Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang memiliki keanekaragaman hayati terbanyak di dunia setelah Brasil. Kekayaan itu yang menyebabkan Indonesia menempati posisi penting dalam peta keanekargaman hayati dunia dan dikenal sebagai salah satu Megabiodiversity Country. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan Metode belajar bersama alam di School of Univere. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif.Teknik pengumpul data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah:wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman, dengan langkah-langkah: reduksi data, model data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini dianjurkan dapat diterapkan di sekolah konvensional, dengan cara mengakolaborasi kurikulum dan model pembelajaran khas School of Universe .Metode belajar bersamaalam berupaya mendekatkan peserta didik dengan alam,merawat kelestarian lingkungan, dan belajar untuk menjaga lingkungan alam.

Abstract

In the context of the problem of improving the learning process, what can be done is to carry out classroom management. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of class managementis carried out by teachers in the classroom in terms of improving the learning process at SDIT Ummi Aida Medan, Medan Tembung District. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques in this study using observation techniques (observation), and supported by interview observation techniques, and document study. The type of data used in this study is primary data by means of researchers making direct observations. Furthermore, all data are processed by qualitative data analysis stages, namely by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. This study resulted in four findings, namely: 1) Planning class managementincluding: teachers compiling educational calendars, prota and prosem, compiling syllabus, making lesson plans (RPP). 2) Implementation of class management includes: creating a classroom atmosphere, comfortable, safe and conducive and teachers are able to minimize obstacles in the teaching and learning process, approach students that cause learning obstacles, provide guidance and motivation to students to enthusiastically start learning, seating arrangements , the use of learning methods, and learning media that are adjusted to the learning material 3) Evaluation of Class Management includes: self-evaluation of educators to determine satisfaction in carrying out tasks as class dreamers, evaluation of learning outcomes of students.

Abstract

Manajemen strategis merupakan implementasi perencanaan, pemantauan, analisis, dan evaluasi yang dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dari semua kebutuhan yang diperlukan oleh organisasi dalam upaya mencapai tujuannya. Perubahan yang terjadi secara cepat dan spontan di lingkungan organisasi akan membutuhkan organisasi yang mampu untuk terus melakukan evaluasi strategi. Implementasi manajemen strategis membantu organisasi mengetahui kondisi organisasi saat ini, kemudian menyusun strategi, menyebarkannya dan menganalisis keefektifan strategi manajemen yang diterapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi manajemen strategi dalam lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan (library research). Dalam memperoleh data penelitian, peneliti mengumpulkan, menganalisis, mengorganisasi, sumber dari artikel, buku, penelitian terdahulu tentang implementasi manajemen strategi dalam bidang pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa dalam implementasi manajemen strategik lembaga pendidikan harus merumuskan beberapa aspek, yaitu: 1) visi, misi dan nilai-nilai lembaga pendidikan, 2) tujuan jangka panjang, 3) menentukan strategi priorotas, 4) menyusun indikator kinerja, 5) menguraikan tujuan secara operasional, 6) memperhatikan kebutuhan sumber daya (fisik, manusia, keuangan), 7) memantau dan melaksanakan perencanaan operasional secara rutin dan terjadwal.

Abstract

Career development is the process of identifying the employee's career potential and material and applying the right ways to develop this potential. The teacher career development process at Pesantrren Darul Ihsan begins with the implementation of monitoring and evaluation of teacher performance. This study aims to analyze and find: 1) the concept of teacher career development at Pesantren Darul Ihsan Hamparan Perak Deli Serdang, and 2) the types of teacher career development at Pesantren Darul Ihsan Hamparan Perak Deli Serdang. The two focuses are studied with the theoretical approach of career management, human resource management, and human resource development as well as several other relevant theories. This study uses a qualitative research model with a case study approach. The data collection technique is by using semi-structured interviews and document studies. Furthermore, after the data has been collected, it is analyzed using several steps: data condensation, data display and conclusion, drawing and verification. The results of this study: 1) Teacher career development is carried out in the form of a personal and career advancement plan, as well as monitoring and evaluation which have implications for: (a) repositioning, (b) dismissal, c) resignation, d) retire. 2) Types of teacher career development that are: short courses, study assignments or study permit, and in house training (IHT). Meanwhile, pesantren support for the career development of teachers is conditional and unconditional.

Abstract

Dayah is a traditional Islamic educational institution in Aceh that gave birth to scholars to enlighten the people. Today's developments require dayah to continue to exist, giving generations of morals. This research is a qualitative research with a social history approach. The findings concluded that basically the community's anxiety due to the dominance of materialism which makes the soul arid, has provided opportunities for people to look for institutions. The modernization that has been carried out is still based on the original tradition, which is based on dayah with a modern twist so that the dayah is MUDI. The modernization of the dayah education system during the Abon Abdul Aziz era included modernizing the curriculum, facilities and infrastructure and modernizing learning methods. The purpose of this change is so that the dayah will continue to exist in this era of globalization so that the vision of giving birth to scholars is still running. The dayah education system managed by Abon Abdul Aziz remains in control to shape the morals of thalabah so that the knowledge obtained in the dayah is still used in terms of goodness. Through the touch of moral education to the talabah who studied in the dayah, most of the istiqamah studied until they got permission from Abon Abdul Aziz to practice their knowledge in the community.

Abstract

In the family the father is a figure who plays a role in the growth, development and success of the child. Fathers are responsible for giving advice to their children. This research discusses the role of fathers in educating children according to the Qur'an. This study examines the verses of the al-Qur'an which are related to the role of the father in educating children according to the al-Qur'an. This research uses library research or also called library research. This study uses a descriptive analysis method with a classical-contemporary interpretation paradigm approach. The data collection was carried out thematically, namely collecting the verses of the Qur'an in various letters that have a relationship about the role of the father. The results showed that in the Qur'an it is explained that there are several verses that describe the role of fathers in educating their children, so that this method is relevant to be realized in the contemporary context. The father figure in question is Prophet Nuh, Prophet Ibrahim, Prophet Ya'qub, and Luqman. Among the roles are as educators and caregivers for their children, as role modes for children, creating togetherness with children, and as protectors in the family.

Abstract

Implementasi manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan di MTs. Al-Manar Nurul Iman Sidamanik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, serta evaluasi pembiayaan pendidikan di MTs. Al- Manar Nurul Iman Sidamanik. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa: Perencanaan pembiayaan pendidikan di MTs. Al-Manar Nurul Iman Sidamanik dibuat pada Rencana Kegiatan dan Anggaran Madrasah (RKAM) yang dilakukan setiap awal tahun oleh pihak sekolah. Setelah dirapatkan akan dikonsultasikan dengan pihak pengawas, kemudian dilakukan pengusulan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) ke Kantor Wilayah Departemen Agama. Dalam pelaksanaan pembiayaan pendidikan dana diperoleh dari dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) yang dialokasikan untuk gaji pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan sebesar 50%, Sarana dan Prasarana sebesar 30% dan untuk Alat Tulis Kantor (ATK) sebesar 20%. Serta diperoleh dari dana Komite yang dialokasikan untuk tunjangan jabatan, kegiatan siswa, kebersihan sekolah, Alat Tulis Kantor (ATK), dan transport. Pengalokasian dana tersebut akan dicatat dalam bentuk Laporan Pertanggungjawaban (LPJ) maupun buku Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan (SPP) dan kas yang akan dipertanggungjawabkan oleh Kepala Madrasah. Untuk pengawasan pembiayaan pendidikan dilakukan oleh pihak internal dan eksternal Madrasah pada pemasukan dan pengeluaran dana. Kemudian, evaluasi pembiayaan pendidikan dilakukan oleh pihak Madrasah secara berkala untuk manilai, memantau dan melaporkan apakah penggunaan anggaran sudah sesuai dengan rencana

Abstract

The Home Visit Method is a learning method that can be used during the Covid-19 pandemic. Various obstacles that hinder the implementation of online learning, namely poor network connection, and the lack of online learning facilities such as cellphones and internet quotas as well as the ability of students to use android mobile phones. so that the MTS Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura Langkat school implements an offline learning policy, where teachers conduct offline learning by visiting students from house to house in each group. This type of research is quantitative with a case study approach. The data collection method is done through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study were students of class VIII MTS Jam’iyah Mahmudiyah and the research sample was 48 students. The results of these findings are that there is an effect of the s home visit method on the learning outcomes of the class VIII students of MTs Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura Langkat with a total presentation of 64.58% and in the moderate category on the learning outcomes of Al Qur'an Hadith which is carried out continuously offline. The home visit method process is an alternative to learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The development of technological advances in the digital era brings very significant changes in all aspects of life. In this digital era, educational problems become very diverse with the increasing family responsibilities. To deal with these developments, the expertise of parents and educators is needed to implement the right solutions to all these problems and also the ability to adapt to environmental changes. This study examines in depth digital literacy for millennial families in educating children in the digital era. Digital literacy skills are needed by teachers and parents in educating children so that they can play various roles as educators in this digital era. This research uses library research method. Data collection in this study was carried out by elaborating various kinds of literature in the form of books, journals, e-books and literature relevant to digital literacy problems in millennial families in the digital era. The data analysis technique uses content analysis methods from journals and other documents that are accessed via the internet. The results show that in this digital era the role of parents is needed so as not to be left behind. In this era, there is a need for a new reorientation of learning because it is considered to affect vision, responsibility, social sensitivity and logical ability, as well as honesty. All of this leads to a reorientation of the new role of parents, namely as agents of change, knowledge renewal, and learning consultants that emphasize creativity, initiative, good communication and cooperation between parents, schools and communities.

Abstract

Kajian ini dilakukan untuk menggambarkan serta mengukur : Kebijakan pendidikan anak usia dini di masa pandemic, stabilitas mutu pembelajaran anak usia dini pada era pandemi. Tujuan dari penelitian ialah untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis kebijakan pendidikan dan mutu pendidikan pada tingkat anak usia dini di masa pandemi. penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan analisis studi pustaka. Hasil dari studi pustaka ini menunjukkan : Kebijakan pendidikan pada anak usia dini di era pandemi desease tergolong adaftif, terlihat dari sejauhmana guru/sekolah dengan bekerjasama wali siswa dalam mengupayakan terlaksananya pembelajaran melalui media yang disesuaikan guna tetap memberi asupan pembelajaran di rumah bagi anak sejak dini, dan stabilitas mutu pembelajaran anak usia dini pada era pandemi cukup terjaga, ditinjau dari harmonisasi hubungan yang dibangun hingga tetap memberikan stimulus dan respon positif bagi anak didik. Walaupun sedikit mengalami kendala akibat perubahan kegiatan belajar-mengajar dari sisi pra pandemi sampai saat ini.
