Abstract

Development in the growing world of business have mande infulencing the world esier. This can be observed in buying goods as desired in a transaction using E-Commerce, regradless of the infulence in the marketing strategy of two E-Commerce. Where in the marketing strategy can be observed in terms of prices, products, promos and service offered. This research method uses qualitative methods based on literature results through sources from previous research results by discussing data based on theory 15 informants. This study aims to determine the E-Commerce application that is in great demand by the respondents in terms of its marketing strategy. The results of this study indicate that the most widely used E-Commerce based on its marketing strategy is shopee. this can be seen in terms of the price offered, the promotions provided, the products sold according to the prcie, and the service provided.

Abstract

E-business is the use of the Internet and other networks and information technology to facilitate the process of electronic commerce, business cooperation and communication, and business activities on the web. In other words, E-business has a wider scope than e-commerce AirAsia is one of the airlines that uses e-business implementation in its core business functions. Through http://www.airasia.com customers only need to visit the website from AirAsia.com to book airline tickets, even to book hotels and various attractive packages offered by AirAsia.com. E-business implemented by AirAsia is included in the B2C (Business-to-Consumer) application, which aims for consumers to directly contact the company without going through intermediaries. The focus of the problem in this research is how to implement e-business at PT AirAsia Indonesia, and what future steps/developments are proposed by the AirAsia company so that the e-business function can continue to grow and make the AirAsia company more competitive. This study aims to determine the e-business implemented by PT AirAsia Indonesia and alternative e-business development to increase competitive advantage. The method used to write this article is library research. To increase the competitive advantage AirAsia uses a CRM system that is useful for knowing the needs and behavior of changes by consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the average level of customer arrivals and the average service time of customers in the queue. The analytical model used in this study is a multi-channel single-phase queuing theory analysis with a mathematical formula. The queuing process is a process related to the arrival of the customer to a queuing system, then waiting in the queue until the waiter selects the customer according to the service discipline, and finally the customer leaves the queuing system after the service is finished. At Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Bengkulu S. Parman 1 there are 5 tellers provided to serve customers who will make deposits, withdrawals and cash transfers. Queues that occur at the optimal service level can be obtained by the performance of the queuing system with the calculation results, namely, the average number of customers in the queue (nq) 31.88 customers, customers in the total system 33.08 people, the average time in the queue 0, 000767 and the total system time is 0.034097 or 2 minutes. Thus, customers do not take too long to make transactions. With the number of tellers as many as five people, there is a long waiting time for customers (Wq) in the queue, which is 0.02777 hours or 2 minutes and the average number of customers in the queue (Ls) is 2 people..

Abstract

Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) is a mathematical model that determines the number of items that must be ordered to meet the projected demand, with minimized inventory costs. The types of costs to run the business cycle are storage costs and ordering costs. The purpose of this research is to analyze "Analysis of Non-Subsidized Fertilizer Inventory Control with Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) Method at CV. Dohar Agro Mandiri. The total inventory obtained using the EOQ method is 11,003 with a purchase frequency of 3 times. Using the EOQ method the company must reorder when the merchandise inventory is 1,015 zak, with the EOQ method the maximum inventory that the company must maintain is 12,018 per day. The total inventory cost of fertilizer merchandise inventory is 24,648. In other words, inventory control using the EOQ method can help companies achieve an optimal level of inventory ordering and ordering frequency.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of technology, business people are required to be able to use the internet as a medium for doing business online in order to increase service effectiveness so that customers can access services easily anywhere and anytime. This study aims to analyze how the role of Pos Giro Mobile (PGM) in carrying out the service process of PT. Indonesian post. The research method used is descriptive by examining what are the benefits and how to introduce PGM to the community as well as what obstacles are passed. The results showed that PT. Pos Indonesia has introduced the Pos Giro Mobile (PGM) product to the public. However, people who lack knowledge of technology become one of the obstacles so that PT. Pos Indonesia decided to socialize directly as well as teach how to use the application.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the challenges of food business by using e-business in the city of Medan and some UINSU students who sell food or small snacks. This study uses qualitatively derifrift by collecting observational data, documentation, and interviews. The results showed: 1) can still sell online at this time (covid 19). 2) The common challenge felt or experienced is, consumers who want to be fast and instant, feel afraid of failing in trying new things such as selling online in times of pandemic like this, must be extra in attracting customers who are not as usual. 3) There is a way to deal with these challenges by promoting merchandise through social media even though it has to increase the cost to do the promotion

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service and location on customer satisfaction at the Andespar Manna Bengkulu Selatan Shop. The sampling technique is accidental sampling technique. The data was collected using a questionnaire and the analytical methods used were multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. Multiple regression results show the equation Y = 10.878 + 0.444X1 + 0.364 X2+3.784 The resulting regression direction is positive, meaning that the more service and location variables increase, the customer satisfaction will also increase. The coefficient of determination value is 0.852. This means that X1 (service) and X2 (location) have a contribution to customer satisfaction (Y) of 85.2%, while the remaining 14.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Overall, the results of the t-test have a significant value less than 0.05, so it can be interpreted that X1 (service) and X2 (location) have a significant influence on customer satisfaction (Y) partially or individually. The results of the F test have a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Because the significance level below 0.05 indicates that together X1 (service) and X2 (location) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motor vehicle tax services on taxpayer satisfaction at the Bengkulu City SAMSAT office. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques used are observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative analysis method.The results showed that from simple linear regression showed taxpayer satisfaction (Y) = 4.838 + 0.921X. The constant value of 4.838 means that if there is no tax service of zero (0), then the satisfaction of the taxpayer is 4.838. While the regression coefficient for tax services is 0.921, meaning that if tax services increase by 1%, then taxpayer satisfaction will also increase or increase by 5.759% (4.838 + 0.921).

Abstract

This study aims to produce a model of the village accounting administration system to be applied in villages in accordance with government laws and regulations. The result of this study is the Village Accounting Administration Procedure to be used in villages in Indonesia as an administrative guideline.. The research data analysis technique is collecting data from observation interviews and documentation and then the data is used as material for system and procedure analysis. The results of this study found that Ulak Paceh village accounting administration employees need to learn the laws and government regulations when administering village accounting. With their limited competence in the field of accounting and administration, this administrative activity is very difficult for them. With the analysis of the APBDes administrative accounting system in Ulak Paceh village, it is hoped that administrative activities in Ulak Paceh village will be better than before.

The purpose of this study is to find out how the Paluta community's opinion on the factors that influence people's interest in investing in the capital market, of the 28 respondents who filled out the questionnaire, the Paluta community knew what investment in the capital market was. And investment in the capital market is an investment activity in the form of buying company shares (securities). So by buying company shares, you become the owner of the company. In addition to stocks, investment products in the capital market are mutual funds and bonds.
