Abstract

The Eyelash industry companies must be able to produce products with good quality and quantity, in order to be able to survive the global market competition. The existence of scattered demands makes employees have to work extra to maximize productivity. Therefore, companies need to provide motivation and compensation in order to create balance at work. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation and motivasion can affect employee performance. This study used purposive sampling techniques and data collection using questionnaires distributed to 10 respondents. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. The results of this study do not have a significant effect on employee performance, motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance. So that in assessing the high and low performance of employees, it cannot be seen only by how much compensation and motivation they receive. In assessing employee performance, it must also be seen from various factors such as organizational culture, working environment, and job satisfaction, so that the results obtained are more accurate.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Employee performance has a very important role because performance is the final result of the process of employees completing their tasks. Employees will be able to carry out their duties properly if they are supported by a good organizational culture, a suitable work environment and sufficient additional income so that optimal results can be achieved. An overview of the activities that occur at this time in the General Section of the Banjarnegara Regency Secretariat still found employees who do not comply with agency regulations, this will lead to inefficiency in a person's work and can further reduce performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work environment and additional employee income in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Banjarnegara Regency either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method with a population of 87 respondents, by taking samples from all populations. The data collection technique used is distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test. To test the hypothesis using the t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that the organizational culture variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment and additional employee income have no effect on employee performance. From the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R²) there is an influence of organizational culture, work environment, and additional employee income of 0.596 (59.6%), meaning that the percentage of organizational culture variables, work environment and additional employee income affects employee performance by 59.6 %. while the remaining 40.4% are variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study discusses the phenomenon that occurs in online restaurants in the city of Banjarnegara where online marketing strategies and competition should be a good impact on increasing sales. achieve a consistent increase in sales. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of online marketing strategies and competition in online restaurants in Banjarnegara. This type of research is quantitative research. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires, the data obtained from the research sample were 80 people. The sampling technique of this study used the Accidental Sampling method. Multiple linear regression data analysis. Quantitative analysis in this study uses validity and reliability tests with Cronbach'a Alpha. Classical assumption test includes normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity. The results of this study indicate that partially online marketing strategy has an effect on increasing sales, partially competition has no effect on increasing sales and simultaneously online marketing strategies and competition have an effect on increasing sales. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.562, which means that the percentage of online marketing strategy variables and competition affects an increase in sales of 56.2% and the remaining 44.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Basically every human being will feel satisfaction and happiness if someone has a good financial condition. The more satisfied a person is with their financial condition, the more satisfied and happy that person will be. This research aims to determine the effect of financial knowledge, financial attitudes and financial behavior on financial satisfaction. The population in this study were all students at Perwira University, Purbalingga. Data collection with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The samples criteria used are University of Perwira Purbalingga students in the 2019-2022 class year and students who use Dana digital wallets. The number of samples used were 109 respondents. Based on the results of this reasearch, partially obtained that financial knowledge and financial attitudes have a significant effect on financial satisfaction while financial behavior has an insignificant effect on financial satisfaction. Simultaneously, financial knowledge, financial attitudes and financial behavior jointly or simultaneously have an influence on financial satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan di penelitian ini untuk mengeksplorasi sebuah model konseptual tentang Hubungan bisnis untuk menciptakan nilai dalam mitra yang berpartisipasi untuk daya saing meningkatkan hubungan dan mengarah pada beberapa konsep teoritis, tetapi masih kurang bukti empiris tentang deteriminasi dan mekanisme untuk menciptakan hubungan yang mempengaruhi terhadap kinerja dan kemapuan perusahaan dalam beradaptasi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pengaruh Relational Capabilities terhadap Business Performance dengan Maslakhah sebagai variabel moderasi. Studi ini diharapkan ikut berkontribusi pada literatur tentang ekonomi berbagi dengan menyediakan model holistik yang dapat di gunakan untuk menentukan dari strategi yang tepat dengan fokus pada orientasi pasar berupa pencermatan terhadap kebutuhan, keinginan, kepuasan pelanggannya yang dilakukan secara berkesinambungan menuju=kinerja bisnis yang berhasil.

Abstract

The limited availability of energy has caused energy production in Indonesia to decline, which affects the company's financial condition. This research aims to determine the effect of OCFR, leverage, liquidity, and fixed asset ratio on financial distress with profitability as a moderating variable. This research used secondary data which is financial statements obtained from the company’s official website and www.idx.co.id. The population was energy companies in Indonesia consist of 31 companies. Sampling used purposive sampling technique and selected 23 companies. Data collection used documentation techniques and analysis used descriptive statistical analysis and moderation regression analysis. The results showed that the OCFR, leverage, liquidity, and fixed asset ratio simultaneously affect financial distress. Partially liquidity has a positive effect on financial distress. Fixed asset ratio has a negative effect on financial distress. In addition, the OCFR and leverage have no effect on financial distress. Profitability is able to moderate the relationship between OCFR and liquidity, on financial distress, but profitability is not able to moderate the relationship between leverage and fixed asset ratio on financial distress.

Abstract

ABSTRAC Accounting conservatism is a prudent reaction in dealing with the uncertainty inherent in the company to try to ensure that the risks and risks in the business environment have been considered. This study aims to examine whether accounting conservatism can affect financial performance and whether earnings management can strengthen the relationship between accounting conservatism and financial performance. The sample in this research is property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2019. The total sample is 30 companies according to the existing criteria with an observation period of 5 years, so a total of 150 observations. The results of this study are that accounting conservatism has a significant positive effect on financial performance. Meanwhile, earnings management cannot moderate (strengthen) the relationship between accounting conservatism and financial performance. This shows that in improving financial performance through accounting conservatism not by presenting earnings management but other company policies. Recomendation for further researchers are advised to replace moderating variables such as financial distress because it is suspected that companies that experience financial difficulties and do not experience financial difficulties will carry out different conservatism accounting. Abstract

Based on field data visitors to Dawuhan Tourism Village, Wanayasa District, Banjarnegara Regency are still complaining about incomplete and untidy facilities, the service and management system has not been maximized and is still chaotic and the arrangement of tourist attractions is not good and so that management services are considered less than optimal, in addition, the location is not strategic and difficult to access by visitors. This study aims to determine the influence of places, facilities and services on library visitor satisfaction in Dawuhan Tourism Village, Wanayasa District, Banjarnegara Regency. In this study using a field research approach (Field Research). Field Research is research conducted at the place of occurrence of symptoms using a type of quantitative research. The data collection methods used in this study were questionnaire (questionnaire) methods, and documentation. Before data analysis was carried out, validity and reliability tests were carried out on questionnaire questions. As for analyzing the data using quantitative analysis. After deepening research and data analysis resulted in the conclusion that the place variable has a positive and significant influence on visitor satisfaction, the level of significance is below 10% and df = 96, t value 2.661 > t table 1.658 and probability 0.009 < 0.100, Facility variables have a positive and quite significant influence on community satisfaction, significance levels of 10% and df 96, t values of 0.290 < t tables 1.658 and probability of 0.773 > 0.100, service variables have a positive and significant influence on visitor satisfaction, significance levels below 10% and df = 96, t values 5.716 t > table 1.658 and probability 0.000 < 0.100, the variables place, facilities and services together have a positive and significant influence on visitor satisfaction, with the results of calculating the significance of probability below 10% and df 96, amounting to 40.297 > f table 8.56 so that there is a simultaneous influence. The coefficient of determination is 0.557 (56%) which means that together it is influenced by the variables of place, facilities and services by 56%, while the remaining 44% is a dimension of other variables.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose and adama of this research is to find out more about Kaia Eink Environment, Lanzhement Kenia Nern Eink,And The Discipline of the Body Karancan Productivity PT. Asia Recycle Mandiri This research includes descriptive research. The research methodology uses a quantitative approach, in the questionnaire. A sample of 75 respondents from 270 population. then the questionnaires were distributed to PT. Asia Recycle Mandiri The data used concumes primary data in the form of a questionnaire, which has been prepared by respondents from the secondary data sector and you are an internet librarian. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis of validity and reliability, multiple linear tegeu shows that there is a positive influence of physical work environment and creative discipline on the deactivation of the test carpet (parallel test) and the ketia Eisik environment, the tcount value of 2.341 > 1.996 with a significant value of 0.022 < 0,05. The test results from the Non Physical Third Environment have an anzatif and insignificant direction with a tcount value of -0.450 table 1.996 and a significant value of 0.654 > 0.50. Meanwhile, test baul and word discipline have tcount of (6.791) < ttable (1.996) and unificans value of 0.000 < 0.05

Abstract

ABSTRACT The high number of students who choose the Management study program at STIE Tamansiswa Banjarnegara causes a fairly high difference between the number of students in the Management and Accounting study program. This study aims to determine the effect of parental support, motivation and job opportunities on the decision to choose a study program with interest as an intervening variable. This study uses quantitative methods using a sample of 87 respondents from STIE Tamansiswa Banjarnegara students. This study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale as a data collection tool. The analytical technique used is instrument test, classical assumption test, path analysis and Sobel test. The results of this study indicate that motivation and interest partially have a significant influence on the decision to choose a study program. Parental support and job opportunities partially have no significant influence on the decision to choose a study program. Parental support, motivation and job opportunities partially have a significant effect on the interest of the study program. Based on the results of the Sobel test, interest can mediate the effect of parental support on the decision to choose a study program, interest can mediate the influence of motivation on the decision to choose a study program and interest can mediate the effect of job opportunities on the decision to choose a study program. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R Square) in the first equation is 0,720 which means that 72% of the interest variable is influenced by the variables of parental support, motivation and job opportunities, while the second equation shows an R Square value of 0,552 which mean that 55,2% of the decision variables to choose are influenced by the variables of parental support, motivation, job opportunities and interest.
