in completing their tasks. Such as importing incoming letters, looking for letters, and borrowing letters easily, quickly, and efficiently. Therefore, this archiving information system is made in order to help agencies or companies to increase effectiveness in processing archive data by minimizing the possibilities of errors that will occur and so that information security can be guaranteed.

Abstract

PT. Pradata Integra Media is a Leading Project Management Infrastructure Information Technology Company. With focused services for Data Center planning, Consulting, Design, Engineering, and Maintenance of Computer and Server Rooms. For incoming and outgoing goods or material systems in the Logistics division, this occurs when a project is running. The process of the incoming and outgoing goods system still uses bookkeeping or conventional techniques in processing the data and the resulting information is inaccurate so that the search for goods data takes a long time because the data is allowed to accumulate. Making web-based inventory application with PHP programming language and MySQL database at PT. Pradata Integra Media includes master data processing which consists of stock and project inventory that focuses on input of new goods, process of goods out, input of project inventory data, inventory status of goods, the process of submitting project equipment procurement, the process of making a letter of introduction for outgoing goods, inventory inventory reports and project inventory inventory reports. By using a web-based application system, it is hoped that divisions related to material goods can carry out the data collection process easily, because the speed and data collection process is more accurate, efficient and neat, making it easy to find the desired computer data.
