Abstract

The number of vehicles continues to increase in line with economic growth, while on the other hand the growth of traffic infrastructure is not as high as the growth in the number of vehicles and community mobility. The existence of traffic lights that do not work is one of the causes of congestion at several Cimahi intersection points, it is very unfortunate when public facilities do not function optimally and are used by certain people who want to take advantage. The author in this study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. This qualitative approach was chosen by the researcher because by using a qualitative approach with the case study method, the researcher could describe in more depth the study of the effectiveness of the traffic light policy that actually happened in the field. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the use of traffic lights that did not work at several points in Cimahi City. The results of this study indicate that the policy regarding the use of traffic lights in Cimahi City is quite appropriate considering the use of traffic lights is vital for the regularity of traffic flow in Cimahi City, but unfortunately there are several points where traffic lights do not function to make traffic flow. uncontrollable and experiencing traffic jams because there is no budget to repair the dead traffic lights. Abstract

The aims of this research are to participatory leadership of the Youth, Sports and Tourism Office on the Development of Pavilion Tourism Objects, Enrekang District, Enrekang district, Galonta Villagei. Theipopulationiin thisistudyiwere 47 employeesiatithe Department of Youth, Sports and Tourism with sampling using the saturated sample formula so that Obtained a sample of 47 people . This type of research is descriptive and quantitative. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The data analysis technique used is the IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 application. Theiresults ofithisistudyiindicateithat the influence of participatory leadership with a percentage of 61.4% has a good effect. The development of the Pavilion tourist attraction with a percentage of 50.1% is not good. The influence of leadership "Influential/Significant" onithe development ofithe tourist attraction ofithe platform ofithe Enrekang sub-district, Enrekang district, Galonta village withia valueiof ticount titable or 3.,331 ≥ 2,212 with an influence percentage of 19.8%, so the influence of participatory leadership ofithe youthsports anditourism officeion the development of the object Pavilion tourism in Gallonta Village, Enrekang District, Enrekang Regency has not been effective.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, all forms of service experienced limitations, one of which was at the UPT RSUD Arifin Nu'mang, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the hospital issued innovations but they have not been implemented properly. The purpose of this study was to determine the government's strategy to improve service quality at UPT RSUD Arifin Nu'mang, Sidenreng Rappang Regency during the covid 19 pandemic. The type of this research was quantitative associative. The results of this study obtained a recapitulation of strategy variables of 64.7% in the "Good" category. Recapitulation of service quality variables by 57% is in the "Good enough" category. The recapitulation of the indicators of factors that influence the service quality strategy of 61.2% is in the "Good" category, and the influence between strategy and service quality at UPT RSUD Arifin Nu'mang, Sidenreng Rappang Regency during the covid 19 pandemic is categorized as "Influential/Significant" .

Abstract

Optimizing the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises for Community Welfare in Bulo Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Regency. Rappang is what this essay is intended to explain. According to this study's population estimates, there are 2,530 people living in Desa Bulo, a village in the Panca Rijang district of Sidenreng Rappang, who were sampled using rumors Slovin and a non-probability sampling technique. This type of research paper is a quantitative descriptive. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, questionnaire, interview, and documentation. The data analysis methodology used is the standalone version of IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0. The results of this study indicate that the optimizationi Management Village-Owned Enterprises Against Community Welfare in Bulo Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Based on the results of the recapitulation of the Governance variable, it is in the poor category with a percentage of 56%. Community Welfare with a percentage of 49.9% is in the poor category. Optimizing the management of village-owned enterprises "significantly" on the welfare of the community with a value of t _(count )≥〖 t _table or 2,903 1.66105 with the percentage of influence of 59.2%. So the optimization of the management of village-owned enterprises for the welfare of the community in Bulo Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency has not been effective.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of village officials on the management of village archives in Buntu Buangin Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study was 658 residents in Buntu Buangin Village, Watang Pulu District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with sampling using the slovin formula so that a sample of 87 people was obtained. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is using the IBM SPSS statistics 21.0 Application. The results of this study indicate that the Village Apparatus Performance 57.3% has less role. Village Archives Governance 59.16% less role. The Performance of the Village Apparatus "Influential/Significant" on the management of the Village Archives in Buntu Buangin Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a t-count value t table or 3.019 1.66298 with a percentage of the influence of 97%, so the Performance of the Village Apparatus The Management of Archives in Buntu Buangin Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency has not been effective.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the policy of Regional Regulation number 12 of 2011 Article 9 regarding waste services / environmental cleanliness and the factors that influence the implementation of policies in the Village of Rappang, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study was 6,182 residents in Rappang Village with sampling using the slovin formula so that a sample of 98 people was obtained based on non-probability sampling technique. This type of research is observation and questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is frequency table analysis and data quality test with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 22 program. The results of this study are the implementation of Regional Regulation number 12 of 2011 article 9 regarding waste services / environmental hygiene in Rappang Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency based on the results of the recapitulation of policy implementation variables in the good category with a percentage of 67%. The factors that influence the implementation of the policy of Regional Regulation number 12 of 2011 are disposition factors that influence 27.9%, bureaucratic structure factors influence 27.3%, communication factors affect 22.5% and resource factors influence 20.8% .

Abstract

Perjalanannya yang sudah berjalan dalam kurun waktu lebih dari satu abad dan bukan merupakan waktu yang singkat, Muhammadiyah sudah melewati berbagai macam dinamika dalam mengukir sejarah pengalaman dalam berdakwah. Sejak didirikan oleh KH. Ahmad Dahlan, Muhammadiyah yang sudah akrab dikenal dengan Gerakan dakwah Islam, pembaharuan agama dan social pemberdayan masyarakat sebagai sebagai salah satu jalan menjadikan gerakan dalam membangkitkan potensi dan kekuatan untuk mencerahakan umat islam di Indonesia. Ketika melihat perkembangan masyarakat didunia ini sudah terbagi karna berbagai macam budaya yang ada disetiap wilayah tertentu. Muhammadiyah dengan perbedaan budaya itu hadir dan menjadi keharusan untuk menghadapi tuntutan zaman dan tantangan keummatan. Di tengah perkembangan zaman dan tantangan modernisasi, Muhammadiyah bukan hanya sebagai gerakan dakwah tetapi juga sebagai gerakan sosial dan pendidikan telah menjadi organisasi dengan ikon modernisasi islam. Melihat dari berbagai macam tantangan namun demikian dalam lingkup budaya Muhammadiyah sedapat mungkin melangkah dengan gerakan yang selaras dengan ruang budaya. Di era modern ini, persyarikatan Muhammadiyah telah bergerak dengan dengan kepekaan budaya dimana bergerak mencerahkan budaya lokal. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategy Pengembangan Sektor Pariwisata Terhadap Masyarakat di Desa Leppangeng Kecamatan Pitu Riase Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan kuantitatif pendekatan. Variabel strategy pengembangan pariwisata berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat, hal ini mampu dipandang asal signifikansi strategi pengembangan pariwisata sebanyak 0,903, yang berarti lebih akbar asal tingkat signifikansi yang dig dan dapat dilihat berasal thitung sebesar 0.123, yang berarti thitung lebih akbar dari t tabel, yaitu sebesar 0.022. As a result of this, Ha diterima, bahwa strategy Pengembangan Pariwisata berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat kurang lebih objek wisata secara parsial.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui penerapan dimensi akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) di Desa Sereang Kecamatan Maritengngae Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dan faktor yang memengaruhi penerapan dimensi akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) di Desa Sereang Kecamatan Maritengngae Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 779 KK. Perhitungan sampel menggunakan sampling acak yaitu, populasi mempunyai kesempatan yang sama untuk dijadikan sampel dengan menggunakan table yount dengan persentase sampel 10% dengan jumlah yakni 78 KK. Tipe penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, kuisioner, dan studi kepustakaan.Hasil penelitian ini adalah penerapan dimensi akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) di Desa Sereang Kacamatan Maritengngae Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang berdasarkan hasil rekapitulasi pada variabel dimensi akuntabilitas berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan persentase 81%. Adapun faktor yang memengaruhi pada dimensi akuntabilitas yaitu indikator pertama kesadaran yaitu sebesar 10,7%, indikator kedua aturan yaitu sebesar 17,1%, indikator ketiga organisasi yaitu 5,3%, indikator keempat kemampan dan kesadaran yaitu sebesar 23%, dan indikator kelima sarana dan prasaran yaitu sebesar 11,9%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem informasi manajemen terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik di Desa Timoreng Panua Kecamatan Panca Rijang Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dan faktor yang memengaruhi sistem informasi manajemen terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik di Kantor Desa Timoreng Panua Kecamatan Panca RijangKabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 57 orang. Perhitungan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh yaitu, mengambil semua populasi sebagai sampel yakni sebanyak 57 orang. Tipe penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, kuisioner, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan.Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi manajemen terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik di kantor Desa Timoreng Panua Kecamatan Panca Rijang Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan melihat dari hasil olahan data pada tabel ANOVA, ternyata nilai t hitung≥ t tableatau 4,83 ≥ 2,00 dan tingkat signifikansinya 0,00 (F < 0,05), maka Ho ditolakdan Ha diterima, artinya sistem informasi manajemen (X) berpengaruhsignifikanterhadap kualitas pelayanan publik (Y).Adapun faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi sistem informasi manajemen dilihat dari faktor yang pertama kualitas sistem memiliki pengaruh sebesar 14,1%. Faktor yang kedua kualitas informasi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 34,8%. Faktor yang ketiga penggunaan (use) memiliki pengaruh sebesar 12,1% dan faktor yang keempat kepuasan pemakai memiliki pengaruh sebesar 21,1%.
