Abstract

This research describe about Implementation of Padang Mayor Regulation to controlling the use the plastic shopping bag in Padang city. Background of this research is because we find some problems of the use plastic shopping bag in Padang city. This research aims to explain about the implementation of Padang Mayor Regulation 36 of 2018 in controlling the use plastic shopping bag in Padang city. This studied use a qualitative methods and descriptive approaches. The studied was conclude at Enviromental Services in Padang. The informants are determined by thecnique purposive sampling. Data in this studieduse primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. So the data obtained can be conclude from the data obtained in the field. The point of view of this studied is the Implementation of Padang Mayor Regulation number 36 of 2018 in controlling the use of plastic shopping bag in Padang city is not optimal. In the implementation of socialization carried out by Enviromental Services was good. But as for the constraints in implementation of this regulation of mayor is public awareness to redesign the use of plastic shopping bags is still lacking. And then, the Enviromental Services not firm in providing penalties or disincentive to business actors who still provide and eliminate plastic shopping bags at their stores. Both in modern markets and traditional markets in the city of Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the coordination carried out by the Gayo Lues Regency government in overcoming cannabis cultivation, and also how the obstacles that occur when implementing coordination in tackling cannabis cultivation both between one agency and another as well as between agencies and the community and to find out the efforts made by the government. (BNNK, Polri, TNI) in tackling cannabis cultivation in Gayo Lues Regency. This research uses qualitative research using descriptive method which is carried out by means of purposive sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews and documentation studies, with informants of several employees at the Gayo Lues Regency National Narcotics Agency, Gayo Lues District Police, Gayo Lues District Military Command, community leaders and communities who live in areas prone to cannabis cultivation. The results of this research indicate that the collaboration formed by the BNN Gayo Lues Regency, the Police and the Kodim 0113 Gayo Lues has been carried out as much as possible but efforts are still needed to change the mindset of the community. The coordination carried out by the government is for preventive activities carried out by the District National Narcotics Agency (BNNK) Gayo Lues, while the Police and Kodim 0113 Gayo Lues are more concerned with law enforcement. The obstacles experienced by the government in overcoming cannabis cultivation are divided into 2 (two), namely internal constraints and external constraints.

Abstract

The Adiwiyata school program in the city of Padang, especially at SMA Negeri 15 Padang, has actually been going on since 2013, but in reality there is still low awareness of environmental care from the point of view of the school community, especially students and other devices, this can be proven that the school is still not clean and does not throw garbage yet. in place. This study aims to determine the implementation and effectiveness of the Adiwiyata school program implemented at SMA Negeri 15 Padang. This study uses the theory of successful implementation of a program (According to Weimer 7 Vinning: 2009) and the theory of effectiveness according to Budiani in (Amelia, 2015) then this research is descriptive using qualitative methods. The data collection technique is done by interview, observation, documentation study so that accurate conclusions are drawn from the data that has been obtained. The results showed that the implementation of the Adiwiyata school program implemented in SMA Negeri 15 Padang was quite effective but not 100%. This was evidenced by the lack of clarity regarding the prospects of this program in writing at SMA Negeri 15 Padang

Abstract

This study aims to determine community participation in the development of village facilities and infrastructure in Nagari Ladang Panjang, Pasaman Regency. This community partipation is seen from how the community responds to conditions in the long field area, such as community participation in the development of village facilities and infrastructure. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method that describes phenomena that actually occur in the field. The data source obtained through the interview process with informants and documents related to research. Data collection techniques are by means of observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used is an interactive analysis technique which consists of three components, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that community participation in the development of village facilities and infrastructure in Nagari Ladang Panjang was still lacking. In the construction of the new village guardian's office, for example, the community was reluctant to give away their land for free, even though in the end the village was able to convince the community to donate their land to build a new Nagari guardian office. In addition, not many people are willing to attend the deliberations for village development organized by the nagari government, this indicates a lack of public awareness or participation in village development in Nagari Ladang Panjang. Therefore, there is a need for approaches and counseling by the village government to the community on the importance of community participation in village development.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the benefits of the establishment of the sanimas program facilities, namely improvements in terms of increasing the degree of public health, improving the quality of sanitation and environmental hygiene of the community. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of community-based sanitation programs in improving community health status in Korong Padang Manis Nagari Campago, V Koto Kampung Dalam Subdistrict, Padang Pariaman Regency. This type of research is qualitative using descriptive methods. The research was conducted in Korong Padang Manis, Nagari Campago, V Koto Kampung Dalam, Padang Pariaman Regency. Informants are determined by purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data was collected by means of interviews, observation and documentation study, with the validity test using source triangulation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique is done by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the effectiveness of the community-based sanitation program in improving the health status of the community in Korong Padang Manis was not yet effective. This is because the public's awareness is still low on maintaining the cleanliness of the environment for the infrastructure of the sanimas program and there are still people who throw garbage and defecate in the open

Abstract

This study describes the effectiveness of BPRN performance in the implementation of Nagari governance in Nagari Tapi Selo, Tanah Datar Regency. BPRN as the legislative body of Nagari Government in Nagari Tapi Selo, Tanah Datar Regency. BPRN has the duties and functions as legislation, receiving and conveying the aspirations of the village community, supervising the performance of the village guardian, and establishing the Nagari Budget (APBNagari) together with the Nagari guardian This research method, using descriptive qualitative, in determining informants using purposive sampling technique, testing the validity of the data using triangulation techniques, and data collection techniques using interviews, documentation study and focus group discussion (FGD). The results of this study indicate that the performance of BPRN Nagari Tapi Selo has not been effective because not all of its duties and functions are running well. BPRN's performance, when viewed from Mohammad Mahsun's theory, already has input although not all of it has been fulfilled, has carried out a performance process even though it is not fast enough to work, has outputs and outcomes, and has had the impact and benefit of its performance. Abstract

This research was conducted using a qualitative approach. This study aims to analyze efforts to implement convergence of stunting prevention policies in the city of Padang. The data collection methods used were interviews and documentation. The data source was obtained through data and information on all OPDs in Padang City. The results of this study indicate that efforts to implement convergence of stunting prevention policies in the city of Padang have not been implemented according to the convergence stage. This is because first, efforts at the planning stage have not been implemented optimally because there is no Regional Government Work Plan (RKPD) that has been made regarding stunting. Second, efforts at the implementation stage have not been carried out optimally because there is no task force in implementing stunting prevention actions. Third, efforts at the evaluation stage have not been implemented optimally because the evaluation has not been centralized and implemented based on the work program of each Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD).

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Department of Cooperatives and UMKM in Padang City. It aims to describe the effectiveness of the role of the Padang City Cooperative and UMKM Service in Small and Medium Enterprise Development in Purus Village, Padang City. The effectiveness of the role has several problems that arise, causing the effectiveness of the role to be disrupted and less than optimal for the Padang City Cooperative and UMKM Office. The problem of role effectiveness continues to increase so that more attention is needed by the Padang City Cooperative and UMKM Office in the effectiveness of its role. This studied use a qualitative methods and descriptive approaches which aims to describe, record, explain, interpret (describe) and describe the effectiveness of the role of the Padang City Cooperative and UMKM Service in Small and Medium Business Development in Purus Village, Padang City. The selection of informants are determined by thecnique purposive sampling.. The types of data are primary and secondary data collected through observation, interviews and documentation study. The data analysis techniques used can be grouped into 3 stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.He point of view of this studied is the Implementation of the role of the Padang City Cooperative and UMKM Service in Small and Medium Business Development in Purus Village, Padang City has been effective and well implemented, but has not been in accordance with what is expected of UMKM actors to be given marketing and packaging training for UMKM players. In implementing its role it is less effective due to a lack of budget for developing UMKM in Purus sub-district and not all UMKM get assistance with facilities and infrastructure. External constraints on the Effectiveness of the Role of the Padang City Cooperative and UMKM Service in UMKM Development In Purus Village, Padang City is disturbed by the Covid-19 pandemic which hinders the Role of the Padang City Cooperative and UMKM Office in the Development of UMKM in Purus Village, Padang City.

Abstract

The research stems from the problem of worker complaints who are members of the Work Accident Security Program. These complaints include the relatively long time for disbursement of guarantees, the cost of recovery is still borne by workers and companies and workers who do not understand the procedures for the Work Accident Security Program at the Manpower Social Security Administration in Padang City. This type of research is qualitative research. This research was conducted at the Office of the Manpower Social Security Administration in the city of Padang. Technique of research informants was purposive. Data collection in this study was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation study. The results of this study indicate that the obstacles to Work Accident Security at the Employment Social Security Administration include long disbursement times, recovery costs are still borne by workers, companies are reluctant to pay medical expenses because they have to wait for confirmation from the Employment Social Security Administration, companies are late in sending. files in the case of work accident reports to the Manpower Social Security Administering Body.

Abstract

Simultaneously, service quality as measured by customer satisfaction (internal and external) has not been the focus of service improvement in Indonesia, the new Menpan and Bureaucratic Reform measure the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) for external customers. In this study, equity theory is assumed to be a bridge between internal and external customer satisfaction. This study analyzes the level of differences in internal and external customer satisfaction on service transactions and analyzes the effect of internal customer satisfaction on service transactions and the effect of service transactions on external customer satisfaction. Service transactions use indicators of delivery, timeliness, information, professionalism, staff attitudes, and organizational politics. The final objective of this research is to create a quality local government service model through the Total Quality Management (TQM) approach. This research was conducted at RSUD Padang Panjang using an asocial quantitative approach. Data collection used a Likert scale questionnaire which had previously been tested for validation and reliability both in content and in empirical test items. A valid and reliable questionnaire was then used to collect data samples taken using stratified proportional random sampling technique, using the Slovin formula (error 2%) obtained a sample of 201 internal respondents and 956 external respondents. Data were analyzed by regression and t-test that had previously been tested classical assumptions. The results showed that there is a significant effect of internal customer satisfaction on service transactions and the effect of service transactions on external customer satisfaction. While the t-test results emphasize the level of significant differences in information and indicators of organizational politics.
