Abstract

This study aims to analyze the evaluation of the Desaku Menanti Program in dealing with homeless people and beggars in the city of Padang. The basis for the implementation of the my village program is regulated in the Padang City Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2012 concerning Development of Street Children, Homeless People, Beggars, Singers and Street Vendors. The objectives of the village waiting program are 1) Improving people's ability to carry out their social functions properly in society. 2) Improve the ability of people and the social environment to solve social problems. 3) Improving people's social status and roles so that they can adapt to their environment. This program is an innovation of the programs for handling the homeless, beggars and street children that have been carried out, namely by focusing all services in the areas of origin of homeless people and beggars (village based). This research is a qualitative research using descriptive method. The research informants were determined by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques are carried out by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation studies and data reduction is carried out so that accurate conclusions can be drawn from the data that has been obtained. The results showed that the impact of the implementation of the Desaku Menanti program in dealing with homeless people and beggars in the city of Padang was not optimal. This is because the objectives of the Desaku Menanti program have not been achieved.

Abstract

The Government of the Republic of Indonesia has basic functions, namely as empowerment, development and services. One of the functions of government as a service is to provide services for identity and citizenship rights. This study aims to determine how services and supporting factors as well as constraints in the service of making birth certificates at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The results showed that the service for making birth certificates at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Kuantan Singingi Regency was seen from the following 6 public service standards: (1) service procedures, simple service procedures and easy to understand by the community; (2) completion time, the completion time is still uncertain; (3) service fees, free costs; (4) service products, service products in accordance with the wishes of the community; (5) incomplete facilities and infrastructure, facilities and infrastructure; (6) Competence of service providers, officers have served in a friendly and fair manner. Service support factors are awareness and regulatory factors. The inhibiting factors are the lack of infrastructure, human resources and lack of public awareness

Abstract

This study describes the impact of work culture in implementing the e-planning application to realize good governanc e studies in the Planning ,Research and Development Agency of 50 Kota. There search method used is descriptive qualitative, because the problems are complex so that it requires interviews and observations to get valid data. The selection of informants was carried out by using purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the impact of work culture in implementing E-Planning applications to achieve Good Governance at Bapelitbang Kabupaten 50 Kota it has had a good impact but there are still some problems that the authors haveen countered, among others: there are still delays in the preparation and inp t of planning documents, there are no awards given to employees, accommodation of RPJPD programs in application E-Planning and there are still employees who don't understand how to use the E-Planning application.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of civil service work culture on service quality in the Please Care Papa program in Padang Pariaman Regency. Please Care Papa is an online service that is useful forhelp identify the needs of the poor based on profiles in an integrated database linking the poor to social protection and poverty alleviation programs carried out by the Central Government, Provincial Governments and District Governments according to the needs of the poor. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The selection of informants was used by purposive sampling technique. In collecting data, the writer uses interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of the research that have been carried out can be concluded that not all services can run with the online system seen from the target users of the Please Care Papa website are the poor who have limitations and the ability to technology. The lack of socialization provided to the community is also an obstacle in implementing this online service so that there are still many people who do not know about the online services provided by the Office for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection through the Please Care Papa website.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of pedestrian improvement at khatib sulaiman street, Padang city and to identify the inhibiting factors of pedestrian improvement at khatib sulaiman street, Padang City. And to identify the inhibiting factors of pedestrian improvement at Khatib Sulaiman street, Padang city. pedestrian is an activity or human movement from one place to another by foot, or in other words, a pedestrian is a person walking on the street pedestrian network facilities and infrastructure generally function to facilitate the movement of pedestrian from one place to another easily, smoothly, safely, comfortably and independently. This research was a qualitative research which related to descriptive phenomena, events, social activities, techniques, interviews, and documentation. The data was analyzed throught data reduction and drawing conclusion. The results of this study indicated that there was not yet benefit showed related to the changes desired by government and society toward pedestrian. The factors that emerged on the performance, the existence of adequate pedestrian but lack of cummunicy awareness of using the facilities itself.

This research is motivated because there are still a large number of poor and vulnerable people in Nagari Sagari Salido, while the government has implemented an Integrated Referral Service System (SLRT) program that provides social assistance to help people get out of the poverty zone, this Integrated Referral Service System (SLRT) is a one-stop service identifies the needs and complaints of the poor and vulnerable then they will be introduced to social protection and coping programs for the poor, make referrals, and help with complaint handling to ensure that these complaints are handled properly

Abstract

The RKUHP policy is the result of a regulation made by the DPR in 2019 at the end of its term of office, because the content of this regulation contains a lot of ombiguity and is controversial by students asking the government to re-examine this regulation, participation by students becomes a political force when the president finally takes it. action by resigning the endorsement of this policy to conduct a review, in practice the students of the State University of Padang (UNP) were a part of political power at that time, various ways of participation such as demonstrations, discussions, and the use of social media were carried out by UNP students. The biggest factor that affects the participation of UNP students is experience in organizations and the influence of information on social media. It is recognized that UNP students have high political awareness but it is inversely related to the relatively low trust in the government, thus giving birth to a form of militant-radical political participation

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Padang Public Prosecutor's Office to describe archival management in the administration of state administration in the Padang District Attorney's office. The data collection technique was carried out by purposive sampling and snowball techniques, which means that data collection was carried out based on direct field results taken from interviews until the data obtained was saturated at the Padang District Attorney's office. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, which is to provide a comprehensive overview of the research. With the various methods used, it is hoped that this research can provide a clear and precise description of the data and problems that exist later. Archival management at the prosecutor's office has been carried out quite well, but the facilities and infrastructure are still simple and there are no archivist employees. However, the Padang District Attorney's office is trying to fix the problems of archival management with the attention of the leadership to the employees who manage the archives, adding facilities and infrastructure for archiving and as soon as possible to destroy archives that are no longer in use.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the strategy of Padang City Government in developing the Muaro Lasak beach as tourism icons. This was a qualitative research with descriptive qualitative method. Informants of this research were determined with purposive sampling, that was Tourism and Culture Department of Padang City, Public Works and Public Housing Services of Padang City, the tourists, traders, and parking attendants on the Muaro Lasak beach. This research used primary and secondary data derived from observation, interview, and documentation study. Validity tested of this data used source triangulation technique, and than the data were analyzed with qualitative data technique. The results of the research showed that neeed increased supervision, security and development in the strategy of Padang City Government in developing the Muaro Lasak beach as tourism icons. In addition, there are supporting factors and inhibiting factors in this case.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the policy of rehabilitating uninhabitable houses into habitable houses in west pasaman regency. This research was motivated by the seriousness of the government in meeting the basic needs of housing through improving the quality of houses, the problems raised were related to budget constraints and lack of socialization by the organizers to the community. To answer this problem, interviews were conducted with 5 sources. This research was conducted at the housing and settlement service of west pasaman regency. The tools used for data analysis were qualitative. According to the results of interviews conducted, the implementation of the rehabilitation policy for unfit for habitation in west pasaman regency has been implemented during 2017-2019 and continues until 2025. The number of houses that have been rehabilitated based on the decree of the regent of west Pasaman Regency is 475 housing units.
