Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the legal considerations of the Panel of Judges in imposing criminal penalties on the perpetrators of immigration crimes and their sentencing. The method used is a normative legal research method. The judge's judgment is correct because the judge in making a decision pays attention to juridical and non-juridical considerations. The defendant is subject to sanctions as stipulated in Article 120 paragraph (2) of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 6 of 2011 concerning Immigration and Law Number 8 of 1981 concerning the Criminal Procedure Code and other relevant laws and regulations. The government must tighten supervision and monitoring of coastal areas that are vulnerable to entry and exit of Indonesian territory and require firmness for law enforcement officers in punishing perpetrators of immigration crimes because this can harm and have an impact on the security of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

Candidiasis or yeast infection is a fungal infection that occurs due to excessive fungus culture, which under normal conditions appears in small amounts. The incidence of candidiasis in Asia from several epidemiological studies in Hong Kong states that Candida albicans is the species most often identified with an average of 56% of candidiasis cases (Puspitasari, 2019). This research is an experimental study. The design carried out in this study was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatment groups consisting of ethanol extracts of mango leaves (Mangifera indica L.) with a concentration of 250 μg / mL, 500 μg / mL, 750 μg / mL, 1000 μg / mL mL and 2 control groups. The extract is made by maceration method. Samples were filtered and concentrated by evaporation, then a serial concentration of 250 μg / mL, 500 μg / mL, 750 μg / mL 1000 μg / mL was carried out, after which the sensitivity test was carried out with the paper disc diffusion method using Potato Dextrose Agar. Performed four repetitions at each concentration. The average of inhibition zone area obtained at a concentration of 250 μg / mL was obtained at 6.25 mm, 500 μg / mL was obtained 8.5 mm, 750 μg / mL was obtained at 8.75 mm 1000 μg / mL at 12.25 mm. Each concentration of mango leaf extract (Mangifera indica L. var. Arum manis) contained a zone of inhibition to the growth of the fungus Candida albicans.

Abstract

Dengue virus infection can attack hepatic cells. Hepar produces thrombopoeitin hormone that regulates platelet production. Platelets are produced in the bone marrow, in the liver and kidneys. One of the causes of decreased platelets in patients with Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is due to dengue virus attack liver cells that interfere with the production of platelets. Liver damage also causes the release of transaminase enzymes SGPT and SGOT, resulting in increased enzyme SGPT and SGOT. This study aims to determine the relationship between SGPT and SGOT levels with platelet counts in patients with Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever at RSUDP NTB The research method used is cross sectional and accidental sample as sampling method. This study used 77 samples. The data analysis used is Chi Square.Based on the analysis of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) patients in RSUDP NTB, the average of SGPT is 81,97 U/L, SGOT 71,6 U/L, and trombosit 106.000 mg/dL. Based on results of chi square analysis there is a relationship between SGPT and SGOT levels and trombosit levels in Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) patients in RSUDP NTB. The higher the levels of SGPT or SGOT, the lower of  platelet counts.

Abstract

This quantitative research aims to examine the relationship between teacher’s creative learning and the active learning of students on religious subjects. Data were obtained through data collection from 106 respondents of Airmadidi 1 High School students. Research results show that teacher’s creative learning is at a high level. The same level is also indicated by the level of active learning of students on religious subjects. Then the relationship between teacher’s creative learning and the activeness of learning in religious subjects has no significant relationship. This explains that the students in this study did show a high level of learning activeness, but creative learning from the teacher was not a factor that caused the high activity of student learning. The recommendations in this study are for the next researchers to be able to use the same method, research design and research questionnaire, as well as different dependents, different respondents and different levels of education. Because it does not rule out the possibility of getting different results because the research was carried out at different places, respondents and times.
