Abstract

Teachers in the field of Religious Studies have poor teaching skills. Teachers are always given instruction in the traditional lecture format, which is not accompanied by any teaching techniques. Through mentoring and teaching methods, this project intends to strengthen the teaching skills of Religious Studies teachers at MTsN Pematangsiantar. This research uses a school action research approach, research was undertaken at MTsN Pematangsiantar with a total of 15 teachers involved, and it is a school action research project. The findings revealed that 1) the mean value of teacher teaching skills increased significantly, 2) the mean value of teacher teaching skills in Pre-cycle was 112,00, and the mean value of teacher teaching skills in Cycle I increased to 220,47, and 3) the mean value of teacher teaching skills in Cycle II increased to 253,40.

Abstract

One of the students' mathematics learning outcomes is determined by the students' mathematical problem solving abilities. Students' mathematical problem solving abilities can be formed well through the application of learning models. This study aims to determine the differences in the results of students' mathematical problem-solving abilities who are taught using the NHT and TGT cooperative learning models in the matter of powers and roots. The research method used is quasi-experimental. The population in this study were all students of class IX MTs PP. Tarbiyah Islamiyah Hajoran T.P 2020/2021. The sampling technique in this research is random sampling. The sample in this study consisted of two classes, namely IX-A totaling 40 people as the experimental class I (Numbered Head Together class) and 40 students from class IX-B as the experimental class II (Team Games Tournament class). The research instrument used consisted of students' mathematical problem solving ability test questions in the form of initial tests and final tests. Based on statistical hypothesis testing with a t-test at a significant level of 0.05, the results obtained -tcount is smaller than -ttable (-2.7111<-2.0210), so it can be concluded that the results of this study indicate: there are differences in the type of cooperative learning model NHT and TGT on students' mathematical problem solving abilities in grade IX MTs PP. Tarbiyah Islamiyah Hajoran T.P 2020/2021.

Abstract

Kolaborasi dalam Pendidikan menjadi hal yang harus diperhatikan untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan peserta didik. Kolaborasi harus lebih ditingkatkan terutama pada Pertemuan guru dan orangtua. Pertemuan ini merupakan langkah awal yang harus dilakukan dengan maksimal karena mempengaruhi langkah selanjutnya dalam memberikan pendidikan kepada peserta didik. Pertemuan antara guru dan orangtua terdiri pada empat bagian yaitu pertemuan di awal semester, pertemuan setiap bulan, pertemuan setelah ujian tengah semester (MID), dan pertemuan di akhir semester. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengefektifkan kolaborasi yang dilakukan dalam bentuk pertemuan guru dan orangtua. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif analisis kualitatif. Melalui observasi ditemukan bentuk kolaborasi yang terdapat di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu di Bukittinggi dapat dikembangkan menjadi lebih efektif sehingga peneliti menjadikannya sebagai lokasi penelitian. wawancara dilakukan kepada pihak yang terlibat dalam kolaborasi yaitu guru dan orangtua, untuk menguatkan data wawancara juga dilakukan dengan kepala sekolah dan siswa. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa dalam pertemuan guru dan orangtua pada awal semester sebaiknya dibuat kesepakatan untuk kelancaran pembelajaran. Pertemuan setiap bulan dilakukan pengontrolan oleh guru dan orangtua dengan saling menyampaikan kekurangan dalam perkembangan peserta didik dirumah dan di sekolah. Pertemuan guru dan orangtua setelah ujian mid semester, saat penerimaan rapor mid ini diadakan taklim untuk menambah ilmu mendidik bagi orangtua, dan dilakukan evaluasi belajar peserta didik antara guru dan orangtua untuk perbaikan ke depannya. Pertemuan di akhir semester, pada pertemuan ini guru dan orangtua sharing mengenai permasalahan Pendidikan anak di Rumah dan di Sekolah.

Abstract

Educational institutions often only produce students who are skilled but do not have an entrepreneurial spirit, so that in the end students are formed as workers who are ready to work, not job creators. The implementation of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) which began on December 31, 2015 requires the availability of skilled and highly competent human resources to compete at regional, national and international levels. Education by applying the business learning model in schools is an important component in increasing the competence and independence of participants to seize opportunities in the free market era. Education based on business learning models needs to be done from an early age. The study used a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used in this study were: interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis in this study used the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, while the steps taken were data reduction, data modeling, conclusions and verification. The results of this study are recommended to be applied in conventional schools, by collaborating the curriculum and learning models typical of the School of Universe. The business learning model seeks to build students to have the character of Pancasila students who are critical, creative, independent, faithful and devoted and have noble character through entrepreneurial training.

Abstract

Teacher performance needs to be improved and improved in connection with the current learning is carried out boldly. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using a field study approach (field research). Methods of collecting data by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The informants of this study were the head of the madrasa, teachers and students. Sources of data in two ways, namely primary sources and secondary sources. The conclusion in this study is that the role of the head of Madrasah in developing the 2013 Curriculum during the covid 19 pandemic at Islamic Islamic Junior High School Yaspen Muslim Pematang Tengah consists of three categories, namely: Implementing effective and meaningful learning which begins with planning, namely making syllabus and lesson plans and presenting student activities. Organizing learning includes socializing the 2013 curriculum, utilizing the environment for teaching and learning processes as well as developing Madrasah policies. learning is in accordance with the learning process using a scientific approach which consists of observing, gathering information, associating and communicating teaching and learning activities well.
