Abstract

This research was motivated by the researcher's interest in the Islamic Personal Development program at SMP IT Al-Hijrah which in fact is the flagship program of the JSIT curriculum (Integrated Islamic School Network) which is able to shape students' Islamic personalities. The purpose of this study is to identify the management of the Islamic Personal Development program in shaping the morals of students in SMP IT Al-Hijrah starting from the planning, organizing, implementing and supervision stages. The method used in this study is qualitative with a phenomenological approach with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study are (1) BPI program planning in shaping the morals of students at SMP IT Al-Hijrah including setting goals, forming organizational structures and tasks, schedules, materials as well as grouping students and assessments. (2) The organization of the BPI program is carried out by forming an organizational structure along with its role. (3) The implementation of the BPI (Bina Pribadi Islam) Program in shaping the morals of students at SMP IT Al-Hijrah is carried out in groups in accordance with BPI rules every Monday from 07.00-10.00 WIB. (4) Supervision of the BPI (Bina Pribadi Islam) program in shaping the morals of students at SMP IT Al-Hijrah is carried out by monitoring, reporting, follow-up, assessment and evaluation. Based on the findings of the research above, the Management of the Islamic Personal Development Program in shaping the morals of students at Al-Hijrah IT Junior High School is that it has succeeded in shaping the morals of students but has not been maximized. Factors that influence the inadequacy of this program are Human Resources or BPI (Bina Pribadi Islam) Coaches that do not yet fully exist, lack of parental control at home, lack of innovation or new ideas in BPI management.

Abstract

Remittances are PMI's income sent from abroad to their families in the country. The problem that often occurs is that many remittances are misused by families. This study aims to analyze the effect of education level, patriarchal culture, and family income on contraceptive use and fertility as well as to analyze the effect of work experience, work skills, marital status on remittances and family welfare of PMI from Bali Province. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method consisting of 98 respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and path analysis. The results of the study found that work experience, work skills, and marital status had a positive and significant effect on remittances. Work experience, work skills, marital status, and remittances have a positive and significant effect on family welfare. Work experience, work skills, and marital status indirectly influence family welfare through PMI remittances from the Province of Bali. Abstract

This service article entitled "The Role of KKN 17 UINSU Students in Improving the Quality of Kelumpang Kampung Village, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency based on Religion, Education, Economics , Technology, and Healthy" discusses the role or involvement of students, especially the KKN 17 UINSU student group, which is carried out by 30 students from six faculties, namely the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Faculty of Public Health, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Faculty of Da'wah and Communication, Faculty of Science and Technology, Faculty of Sharia and Law. In carrying out this service the KKN 17 UINSU group implements 4 aspects namely Religion, Education, Economy, and Technology. This service activity was carried out for 30 days in Kelumpang Kampung Village, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency. In this journal article, scientific work uses qualitative research methods in the data collection process and research methods, namely by conducting field observations and describing activities or gruop 17 KKN programs that have been implemented in Kelumpang Kampung Village.

Abstract

With the increasing population in Indonesia, it has resulted in an increase in patients coming to the hospital, including in Banten Province, especially in the City and District of Serang. Even though hospitals in Banten Province are increasing every year, the accumulation of patients in hospitals still occurs. Efficient hospital services are one of the determinants of hospital quality so that they are able to use all available resources to generate profits as desired. This requires hospitals to improve operational performance by increasing the competence of human resources and Manajemen Ramping (Lean management) which has been quite widely applied in hospitals today. The results showed that 4 hypotheses were accepted while 3 hypotheses were rejected. HR competence has a significant effect on hospital operational performance. Manajemen Ramping (Lean management) has a positive and significant effect on the operational performance of the hospital. Meanwhile, organizational culture has no significant effect on improving hospital operational performance. HR competence has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture. Lean management also has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture. Then the indirect relationship between HR competence on hospital operational performance through organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect, as well as the indirect relationship between Manajemen Ramping (Lean management) on operational performance through organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect. So the conclusion of this study is that both exogenous variables are good predictors for predicting hospital operational performance.

Abstract

This community service activity is entitled Education for Making MSME Financial Reports to Forsamik MSMEs in Kutabumi Village, Tangerang Regency. The general objective of this community service activity is to provide understanding, training and practical knowledge of accounting that can have an impact on the preparation of simple financial reports for MSME actors. The methods used are survey methods and direct delivery of material as well as simulations and discussions regarding accounting, tariffs, rules and reporting of MSME taxes, financial management, and preparation of simple financial reports. The conclusion of this community service is that it provides knowledge related to the importance of preparing good financial reports for public welfare and the many benefits if MSME actors make good financial reports.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Empowerment of Home Industry for Making Sago Flour in Improving the Family Economy (Case Study of Kwala Begumit Village, Binjai District, Langkat Regency). This research is a descriptive qualitative research, data collection methods are observation, interviews and documentation. The subject of this research focuses on sago factory founders, managers and workers. Data analysis techniques in this study were data reduction, data presentation, and periodic conclusions drawn during the study. The results of this study indicate that the existence of this home industry can create jobs for the people of the village of Kwala Begumit Village, Binjai District, Langkat Regency. It is very well realized that the development of the community's economy through the small and medium business sector has proven to help the community in their family's economic life by reducing the level of unemployment that occurs in many rural areas. This is one of the distinctive characteristics of the small industrial sector, by continuing to develop and empower the community's economy, it will be able to help with the problem of lack of jobs and the large number of unemployed people in the village of Kwala Begumit Village, Binjai District, Langkat Regency. The development of the home industry that occurred in Kwala Begumit Village, Binjai District, Langkat Regency can be said to have increased and has developed because this area is the area that has the most number of micro businesses.

Abstract

This research was motivated by wanting to know the extent to which factors influence employee performance at PT Fuji Technica Indonesia. One of the variables that researchers use to examine the influence of employee performance is company culture. The purpose of this research is to explain or explain the influence of company culture variables on employee performance. This research was carried out at PT Fuji Technica Indonesia from June to September 2023. The research method used was quantitative with associative techniques. The population at PT Fuji Technica Indonesia was 400 people. The samples taken were 80 people using the Slovin sampling technique. Based on the calculation results shown in table 4.5, a correlation coefficient of r = 0.767 and a determination coefficient of R = r2 = 0.588 were obtained. Testing the significance of the correlation obtained tcount (10.551 > t table (2.000) at  = 0.05, indicating that the correlation coefficient is significant. Thus, the research hypothesis which states that there is a relationship between Corporate Culture and Employee Performance can be accepted. This means that the better the Corporate Culture will be followed by high Employee Performance. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination of 0.588 shows that 58.8% of the variation in Employee Performance can be explained by variations in Corporate Culture, the remaining 41.2% is determined by other factors outside Corporate Culture. Based on the results of calculations to develop an equation model In the regression between Company Culture (X) and Employee Performance (Y), the constant α = 3.041 and the regression coefficient β = 1.132 were obtained. Thus, the influence between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y can be expressed in a simple linear regression equation model as follows: Ý = 3.041 + 1.132 This shows that the regression equation model is significant. The linearity test results obtained Fcount (1.25) < Ftable (1.90) at  = 0.05. These results indicate that the regression equation is linear. Based on the test results above, the regression equation Ý = 3.041+ 1.132X can be used to explain the form of a linear relationship between Company Culture and Employee Performance. This relationship shows that there is a direction of change in the trend of respondent employee performance due to company culture.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the optimal delivery time, to find out and analyze the initial solution for transportation costs using the North West Corner, Least Cost, and Vogel's Approximation Method (VAM) methods for the initial solution, to find out and analyze the optimization of shipping costs goods using Stepping Stone and Modified Distribution at PT. Sera Banyu Urip Ciputat, South Tangerang. To achieve this research, researchers used qualitative methods by conducting documentation, observation, interviews and triangulation using a research instrument in the form of the PDCA method. For the study population at PT. Sera Banyu Urip, South Tangerang. The results showed that after using the transportation method there was a very significant increase in the delivery of each vehicle which experienced an increase in delivery, and costs became more efficient.

Abstract

The SMILE application (Worker Protection Information System) is a special application belonging to the Tanjung Morawa Branch of Employment BPJS which has been integrated with all Employment BPJS companies. The SMILE application system can be used to transfer membership, check membership status and be used for updating data, correcting internal office data, updating data and geotagging. However, the SMILE application still has problems when doing geotagging, namely on the display and maps to find the address point for the company's location. The author aims to evaluate the geotagging interface in the SMILE application using Human Centered Design. HCD (Human Centered Design) is a method which in its process is based on the general natural characteristics of humans with the hope of creating a system based on user needs and being able to solve problems and constraints faced by users. The author is not at the real development stage, because the application currently running has a lot of data so it will be risky if development is carried out, without careful calculations. Based on user feedback with a total of 5 respondents. The final result is in the form of a prototype based on user interface evaluation using the HCD method as a reference material for improving the SMILE application. Abstract

In accordance with cooperative principles, management and is known as financial management, as well as functioning as intermediary management. The activities of the Savings and Loans Cooperative include collecting savings from the public, providing loans to the community, other cooperatives and/or the community, and managing funds and loans. This research was conducted at the Savings and Loans Cooperative Leaders of the Single Cooperative which is located at Jl. Relay No. 12 Lucky Field. Based on the results of the study it is known that Savings and Loans Cooperatives cannot rely on collecting funds from the public either in the form of savings, mandatory savings, time deposits. In addition, the Savings and Loans Cooperative is also less interested in establishing cooperation with other cooperatives either through bank programs or other programs. suboptimal. Weak regulations make the management of the Savings and Loans Cooperative act like a bank.
