Abstract

The use of digital money (e-money) is very common around us. It can be seen that many individual top-up services can make it easier for us to exchange cash for digital money, in this case, the author uses the DANA digital wallet as the object of research. This study aims to determine whether the mechanism for the top-up of individual services on the application of funds is by the sharf contract and the views of Syafi`iyyah and Malikiyyah on sharf transactions that are late or not cash. In this research, the writer uses the juridical-empirical research method. Based on interview data obtained from individual service top-up transactions, there are obstacles in terms of the network that can make top-up transactions require a waiting time of 2x24 working hours, from the analysis according to Syafi`iyyah and Malikiyyah, sharf transaction contracts must occur in cash, but Syafi` iyyah allows sharf transactions to occur slowly as long as the buyer and seller do not separate, on the contrary Malikiyyah requires sharf transactions to occur quickly even though the two are not separated, the transaction must be completed as quickly as possible.

Abstract

Abstrak Generasi Z merupakan generasi yang paling dekat dengan penggunaan teknologi dalam kehidupan sehari-harinya termasuk dalam pemenuhan transaksi keuangan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan pengaruh theory of consumption value terhadap minat generasi z dalam menggunakan layanan mobile banking syariah dan konvensional. Metode partial least squares (PLS) untuk menguji hipotesis dengan bantuan software Smartpls v3. Populasi penelitian ini adalah generasi Z yang menggunakan layanan perbankan syariah dan konvensional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 136 orang. Penelitian ini menghasilkan ksesimpulan bahwa theory of consumption value memiliki dampak yang sama terhadap minat generasi Z dalam menggunakan layanan mobile banking baik konvensional maupun syariah. Nilai kondisional dan emosional sama-sama mempengaruhi minat dalam menggunakan layanan mobile banking syariah dan konvesional. Sedangkan nilai epistemik dan fungsional sama-sama tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat generasi Z dalam menggunakan layanan mobile banking syariah dan konvesional. Nilai sosial memiliki hasil yang berbeda yaitu tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat menggunakan layanan mobile banking syariah, namun berpengaruh terhadap minat menggunakan layanan mobile banking konvensional. Implikasi penelitian ini bahwa layanan mobile banking syariah harus memiliki layanan yang sama dengan mobile banking konvensional. Pengembangan layanan bank syariah khususnya mobile banking syariah harus didasarkan theory of consumption value. Kata Kunci: Theory of consumption value, Generaasi Z, Mobile Banking

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship in causality, short-term and long-term relationships as well as the variable response of Capital Adequacy Ratio, inflation, exchange rates and Non-Performing Financing of the MSME sector in Islamic banking in Indonesia. The data sources used in this study are secondary data sources obtained from OJK and BI which were published for 6 consecutive years as many as 72 samples. The data analysis method in this study uses Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) analysis for short-term and long-term analysis of the influence between variables. The results revealed that there is a long-term influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio and Inflation variables on Non-Performing Financing. Meanwhile, in the short term, the variable Capital Adequacy Ratio and inflation do not affect Non-Performing Financing. On the other hand, in the long and short term, there is no influence of exchange rate variables on Non-Performing Financing. Furthermore, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Inflation and exchange rates simultaneously affect Non-Performing Financing in the MSME sector in Islamic banking in Indonesia. The implications of these findings can be the basis for Islamic banks and regulators to develop more effective policies in managing NPF risk and supporting the growth of the MSME sector. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan secara kausalitas, hubungan secara jangka pendek dan jangka panjang serta respon variabel Capital Adequacy Ratio, inflasi, kurs dan Non Performing Financing sektor UMKM pada perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data sekunder yang diperoleh dari OJK dan BI yang di publish selama 6 tahun berturut-turut sebanyak 72 sampel. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) untuk analisis jangkan pendek dan jangka panjang pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara jangka panjang variabel Capital Adequacy Ratio dan Inflasi terhadap Non Performing Financing. Sedangkan dalam jangka pendek variabel Capital Adequacy Ratio dan inflasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Non Performing Financing. Di sisi lain, secara jangka panjang maupun jangka pendek, tidak terdapat pengaruh variabel kurs terhadap Non Performing Financing. Selanjutnya, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Inflasi dan kurs secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Non Performing Financing sektor UMKM pada perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Implikasi dari temuan ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi perbankan syariah dan regulator untuk mengembangkan kebijakan yang lebih efektif dalam mengelola risiko NPF dan mendukung pertumbuhan sektor UMKM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi terhadap minat generasi milenial menggunakan produk tabungan emas di Pegadaian Syariah UPS johan pahlawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 302 nasabah dan yang diambil sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 responden. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian yaitu dengan cara pengambilan sampel aksidental, artinya siapa saja anggota populasi yang ditemui saat dilakukan penelitian maka anggota populasi tersebut ditarik sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kusioner dengan pengukuran skala likert. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear sederhana dengan pendekatan Metode Kuadrat Terkecil (OLS). Hasil estimasi model mengungkapkan bahwa promosi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat generasi milenial menggunakan produk tabungan emas di Pegadaian Syariah UPS Johan Pahlawan. Implikasi dari temuan ini memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam konteks pemasaran dan strategi bisnis pegadaian terutama dalam memikat masyarakat secara umum terkhusus generasi milenial dalam menggunakan produk tabungan emas di Pegadaian Syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Sukuk Mudharabah and Foreign Exchange on the profitability of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia from 2014 to 2021. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression with the assistance of Econometric Views (Eviews). The results of the study indicate that Sukuk Mudharabah has a negative and insignificant effect on profitability (sig value. 0.413 > 0.05). Foreign exchange has a positive and significant effect on profitability (sig value. 0.024 <0.05). Additionally, sukuk mudharabah and foreign exchange both have a positive and significant effect on the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia (sig value. 0.00 <0.05). These results demonstrate the impact of foreign exchange on Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to find out how mobile banking services, namely security, reliability and access capability, influence PT customer satisfaction. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Pante Bidari both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample used in this research was customers of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Pante Bidari with 88 customers. Technique for distributing questions through questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data quality tests, namely validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, namely normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests, namely f tests, t tests and coefficient tests. determinant (R2). The data was processed using SPSS version 25. This research obtained the results that variable 1) Security had a significant negative effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Pante Bidari. 2) Reliability has a significant positive effect on PT customer satisfaction. Indonesian Sharia Bank KCP Pante Bidari. 3) Access capability has a significant positive effect on PT customer satisfaction. Indonesian Sharia Bank KCP Pante Bidari. 4) Simultaneously, it is known that mobile banking service variables which include security, reliability and access capability have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh layanan mobile banking yaitu keamanan, kehandalan dan kemampuan akses terhadap kepuasan nasabah PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Pante Bidari baik secara parsial dan simultan. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Pante Bidari yang berjumlah 88 Nasabah. Teknik penyebaran pertanyaan melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji kualitas data yaitu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis yaitu uji f, uji t, dan uji koefisien determinan (R2). Data tersebut diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa variabel 1) Keamanan berpengaruh secara negatif signifikan terhadap kepuasan Nasabah PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Pante Bidari. 2) Kehandalan berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan Nasabah PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Pante Bidari. 3) Kemampuan akses berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan Nasabah PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Pante Bidari. 4) Secara simultan diketahui bahwa variabel layanan mobile banking yang meliputi keamanan, kehandalan dan kemampuan akses berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan Nasabah PT. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivational behavior and financial literacy on FEBI IAIN Langsa students' decisions in investing. The method used is a quantitative approach. This research uses probability sampling using simple random sampling. The sample used was 59 FEBI IAIN Langsa students. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests (t test, F test and R2). The results of the t test research show that the independent variable motivational behavior has a significant positive effect on stock investment decisions among FEBI IAIN Langsa students with a t value of 2.852 > 1.672 and sig 0.049 < 0.05 and financial literacy has a significant positive effect on stock investment decisions among FEBI IAIN Langsa students with a t value of 5.032 > 1.662 and sig 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the F test research show that there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between the variables of motivational behavior and financial literacy on stock investment decisions among FEBI IAIN Langsa students with an Fcount value of 64.646 > ftable 2.71.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of financial literacy, locus of control and financial attitudes on the consumptive behavior of FEBI IAIN Langsa students. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used was a simple random sampling technique using the Slovin formula so that 86 respondents were obtained. Data collection was carried out through observation and using questionnaires. The data obtained was tested for suitability using validity, reliability and classical assumption tests. Meanwhile, to test the hypothesis, multiple linear regression analysis tests are used which include the t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The research results show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on students' consumptive behavior. Locus of control has a positive and significant effect on student consumer behavior. Financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on students' consumptive behavior. Financial literacy, locus of control and financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on students' consumptive behavior. From the results of this research, it is known that students can improve financial literacy, locus of control and good financial attitudes so that students are able to manage their finances efficiently so that students will be wiser in using their money and avoid consumptive behavior

Abstract

Poverty tends to occur in developing countries, including Indonesia. Poverty is a complex problem and requires a comprehensive approach in efforts to eradicate it. Handling poverty must be carried out appropriately and cover various aspects of people's lives. The negative impacts of poverty not only affect people's welfare, but also hinder economic development in the long term. Poverty has a negative effect on the economy and social welfare. To determine the prediction of poverty levels, one approach that can be taken is a time series model (time series). In this research, method Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) is used for analysis and forecasting poverty levels. So that it can provide insight into poverty behavior and take appropriate steps both in controlling and alleviating poverty. ARIMA is a time series forecasting method that is suitable for forecasting various variables quickly, simply, cheaply and accurately. The research results show that the poverty rate for the next three years (2024-2026) is 14.17%, 13.93% and 13.72%, respectively. The ARIMA model is proven to be able to provide fairly accurate predictions and follow actual trends, making it useful for forecasting. The ARIMA(1,1,1) model can be used as a reference for future forecasting. The process of forecasting poverty levels does not only focus on predicting statistical figures, but also includes an in-depth analysis of the factors that cause poverty and the economic dynamics that influence it. This allows the government to develop policies that are more effective and responsive to social and economic changes occurring in society.

Abstract

Orang beriman tak boleh memanipulasi akad jual beli agar pihak lain menjadi percaya, apalagi menipu dengan menghadirkan nama Allah Swt dalam transaksinya. Islam sudah menentukan rukun, syarat jual beli dan hal yang tidak boleh diperjual belikan. Memperkuat dukungan kebijakan atas hal tersebut, pemerintah hadir dengan menerbitkan kebijakan sebagai hukum positif yang wajib dipatuhi. Akan tetapi, kejahatan penipuan indutri jasa pilgrim umrah tetap saja terjadi dengan kerugian materi dan psikologis publik sebagai korban. Tidak hanya itu, wibawa pemerintah dan agama terdegredasi dampak ulah pelaku yang memanfaatkan ketidaktahuan publik atas akad jual beli dan kebijakan pemerintah tentang penyelenggaraan perjalanan umrah. Pemerintah sudah membuat aturan agar ekosistem interaksi pilgrim ritus ini berjalan benar. Menghukum memang bukan cara terbaik menyelesaikan masalah. Langkah menyadarkan lebih baik dari pada menghukum. Cara menyadarkan yang bijak dengan jalan dakwah kebijakan. Karena tidak semua orang tahu aturan. Ketika jalan dakwah ditempuh buntu maka law enforcement adalah jalan akhir.
