Abstract

Simultaneous Pilkada 2020 is still dwelling on the same pattern of problems from the previous Pilkada which actually experienced a significant increase in the journey of regional heads who came from the Political Dynasty. A total of 124 candidates are affiliated with political dynasties. One of them is caused by the double-edged sword of decentralization and regional autonomy. In addition to giving power to the regions in forming their own households, decentralization of regional autonomy triggers the decentralization of corruption that spreads to various regions which then drags the political elite. This is what causes regional autonomy to encourage oligarchic decentralization and the practice of political dynasties. The "little kings" in the regions that were born from regional autonomy finally made the Pilkada a power defense industry that was also correlated with the defense of wealth. This research article uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type, prioritizing secondary data, with the 4M writing technique, namely Describing, Analyzing, Concluding and Describing the phenomenon of nepotistic corruption which is the seed of political dynasties to answer the problem of how nepotistic corruption forms a political dynasty. The conclusions drawn from this research, this type of corruption refers to preferential treatment given to children, wives, nieces or close relatives of officials at every level, and every route in the formation of political dynasties in other words nepotistic corruption is the seed in the formation of Political Dynasties. because the family as the main pillar in the formation of a political dynasty.

Abstract

Financial distress is a condition where the company is unable to fulfill its obligations. This is usually accompanied by consecutive negative earnings. The transportation sector is one sector that is vulnerable to experiencing financial distress. This is due to the many new, more innovative competitors. As well as regulatory policies that are not in favor of this industry. Therefore, the burden borne by the company is not proportional to the income earned, resulting in financial difficulties. To measure this financial distress, the author uses several models such as: Altman model, Springate model, and Zmijewski model. This study examines the effect of financial distress from each of these models on stock returns. The data used in this study comes from financial reports and other financial data for the period 2016-2020. The results showed that there was no significant effect of the Altman, Springate, and Zmijewski models of financial distress on stock returns in this sector.

Abstract

At the beginning of 2020, the world considered that the spread of Covid-19 was endemic. It is so fast that the WHO has determined that Covid-19 is a pandemic that must be watched out for. Although many countries have implemented lockdowns, the spread of Covid-19 is so fast and seems to be out of control, and viral replication is fast. Travel restrictions and patient isolation are the Indonesian government's strategies in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic in the PPKM concept (implementation of restrictions on community activities (PPKM), implemented in every country. Observations show that daily laborers and masons are communities with low access to housing categories. 67% of daily laborers and masons live in uninhabitable houses and slum areas, 20% live for rent, the rest live in their own houses. Daily workers and masons' residence conditions are the houses on stilts, which are made of wood with a zinc roof with "gamacca" walls and unpainted boards. economic level of the families of daily workers and masons has changed compared to the income of daily workers and masons before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the condition of the masonry community who felt a significant impact on the implementation of PPKM, conclude that the community is in a dilemma. The dilemma position referred to here is that when the community adheres to the PPKM policy, the community will experience economic devastation.

Abstract

Work as a transport worker or "manufacturer" is one of the jobs at risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Complaints are caused by various factors such as age, years of service, workload, and hauling distance. This study aims to determine the effect of age, years of service, weight of load, and distance of transport with musculoskeletal complaints. The research location was carried out in Badung-Kumbasari Market, Denpasar City with a cross sectional method.  The design used in this study is a cross sectional study. Data collection was carried out from September-December 2016The sample of this study was taken consecutively with 32 women as respondents. Musculoskeletal complaints were measured using a Nordic Body Maps questionnaire with a Likert scale and the factors to be studied were using questionnaires and tools that had been prepared. Data analysis used the Pearson correlation test. From the results of the study, it was found that there was a relationship between age and musculoskeletal complaints (r*=0.625; p<0.001), the relationship between years of service and musculoskeletal complaints (r*=0.683; p<0.001), the relationship between the weight of the load and musculoskeletal complaints (r*= 0.731; p<0.001) and the relationship between haulage distance and musculoskeletal complaints (r*=-0.528; p<0.001). It can be concluded that age, working period, weight of load and hauling distance affect MSDs in haulage workers and weight of load is the dominant factor. It is hoped that ergonomic weight control can reduce musculoskeletal complaints in female transport workers.
