Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the community empowerment model for the implementation of development planning in carawali village, to find out whot factors were supporting and inhibiting community empowerment in the implementation of development planning in carawali villagr. The population of this study was 644 families, while the research sample was 87 families. Data collection techniques used in the study were observation, questionnaires and literature study, while the data analysis technique used was likert-scale data analysis. The collected data is then analyzed using a frequency table and using the SPSS application. The result of the research on community empowerment models for development planning in Carawali village, Wattang Pulu district, Sidenreng Rappang regency with an average value of 74,75% in the good category. The supporting factors for community empowerment on development planning in Carawali Village, Watang Pulu dictrict sidenreng rappang regency with a percentage of 57% while the inhibiting factors for community empowerment on development planning in Carawali Village, Wattang pulu district with a percentage of 49,4.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Evaluation of the Subsidized Fertilizer Program on the productivity of the Farmer Group's Work in Batu Village to determine the factors that influence the Evaluation of the Subsidized Fertilizer Program on the Work Productivity of the Farmer Group's 30 people, while the sampling used was total sampling, using quantitative descriptive research, and techniques. The collection is through observation, questionnaires, documentation, interviews, and literature study. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, data quality test, using a frequency table. The results showed that the evaluation of the Subsidized Fertilizer Program on the productivity of the farmer groups in Batu was in the Good category with a percentage of 63%, and the factors that influenced the evaluation of the subsidized fertilizer program on the productivity of the farmer groups in Batu with an accumulated result of 71.4 % in the Good category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the behavior of the community towards environmental cleanliness (rivers) and to determine the factors that influence community behavior towards environmental cleanliness (rivers) in Tanete Village, Maritengngae District. The research population was 40 people/person and the sample was 40 people/person. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques used are observation, library research, questionnaires or questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis techniques used statistics, linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the behavior of the people of Tanete Village 49.83% was not good in maintaining the cleanliness of the river environment, in terms of discipline 45.5% was not good, 52.5% was not good at responsibility and 51.5% was not good at mutual cooperation. . Based on SPSS data processing using a linear regression formula, internal factors 5.9% and external factors 2.6% affect people's behavior towards the cleanliness of the river environment in Tanete Village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the regional policy of 2016 waste management regulation at Sidenng Rapang Regency, and to find out what factors influence the implementation of the 2016 regional policy on the management of waste management. The population in this study was 319.990 people in Sidenng Rappang Regency, where sampling was used with a probability of sampling with a simple random sampling technique using the Slovine formula with a total sample of 106. Information collection techniques Used were observations, questionnaires, interviews, revision of literature. . The information analysis technique used are descriptive statistics, linear regression, hypothesis test using SPSS 16.0 and a Likert scale. The results of this study show that the effect of policy implementation variables on management management is 55.4%, a. Communication with interpretation 54.8%, resources 50.8%, 51% arrangement / attitude, bureaucratic structure 52.2%, categorized as is not good, while waste management has been classified, b. Planning of 53.8%, organizing 55.6%, which works 54.2% and supervision of 52.8% with the "not good" category. The factors that influence the management of waste management are the participation of the Community (55%) with the category is not good "and human resources (58.6%) (58.6%) with the category of the It's not good.

Abstract

The Pre-Employment Card Program is an Indonesian government program in the form of training fee assistance to the Indonesian people to improve their abilities or improve practical skills for the world of work. The pre-employment card program is a work competency development program aimed at job seekers, laborers who have been terminated, or who require competency improvement. The purpose of this study was to identify stakeholders in the implementation of the pre-employment card program during the covid-19 pandemic. The theory used is the theory of Reed et al (2009) in Nurfatriani et al., 2015 . This research method uses qualitative methods. Informants were taken using purposive and snowball sampling techniques, namely the determination of the sample based on considerations. This research uses interview, observation and documentation methods. The results of this study indicate that stakeholders in the implementation of the pre-employment card program during the covid -19 pandemic in the city of Pekanbaru have played their role well in the implementation of the pre-employment card program, but the lack of relationships between stakeholders in the form of communication and coordination. Abstract

Every village financial report presented must be of high quality and accountable to the public because the report can later be used by policy makers to make decisions in the administration of government. One of the things that affect the quality of financial reports is the Village Financial System (Siskeudes) used. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of the Siskeudes application on the quality of village financial reports in Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive with quantitative analysis using George C Edward III's policy implementation model. The population in this study is the village secretary and village finance officer in Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency. Samples were taken from 42 respondents using saturated sampling. Data were analyzed by Likert scale. Based on the research results, it can be seen that from the results of the Siskeudes application implementation test, the percentage is 76.325% in the "good" category and the quality of financial reports is 86.08% in the very good category. The implementation of the Siskeudes Application has a significant effect on the Quality of Village Financial Reports in Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency. Based on the value of tcount ttable or 7.850 2.021 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Implementation of the Siskeudes Application (X) has an effect of 60.6% on the quality of financial reports (Y). Every 1% increase in the implementation variable of the Siskeudes application will improve the quality of financial reports. The coefficient is positive, meaning that there is a positive relationship between the implementation of the Siskeudes application and the quality of financial reports, the higher the implementation of the Siskeudes application, the higher the quality of financial reports.

Abstract

This research was conducted aiming to determine the role of the Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan course in the formation of student character which is expected to provide significant enlightenment and understanding that ahlakul karima is actually a mandate from Allah swt, which is guided for all humans. Nowadays, it seems as if there is a shift in values ​​where etiquette and politeness seem to have almost faded away from the identity of most of the younger generation, while this mazmumah's moral attitude seems to be increasingly fertile in daily behavior. so that it is an obligation for every lecturer in AIK courses to shape the character of students who have an Islamic feel at the Muhammadiyah University of Sidrap. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The results of the study were carried out by internalizing the values ​​of morality, aqidah (according to the Qur'an and As-Sunnah). In this research, the approach taken is through a qualitative approach. The use of a qualitative approach in this research is to match the empirical reality with the applicable theory by using a descriptive method. Qualitative research is research in which researchers in carrying out their activities use observation techniques, interviews or interviews, content analysis, and perform other data collection methods to present responses as subject behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how the Women's Empowerment Program affects housewives in Sereang Village, Maritengngae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. In this study, the population was determined to be 21 persons, and the research sample was a saturated sample, consisting of 21 people. The following data gathering strategies were used in this study: (1) observation, (2) questionnaire, and (3) literature review. Following that, the data was examined using frequency and percentage tables. The results revealed that the Women's Empowerment Program had a 76.3 percent positive impact in Sereang Village, Maritengngae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, and that the welfare of housewives in Sereang Village, Maritengngae District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency was 76.6 percent positive, The average percentage value of the indicator is 72.81 percent with a good category based on the results of SPSS data processing, it turns out that the t-count> t-table (3.434> 2.093), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, indicating that each independent variable and the dependent variable have an effect / are significant.

Abstract

This study aims to determine community participation in the implementation of the Village Owned Enterprise program in Damai Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study was 476 head of family in Damai Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a sample of 74 people. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techni 48 ques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The data analysis technique used is the IBM SPSS statistic 21.0. The results of this study indicate that Community Participation is 62.8% in good category with ideal results 62.91% from 100% expected, the factors that influence community participation in implementing village-owned enterprise programs in Damai Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Regency Rappang includes motivation 36%, knowledge 43%, individual experience 21.3%, role of stakeholders 37.3%, social conditions 19.5%, political conditions 16.6%, economic conditions 26%, and cultural conditions 27.6%

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Prosperous People Poverty Surgery Program on Community Empowerment in Kalosi Village, Dua Pitue District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study was 95 people. The sampling technique used is random sampling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaire, documentation, and interviews. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test. The results showed that the implementation of the Prosperous People Poverty Surgery Program includes communication 67%, resources 68%, disposition 69%, bureaucratic structure 69%. Community Empowerment indicators 68%, covering abilities 71%, trust 69%, authority 69%, accountability 65%. The indicator for the implementation of the Prosperous People's Poverty Program isthe category is classified as appropriate.
