Abstract

Islamic banks must function as a means to collect public savings and develop them. The point is that Islamic banks are institutions that function to invest public funds in accordance with Islamic recommendations effectively, productively and for the benefit of Muslims. The main objective of implementing Islamic banking, which is to unite Muslims, restore the strength, vitality, role and position of Islam on this earth can be achieved.

Abstract

Jaminan sosial merupakan bentuk perlindungan sosial untuk menjamin seluruh rakyat agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dasar hidupnya yang layak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi program BPJS kesehatan di Puskesmas Bandar Khalipah. Masalah yang diteliti adalah gambaran implementasi kebijakan program BPJS kesehatan pada Puskesmas Bandar Khalipah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei deskriptif kualitatif. Sebuah studi kualitatif berfokus pada analisis proses penalaran deduktif dan induktif, dan dinamika hubungan antara fenomena yang diamati dengan menggunakan logika ilmiah. Berfokus pada pelaksanaan Program BPJS Kesehatan di Puskesmas Bandar Khalipah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Implementasi Program BPJS kesehatan di Puskemas Bandar Khalifah telah berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan regulasi yaitu kebijakan BPJS Kesehatan pada UU No.24 Tahun 2004.

Abstract

The increasing number of Islamic bank term deposit account indicates attract attention in sharia deposits. An in crease in the number of deposit accounts can be caused by several factors. This study aims to determine the effect of trust, profit sharing ratio and perceived risk on the decision to choose Islamic bank term deposit. The samples used in this study were 108 respondents Islamic bank deposit customers in Sidoarjo and Surabaya that are determined by purposive sampling. The analytical method used is Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The result of this study indicated that trust has an effect on the decision to choose Islamic bank deposit, while profit sharing ratio and perceived risk have no effect on the decision to choose Islamic bank deposit. With the results of this study, it is hoped that future researchers can do further research related to the decision to choose deposit products at different Islamic Banks in the community and add other variables such as literacy and spirituality levels so that they can correct existing deficiencies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational culture, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee performance. The research object chosen in this study is the method of this research is the study of literature. The results of this study prove and conclude that: (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, (3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, ( 4) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (5) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Parking tax is one of the local revenue and should be potential enough to affect the increase in local revenue, one of which is the original income in the city of Medan. This is because every year many people use private transportation and not only that, buildings or malls that provide parking spaces are also increasing. With the development of existing facilities, for example, more and more entertainment venues are opened, resulting in an increase in parking taxes every year. Based on this explanation, the purpose of this study is to find out how parking tax management is on Medan City's Original Regional Revenue. By doing this analysis, we become aware of how the management is carried out by the government to increase local revenue. Management itself basically includes four aspects, namely planning, organizing, implementing, supervising/controlling. In this study, the author uses a qualitative research method using a descriptive qualitative approach. For the data collection method in this study, namely by conducting interviews with City BPPRD employees and also utilizing documentaries, and on-site observations.

Abstract

The existence of technology, such as the internet, gadgets, tablets, and others, seems to have begun to shift the role of libraries in this more modern era. Due to the widespread use of social media, libraries may have been forgotten by children or students. Even for reading, it takes a very long time to finish a book because it is so heavy. However, reading a few pages of reading available on HP will not be boring and can be finished immediately. Every culture has knowledge, science, and technology that is used to interpret, understand, and use the environment and its contents as well as a tool to utilize, process, and apply it to meet human needs. Technological advances are communicated very quickly. Society now has various facilities to perform daily tasks thanks to advances in science and technology. Today, almost everyone uses communication tools, as can be seen from the experience of today's youth. Adolescence is a period of transition from childhood to adulthood when people begin to be influenced by their environment and become more willing to become what they want to be. Adolescents engage in more intense self-seeking behavior as a result of advances in communication technology. The purpose of this paper is to define the function of information systems in an organization. Library research techniques are used in the writing process. From the discussion, it is clear that organizational information systems can never be fully or completely automated. However, if the appropriate overall strategy is developed by the relevant system employees and supported by adequate financial resources, a management information system is very feasible and practical. Cross-functional information systems that support the main goals of the organization must be maintained and developed continuously. A decision support system (DSS) that combines models, databases, and directly interacting managers serves the main functions of the organization.

Abstract

Laporan keuangan yang manajemen sendiri akan dipergunakan oleh banyak pihak dan harus disajikan dengan cara dan prosedur tertentu sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku. Oleh karena itu, jika aturan tersebut belom diikuti, maka penyajian laporan keuangan tidak dapat dilakukan. Pengoperasian sistem akuntansi pencatatan harus mencakup semua aktivitas yang diperlukan untuk menyediakan berbagai informasi dalam manajemen untuk merencanakan, mengendalikan, dan melaporkan keadaan dan operasi perusahaan atau instansi pemerintahan. Ditinjau dari karakteristik masalah dalam penelitian, peneliti mengklasifikasikan sebagai jenis penelitian kualitatif dan pegawai bendahara penerimaan dan pengeluaran di Sekretariat keuangan Disporasu sebagai populasi. Pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah populasi yang dianggap dapat mewakili semua populasi yang diteliti. Dalam Teknik pengambilan data di penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara serta observasi pada bendahara penerimaan dan pengeluaran.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and public service motivation on community satisfaction on employees of Terminal Type A Kiliran Jao. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were employees at Terminal Type A Kiliran Jao. The sample used was 84 people using a saturated sampling technique (census). The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that: (1) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. (2) Public service motivation has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. (3) Quality of service and motivation of public services together have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction in Terminal Type A Kiliran Jao.
