Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to examine the effect of profitability and good corporate governance toward tax avoidance. Good corporate governance was proxied by institutional ownership, an independent board of commissioners, an audit committee, and audit quality toward tax avoidance. The population in this study were mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period with amount 47 companies. Samples were selected using the purposive sampling method. The total sample used in this study are 9 mining companies with a study period of 5 years, so that the samples obtained were 45 samples. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that profitability have a significant effect toward tax avoidance, while the institutional ownership, independent board of commissioners, audit committee, and audit quality are unable to establish the influence toward tax avoidance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Every company needs an organization. Important factors that can affect the performance of these employees can be a work problem, work environment and work culture of the workplace. This study aims to determine whether the work environment, cultural organization, and workload are related to the performance of employees at SMP IT Permata Hati Banjarnegara. This study uses quantitative by collecting primary data obtained by requesting questionnaires to employees. The population data used is the population of individuals and teachers of SMP IT Permata Hati Banjarnegara numbering 40 people with the sample used is a saturated sample so that the total number of research samples is there. The results showed a positive and significant work environment on the performance of SMP IT Permata Hati Banjarnegara. Organizational Culture does not have a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMP IT Permata Hati Banjarnegara. Positive and significant workload on the performance of employees at SMP IT Permata Hati Banjarnegara. The work environment, organizational culture and workload have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The problems experienced by Guyub Rukun Mart is the lack of a promotional strategy carried out and the lack of promotion carried out by Guyub Rukun Mart, so that the general public still doesn't know about it. This is because the Guyub Rukun Mart is not an economist, plus the Guyub Rukun Mart brand image. Marts that are not well known to the wider community and the quality of the products sold do not all have the quality that is in accordance with the wishes of the community. This study aims to determine the effect of promotional strategies, brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions. In this study, researchers used quantitative methods. The data source used is primary data. The sampling technique used random sampling technique. The data was collected by using a questionnaire distributed directly to buyers as many as 98 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that promotional strategies and product quality affect purchasing decisions, while brand image does not affect purchasing decisions but jointly promotional strategies, brand image and product quality affect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by several things. In 2019 the UMKM tax sector is still far below the target (PP 23 is not very influential) and observations that researchers have made in the Banjarnegara District area, show that many MSME do not know about the implementation of the new PP 23 2018 tariff. This research method uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires. Sampling was done by using simple random sampling technique. Hypothesis testing uses regression analysis of mediating variables with the causal step method. The results showed that partially the tariff has a significant positive effect on increasing tax revenue. awareness does not have a significant positive effect on increasing tax revenue and tax socialization has a significant positive effect on increasing tax revenue. Furthermore, tariffs have a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance, awareness has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance and tax socialization does not have a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance. then taxpayer compliance has a significant positive effect on increasing tax revenue. for taxpayer compliance mediates the relationship between rates and increased tax revenue. Taxpayer compliance does not mediate the relationship between taxpayer awareness and increased tax revenue. and taxpayer compliance mediates the relationship between tax socialization and increased tax revenue.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai UPTD pasar Wonokriyo Gombong. Latar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah menurunnya kinerja pegawai yang disebabkan oleh kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasi. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 34 pegawai dengan metode sampel jenuh atau menggunakan keseluruhan jumlah populasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner berskala likert. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda serta uji t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Nilai R2 diperoleh 0,395 yang artinya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasi memberikan pengaruh sebesar 39,5% terhadap kinerja dan sisanya 60,5% disebabkan oleh faktor lain

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel novelty seeking, brand image, materialism terhadap niat membeli produk counterfeit. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat di Kabupaten Kebumen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, dan analisis statistik. Alat bantu Pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah SPSS for windows versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) variabel novelty seeking berpengaruh terhadap niat membeli produk counterfeit. (2) variabel brand image berpengaruh terhadap niat membeli produk counterfeit.(3) variabel materialism berpengaruh terhadap niat membeli produk counterfeit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji program urban farming untuk meningkatkan Pendapatan nasional di Sulampua. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis SWOT dan juga analytical chirarhy process (AHP). Analisis SWOT digunakan untuk menganalisis kelemahan, keunggulan, peluang dan juga ancaman yang terdapat pada program urban farming sedangkan AHP digunakan untuk membuat rumusan strategi pengoptimalan pelaksanaan urban farming. Berdasarkan simpulan penelitian ini, maka rekomendasi yang disampaikan agar program urban farming berjalan dengan optimal antara lain: a) Pemerintah membuat konsep urban farming yang tepat. b) Pemerintah merumuskan kebijakan yang mengatur tentang urban farming. c) Pemerintah memberikan edukasi mengenai urban farming kepada masyarakat. d) Pemerintah memberikan fasilitas pendukung untuk melaksanakan urban farming. e) Masyarakat memilih jenis bibit yang tepat. f) Masyarakat melaksanakan proses urban farming dengan maksimal (merawat dengan baik pohon yang telah ditanam). g) Pemerintah turut membantu memasarkan produk yang dihasilkan oleh proses urban farming. h) Sektor swasta membantu pemerintah mengedukasi tentang urban farming (dari sisi bisnis). i) Sektor swasta memberikan dana CSR untuk pelaksanaan urban farming.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The problem in this study is the effect of organizational commitment and the application of good governance principles on service quality. This research is located at the Research and Development Planning Agency of Banjarnegara Regency, this study aims to explain the influence of organizational commitment variables and the application of good governance principles in a passive and simultaneous way on service quality. This research is a quantitative research. The data used in this study is primary data with a questionnaire technique. The population in this study are people who carry out research permits and data request permits in the Research, Development and Planning Program. The sampling technique in this study is to use the slovin calculation and obtained a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 24 software. The results of this study indicate that partially the organizational commitment variable has no effect on service quality and the variable application of the principles of good governance has a positive and significant effect on service quality. Meanwhile, simultaneously organizational commitment and the application of good governance principles affect service quality.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of the financial sector, especially the banking sector, can increase banking access to the public. The problem that occurred before the implementation of Agen46 was that it was difficult for people to get financial services, especially in rural communities. There are still many people who do not know, use, and get financial services, which is a complex problem. The number of Agen46 in Banjarnegara Regency is 160, while the population in Banjarnegara is 923,192 people. The comparison between the number of Agen46 and the number of residents has not met the needs of the community. Branchless banking /smart behavior, encourages banking institutions to develop financial service innovations to encourage financial inclusion. PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk develops financial service innovations through Agen46. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Agen46 in its application as a financial service without offices to meet the financial needs of the community. This research is a type of research using a qualitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data by conducting interviews and observations at Agen46 in the Banjarnegara Regency in accordance with the research criteria. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique, where the sampling technique took into account certain parties who were considered to meet the criteria, knew, and understood Agen46. The results of this study indicate the role of Agen46 as a provider ofbranchless banking services for financial inclusion. The existence of agen46 is very beneficial for the people of Banjarnegara to meet their financial service needs

Abstract

ABSTRACT The problem in this study is that nurses are the spearhead of health services in hospitals and are one of the keys to improving the quality of services in hospitals. For this reason, it is necessary to pay attention to the performance of nurses in carrying out their duties and functions in providing professional services to patients. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of social support, workload and incentives on the performance of nurses in RSUD Hj. Anna Lasmanah Banjarnegara This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used in this research is primary data with questionnaire distribution technique. The population in this study were nurses at RSUD Hj. Anna Lasmanah Banjarnegara. The sampling technique in this study was using the slovin calculation and obtained a sample of 135 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 16 software. The results showed that partially social support and workload variables had a significant effect on nurse performance. While the variable of incentives does not have a significant effect on the performance of nurses. It is known that the coefficient of determination in this study is 0.430 (43%), meaning that the percentage of the influence of independent variables, namely social support, workload and incentives on nurse performance is 43% while the remaining 57% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
