Abstract

ABSTRACT Basically, when inflation, interest rates and exchange rates increase, the Composite Stock Price Index will decrease. The problem in this study is that in fact inflation, interest rates and exchange rates have increased, in fact the Composite Stock Price Index has increased. This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, interest rates and exchange rates on the Composite Stock Price Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is associative, with a quantitative approach. This study takes all data in time series including inflation, interest rates, exchange rates and the Composite Stock Price Index for the 2015-2019 period. The sample in this study used a saturated sampling of 60 samples. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The partial test results show that inflation and exchange rates have no effect on the Composite Stock Price Index, interest rates have a significant negative effect on the Composite Stock Price Index. Simultaneous test results show that the variables of inflation, interest rates and exchange rates have a significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index. The value of the coefficient of determination in this study is 0.451. This means that the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is 45.1%, while the rest is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

ABSTRAK This study aims to analyze the effect of total assets, business risk, asset growth and profitability on stock prices. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods. The population in this study is the Mining sector, Crude Oil and Gas Sub-Sector and Coal Sub-Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2018 period as many as 35 companies. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling method. The number of samples in this study were 33 companies with a total of 132 company financial reports. The data analysis technique used panel data regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the study found that total assets, asset growth and profitability had a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, business risk has a negative and significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

Tampah merupakan salah satu produk yang dihasilkan dari bambu. Di desa Kembangsawit sekitar 80% masyarakatnya merupakan pengrajin tampah. Produk ini merupakan produk yang dihasilkan secara turun-temurun oleh masyarakat Kembangsawit. Semula masyarakat Kembangsawit hanya menciptakan dua jenis tampah. Jenis pertama adalah tampah yang terbuat dari kulit bambu dan jenis kedua adalah tampah yang terbuat dari daging bambu. Akan tetapi saat ini telah muncul inovasi produk tampah, yaitu dengan membuat tampah yang difungsikan sebagai hiasan dengan memberikan lukisan pada punggung tampah tersebut. Pengembangan dan inovasi produk tersebut memberikan nilai tambah produk sehingga dapat meningkatkan harga jual. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis nilai tambah dan keuntungan produk tampah yang diproduksi oleh masyarakat Kembangsawit. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dari pengrajin tampah yang ada di Kembangsawit. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan nilai tambah dengan pendekatan metode Hayami. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi tampah yang dilakukan membuat nilai tambah produk dan keuntungan per unit meningkat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada BMT Al-Islah. Adapun tujuan untuk mengetahui perlakuan akuntansi murabahah tentang kesesuaian penerapan PSAK 102 yang merupakan revisi PSAK 59 di BMT Al-Islah. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan penelitian kualitatif-deskriptif digunakan untuk menjabarkan proses pengakuan, pengukuran, penyajian dan pengungkapan transaksi murabahah pada BMT Al-Islah Cirebon. Data penelitian ini didapatkan melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi kepada pihak terkait penelitian yang diperoleh dari BMT Al-Islah Cirebon. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam penerapan akuntansi murabahah pada BMT Al-Islah tentang pengakuan, pengukuran, penyajian dan pengungkapan sepenuhnya sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan berdasatkan PSAK 102, walaupun ada beberapa hal yang belum sesuai dengan PSAK 102, ketidak sesuaian ada pada saat terjadi tunggakan angsuran dan penerimaan tunggakan abgsuran tidak mencatat jurnal apapun sedangkan dalam ketentuan PSAK 102 pada saat terjadi tunggakan angsuran, margin diakui proposional dengan kas yang diterima.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The problem in this study is the high intention of the people of Banjarnegara in Making repeat purchases through the online marketplace. There are several factors that repurchase intention, such as : perception of ease andstore brand image. This study aims to determine the effect of perception of ease and store brand image on repurchase intentions in the online marketplace with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study is the Banjarnegara community of 923,192 people. While the sample of this study was 100 respondents. With purposive sampling technique. The type of data used is primary data and data collection techniques using a questionnaire via google form. The results of this study indicate that perceived ease has no positive and insignificant effect on repurchase intention. Store brand image has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Perception of convenience has no negative and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. Store brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions. Customer satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between perceived convenience and repurchase intention. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of digitization, investment decisions and financial performance on firm value. To examine the effect of digitization and investment decisions on financial performance. To examine the effect of Digitalization and Investment Decisions on Corporate Value moderated by CSR. The variables of this study consisted of independent, dependent and mediating variables. The independent variables of this study are digitalization, investment decisions and financial performance, the dependent variable is firm value and the moderating variable is CSR. The population in this study are all pharmaceutical companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. Sampling technique purposive sampling. Methods of data collection using literature and documentation. The analytical technique used is path analysis or path analysis using multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%. The results of research on digitization, financial performance and CSR have a positive and significant effect on firm value. While the Investment Decision does not affect the Company Value. Digitalization, and Financial Performance have a positive and significant impact on CSR. Meanwhile, investment decisions have no effect on CSR. CSR is able to mediate the relationship between the influence of digitalization, investment decisions and financial performance on firm value. Abstract

ABSTRACT Tourism villages in Indonesia are currently experiencing fairly rapid development. Data from the BPS recorded that there were 1302 tourist villages in 2014, and this number increased to 1734 tourist villages in 2018. The Village Fund is basically to improve people's welfare, by 1) creating jobs, 2) overcoming inequality, and 3) alleviating poverty. In its use, the Village Fund is the authority of the Village, is participatory and through self-management based on village resources is utilized in accordance with the village typology. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of social media, accessibility, facilities, tourism events, and tourist attractions on the interest of tourists visiting Pagak Tourism Village, Banjarnegara. The type of research in this study is to collect data using a questionnaire. The population used in this study were visitors who came to Pagak Tourism Village, Banjarnegara, using a sample of 100 respondents in this study. The sampling method in this study used a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The results of the research show that Social Media, Accessibility, Facilities, Tourism Events, and Tourist Attractions have a positive effect on Tourist Visiting Interest in Pagak Tourism Village, Banjarnegara. Abstract

ABSTRACT The problem in this study is the uncertainty of buying back shares when the company's capital structure increases or decreases. This study aims to explain the effect of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, leverage, free cash flow, and Return On Assets (ROA) partially and simultaneously on the buyback policy, and how much the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable. This research is a quantitative research. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial statements and company annual reports. The population in this study were all companies listed on the LQ45 index for the 2015-2020 period with a sample of 40 companies determined by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 16 software. The results showed that partially the variables of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and leverage had no and significant effect on the buyback policy. Free cash flow variable has a positive and significant effect on the buyback policy. Return On Asset (ROA) variable has a negative and significant effect on the buyback policy. The results simultaneously or together showed that the variables of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and leverage, free cash flow and Return On Assets (ROA) have a significant and significant effect on the buyback policy. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that 70.6 percent (%) of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how much the brand, price, product features, and lifestyle variables affect the Xioami smartphone purchase decision at Cendana Cell Banjarnegara. The data used in this research were obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to 154 respondents who used Xioami smartphone users in Cendana Cell Banjarnegara using the Non Probability Sampling method. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, the equation model was processed using SPSS for windows version 2.4. The results of this study are that the brand variable has no significant and negative relationship, followed by the price variable which has no significant effect and has a negative relationship. Meanwhile, product features and lifestyle have a significant and positive effect. Together, brand and price variables do not have a significant effect and are negatively related. Meanwhile, product features and lifestyle influence the decision to purchase Xioami smartphone at Cendana Cell in Banjarnegara.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on the economic sector which has resulted in companies experiencing a decline in financial performance. This study aims to determine whether there are differences in the financial performance of PT. Kimia Farma Tbk. and PT. Indofarma Tbk. before the pandemic and during the covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is quantitative research with secondary data analysis and uses a comparative approach method. Sampling with purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques used are documentation techniques on financial reports published by PT. Kimia Farma Tbk. and PT. Indofarma Tbk. obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), namely www.idx.co.id. Then processed using the SPSS Version 16.0 application and the test used in this study is a comparative test, namely the Wilcoxon Sign Test. The results of this study indicate that there are significant differences in PT. Kimia Farma Tbk. based on liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios and profitability ratios. As for PT. Indofarma Tbk. also the same, there are significant differences based on liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios and profitability ratios. PT. Kimia Farma Tbk. has a better performance than PT. Indofarma Tbk. before the pandemic or during the pandemic.
