Abstract

The purpose of knowing the Population Participation in the Early Childhood Learning Program (PAUD) in Bulo Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, and to find out what factors influence the population's participation in the Early Childhood Learning Program (PAUD) in Bulo Village, Panca Rijang District, District Sidenreng Rappang. The population in this case is 105 people who have children aged 2-6 years. On the other hand, the illustration used is purposive sampling, using quantitative descriptive research, and the collection method is through observation, questionnaires, documentation, and library research. Information analysis method used is descriptive statistics, test the quality of information using a frequency table. The results of the research show that community participation in Bulo Village is in the poor category with a percentage of 59.5% of the factors that influence community participation with an accumulation of 60% in the less influential category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the family planning program in Lalebata Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study were 983 community leaders in the Lalebata village where the sampling used was purposive sampling as many as 98 people. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative, using data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires (questionnaire), and literature study. The data analysis is descriptive statistical. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the family planning program in the Lalebata village can be categorized as less effective with a percentage of 60%, while the factors that affect the effectiveness can be categorized as less effective with a percentage of 60%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability of the apparatus to manage the management of the Family Hope Program and to determine the factors that influence the management of the Family Hope Program in Panreng Village, Baranti District. The research population was 3072 people/person and the sample was 97 people/person. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques used are observation, library research, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques using statistics, and linear regression. The results showed that the ability of the apparatus was 67% good and the management of the Hope Family Program was 67% good. Based on the results of linear regression analysis, the awareness factor is 9%, the rule factor is 5%, the ability or skill factor is 3% affects the management of the Expected Family Program. Meanwhile, organizational factors do not affect the management of the Family Hope Program in Panreng Village.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Behavior of the Villagers Allakuang On Waste Management in the Village Allakuang Kecamatan Maritengngae Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang.The population in this research is the community with the sex of the men and women who numbered as many as 892 HOUSEHOLDS out of 4 Hamlet, data collection techniques, namely the formula yount with the results of the 128 people, are taken based on probability sampling. The type of research used is descriptive research type is quantitative. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, literature study and interviews. Data analysis techniques, namely descriptive statistics, quality test data, test, classic assumption test, regression models and hypothesis testing with the help of an SPSS 16.0 and the likert scale. The results showed that the Behavior of the People in the Village Allakuang entered the category of Good with the results of the percentage of the processed questionnaires as many as 79%. Furthermore, the Management of Waste in the Village Allakuang entered the category of Good based on the processed results of the questionnaire with the percentage of 73,12%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ethics of royal employees regarding the effectiveness of the Covid-19 control program. The population in this study is as many as 3,745 people in the village of Rappang, where the sample used is Probability Sampling with the Easy Rawak Sampling technique using the Slovin formula with a total sample of 97. The data collection techniques used are observation, inquires, bragging, and studies. Libraries and Documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing using SPSS 16.0 and Likers Scale. The results of this study show that the ethics of royal employees regarding the effectiveness of the Covid-19 control program is 55.1% in the poor category. Factors that affect the effectiveness of the covid-19 control program are 59.5% with the "not good" category

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of public compliance with health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pangkajene Village, Maritengngae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and the factors that affect the level of community compliance with health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pangkajene Village, Maritengngae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study is the total population of 1,753 people. The number of samples was taken by means of a random sample using Yount's formula, resulting in 88 samples. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The collected data is then used quantitative analysis techniques with frequency tables and SPSS 16. The results showed that the level of community compliance with health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pangkajene Village, Maritengngae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency was categorized as good in terms of numbers. 65.33%. The indicator that has the highest value is the Completeness of Health protocols in Marittenggae District (Environment). Factors that affect the level of community compliance with health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pangkajene Village, Maritengngae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, namely the Gender Factor is categorized as good with a value 70.2%. The Age Group factor was categorized as good with a value of 64.2%. The marital status factor is categorized as unfavorable with a value of 58%. Education factor is categorized as good value 67.2%

Abstract

This study aims to determine the evaluation of village fund management policies in Pattondonsalu Village, Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency in 2018. The population of this study is a large population with a population of 200 people. Samples were taken as many as 60 people. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. The data obtained from the questionnaire was then processed by descriptive statistical analysis with the SPSS.20 computer program. The results of this study are based on evaluation criteria and are categorized based on the categorization of Putra Eko Widjoko, evaluation of village fund management policies in Pattondon Salu Village, Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency in 2018 for the effectiveness criteria are in the very good category, the efficiency criteria are in the good category, the adequacy criteria are in the very good category. Good, the alignment criteria are in the very good category, the responsiveness criteria are in the very good category, and the accuracy criteria are in the very good category.With this research, it is hoped that it can be taken into consideration or reference for similar research, and it is also hoped that it can be developed further to expand and add new knowledge so that the results of further research will be better.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Efforts to Improve the Capability of the Apparatus for the Implementation of Government Administrative Duties at the Bila Riase Village Office, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and to determine the factors that influence the Apparatus Capacity Building on the Implementation of Government Administrative Duties at the Bila Riase Village Office, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. . The population in this study was the number of family cards at the Bila Riase Village Office, Pitu Riase District, amounting to 850 families. The number of samples was taken by means of a total random sample using Yount's formula so that the number of respondents who will be used as respondents is 42 people. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The collected data is then used quantitative analysis techniques with frequency tables. The results showed that the Efforts to Improve the Capability of the Apparatus for the Implementation of Government Administration Duties at the Bila Riase Village Office, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency were categorized as good with a score of 62.51%. The highest indicator is the Cospetual Ability. Factors that affect the capacity building of the apparatus towards the implementation of government administrative tasks at the Bila Riase Village Office, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, namely the Knowledge Factor marked by the understanding of the Bila Riase Village apparatus about appropriate services, categorized as good with a score of 64.2%. The Skills factor is marked by the ability of the Bila Riase Village apparatus to effectively complete the work, which is categorized as good with a score of 66.6%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine community participation in the development and extension of the Environmental Security System in Rappang Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study was 585, while the research sample was 59 people, this study used a quantitative descriptive method. Literature study, observation, and questionnaire techniques, data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, data quality test, classical assumption test using SPPS 21.0 and Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that the Community Participation Indicator with a value of 56.8% is categorized as “poor”, community participation with a value of 51.2% is categorized as “not good, and factors that affect discipline with a value of 70% are categorized as “good”.

Abstract

Digitalisasi arsip merupakan suatu data rekaman yang bisa ditransmisikan atau diproses dengan menggunakan teknologi komputer digital. Kantor Pertanahan Kota Bandung merespon transformasi digital dengan melaksanakan digitalisasi arsip pertanahan. Digitalisasi arsip pertanahan menjadi suatu hal yang sangat urgen dan perlu dilaksanakan di kota Bandung, karena Kota Bandung menduduki peringkat pertama dalam persengketaan tanah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses digitalisasi arsip pertanahan di Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskripti, Teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan observasi, wawancara, serta studi literatur. Narasumber dalam penelitian ini berjumlah tiga orang staf pada bagian mapping center yaitu staf scanning, uploading, dan validasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan jika digitalisasi arsip di kantor pertahanan Kota Bandung sudah dilaksanakan secara optimal, namun terdapat beberapa permasalahan dalam aplikasi ataupun website yang digunakan untuk menyimpan arsip digital seperti error dan perlunya Jaringan yang kuat dalam mengakses website atau aplikasi tersebut.
