Abstract

Caesarean section delivery is a method of delivery in which an incision or incision is made in the abdominal wall and uterine wall to remove the product of conception. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the increase in the number of Sesarea sections in the H. Sahudin Kutacane Regional Hospital, Southeast Aceh, Aceh Province, Indonesia. This research method is a mixed method with a cross-sectional or explanatory sequential approach. The number of samples used for the quantitative study were 40 women giving birth by cesarean section, and for qualitative research using 4 informants consisting of 2 maternal, 1 obstetrician, and 1 clinic midwife. Data collection techniques in this study used primary, secondary, and tertiary data. The data analysis techniques used in this study were univariate, bivariate, and multivariate. The results of this study indicate that the factors of age (p = 0.221), education (p = 0.000), work (p = 0.733), parity (p = 0.000), medical indications (p = 0.140), JKN KIS (p = 0.000), knowledge (p = 0.007), and attitude (p = 0.000). Of the 5 related variables, there were no variables that directly affected the increase in cesarean section (p value => 0.05). There is a significant relationship between education, parity, national health insurance, knowledge and attitudes towards increasing cesarean section delivery in RSUD. H. Sahudin Kutacane, but of the five variables, none of the variables had an effect on the increase in the cesarean section rate in RSUD.H. Sahudin Kutacane.

Abstract

The quality of sleep on pregnant women affected their condition during pregnancy. A decrease in sleep duration in pregnant women can cause a decrease in concentration, fatigue, body aches, losing the mood to work, and having a tendency to be emotional. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of back massage on the sleep quality of trimester III primigravida pregnant women in Puskesmas Talaga Jaya. The research design was a quasi experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design. The research sample was 20 pregnant women with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. From the results of the independent t test, it shows that there is a difference between the experimental group and the control group on the decrease in sleep quality with a p value of = 0.000 α <(0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that back massage is more effective in increasing sleep quality of those given treatment than those without given treatment.

Abstract

Efforts to reduce population growth are carried out by controlling births through family planning. The contraceptive method recommended by the government is the Long Term Contraception Method (MKJP) because it is more efficient, safe, and effective. Data at the state, provincial, district / city level, as well as data from the Community Health Center, the use of non-MKJP (73.4%) is more desirable than the Long-Term Contraception Method (MKJP) (26.6%). Many factors cause someone to choose to use MKJP based on Green's theory. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence EFA in the selection of the Long-Term Contraception Method (MKJP). This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional design. The research was conducted in the working area of the Medan Teladan Community Health Center. The population of PUS mothers was 2,897 people, and the sample was obtained 110 people. Data analysis was univariate, bivariate using chi-square and multivariate using multiple logistic regression at the 95% confidence level ( = 0.05). The results showed that the variables that had an effect on the selection of MKJP in the Medan Teladan Community Health Center were knowledge (p = 0.002), family / husband support (p = 0.038), and the role of cadres (p = 0.001). The variables that had no effect were attitude (p = 0.153), accessibility (p = 0.061), and peer support (p = 0.098). The most dominant factor was the role of the cadre variable with a value of Exp (B) / OR = 8.819, which means that respondents who stated that the role of cadres was supportive had the opportunity to choose MKJP by 8.8 times higher than stating that the role of cadres was not supportive. The conclusion of this study is that the selection of MKJP by Fertile Age Couples (PUS) is influenced by knowledge, family / husband support, and the role of cadres. It is recommended that KB cadres increase counseling to husbands and wives about MKJP by offline (face to face, leaflets, brochures, etc.) and online (internet) during the Covid-19 period.

Abstract

This article examines the impact of online games on children's mental health. A person can be diagnosed with a game addiction by a psychologist or a psychiatrist if he has a game playing pattern that is severe enough to have a negative impact on himself, his family, social, education, work, and other important things. Psychologists or psychiatrists usually can only provide a diagnosis after a person's game addiction pattern lasts for at least 12 months, although this time requirement can be shortened if the adverse effects of playing games on his daily life are very obvious. The impact of online gaming addiction on children is manifested through a lack of focus on other daily activities, lack of attention in class, and constant thinking about games. In fact, the World Health Organization (WHO) has designated online game addiction as a type of mental disorder. Game addiction can also occur with other mental disorders, such as stress, depression and anxiety disorders. Various efforts can be made to prevent mental disorders, namely doing physical activity and staying physically active, helping others sincerely to maintain positive thoughts.

In general, the problem of diarrhea disease is one of the environmental-based diseases which is still the biggest health problem in Indonesia due to poor basic sanitation conditions, the physical environment and the low behavior of the community to live clean and healthy, and there are still many factors that cause the emergence of diarrhea disease. This research method is descriptive analytic with cross sectional design with a research sample of 112 people. Data analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with Chi square statistical tests. The results of this study indicate the relationship between predisposing factors such as education with a value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05), work with a value of p = 0.013 (p <0.05), income with a value of p = 0.024 (p <0.05) and knowledge with a value p = 0.13 (p> 0.05) and attitude p = 0.47 (p> 0.05). The conclusion in this research is that there is a relationship such as education, work and income, there is no relationship between knowledge and attitude with the incidence of diarrhea. It is recommended that mothers under five should always adopt clean and healthy living habits and provide nutritious food to avoid infectious diseases, especially diarrhea
