Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Service Quality, Brand Trust, and Loyalty of Starbucks customers. Through this research, the researcher can find out the magnitude of influence that occur on customer loyalty. Based on the purpose of this research, the hypotheses are; H1: Service quality influences on brand trust; H2: Service quality influences on customer loyalty; and H3: Brand trust influences on customer loyalty. Judgmental sampling is non-probability sampling technique that has been used for this research. The data was gathered through the communication method as the data are collected from 100 respondents by distributed questionnaire and for essential measurements using Likert Scale. The research method was validated through construct validity and reliability test, and for hypotheses test Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis was used. The result of this research indicates that service quality significantly influences toward brand trust. Service quality doesn’t influence toward customer loyalty. Then, brand trust also doesn’t influence toward customer loyalty. After the processes conducted in this research, it can be concluded that only service quality give positive influence to brand trust in Starbuck. For the sugestion, much better if there is availability to give any feedback, the purpose is to know about lacks of Starbucks

Abstract

This research attempts to give an overview of the focus and methods utilized to identify financial statements in Indonesia. This study employed the systematic literature review (SLR) methodology to analyze how the literature on financial reporting develops. Keywords like "financial statement fraud," "fraud triangle," "fraud diamond," and "fraud pentagon" are used in this study to find related research. 79 studies were found between 2017 and 2020, and 39 of them were used in this research. The findings of this literature review can help researchers develop more in-depth fraud research in the future. Several variables can be utilized as a reference for future research on fake financial statements, such as broadening the scope of the investigation, expanding the object, and involving people who can help with the investigation.

Abstract

Gegesik Kulon tourism village, Cirebon Regency, West Java, is included in the list of 50 the 2021 Indonesian Tourism Village Award (ADWI) event. The village focuses on Tourism development as one of the efforts to revive the economy They are in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Gegesik Kulon tourist village is known to have many potential and the community is still very much preserving the arts and culture. Where the majority of the villagers there work as farmers. Others work as artists and entrepreneurs. In the village that is usually called the Artist's Village many used artistic and cultural heritage so that it is very suitable as a tourist destination for arts and culture education. They are guided by 5 branches art which is also offered as a tourist attraction in Gegesik Kulon Village. Start of fine arts in the form of wood carving, wayang puppets, mask carving, drum crafts, and so on glass painting. This research activity is a field study by conducting observations and interviews on the Potential of Cultural Arts and Tourism Village Development in Gegesik Kulon Village, Cirebon Regency. Where this Gegesik Village holds a lot of tourism potential which during this pandemic can also be used in the future as a work area for the surrounding community. However, the limited presentation of information to tourists makes some local cultural tourism sectors untouched by tourists. Therefore, a mapping of superior cultural tourism objects is made to be implemented into a system that can provide information in the form of locations and descriptions for these cultural attractions.

Abstract

After the referendum of the Democratic Republic of Timor Leste, various problems arose at the border with the Republic of Indonesia. So far, efforts have been made to resolve the problems that arise at the border, but have not been fully resolved properly, in this article the focus is on the issue of institutional capacity. The method used is descriptive qualitative crisis phenomenology, then it is done through observation, interviews, documentation with triangulation techniques. The data obtained is then analyzed, through the theoretical framework used, namely the pattern of collaboration relations between the Government - Private (Private - Public Partnership), Internal Government Collaboration (Internal Government Collaboration) and multi-actor collaboration (Multi - Actor Collaboration). The results show that government collaboration in border area management has an impact on increasing community welfare and border area security. The results of the study also confirm that the pattern of collaborative relations that occurs in border area management is a collaboration model between stakeholders, involving elements of the community and the private sector in overcoming problems that occur in the land border area of ​​Belu Regency, with a theoretical synthesis to produce a Collaboration Management System Model (Collaboration Management). Model on Land Borders System, CMMBS), namely the synergy between the two models. The first model is about welfare management by the NTT provincial government as the Center of Grafity assisted by the Belu Regency Government in the Collaboration Management Model on Border Prosperity (CMMBP), while the second model is about border security management by the 161/WS Military Resort Command as the Border Security Operations Executing Command as the Center of Grafity assisted by the Border Security Task Force in the Collaboration Management Model on land Borders Security (CMMLBS). The two approaches are carried out in tandem with the relevant Ministries/Institutions, elements of the community, universities, the business/private sector, the media and other stakeholders and are supported by increased institutional capacity by the Regional Government.

Abstract

With the existence of covid 19 the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy responded quickly to this by issuing implementation guidelines in implementing the health protocol called Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) in the tourism sector, one of which is hotels and restaurants/eateries, As an effort to prevent the spread of Covid- 19, this is expected to protect business actors, especially consumers from the dangers of Covid-19 because it protects safety, security and comfort. The readiness of tourist attractions in receiving visitors must also receive special attention. Increasing awareness of the importance of implementing the CHSE protocol must be continuously fostered, so as to minimize the occurrence of negligence and can have a positive impact on each participant's environment. Restaurants are places that are prone to the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the level of adherence to the implementation of health protocols and factors that have the potential to spread Covid-19 in restaurant services in the city of Mataram. Data collection techniques used in research are: observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study are that compliance in implementing the Covid-19 prevention health protocol is influenced by 3 things, namely sanctions, establishing good relationships and knowing the purpose and function of these rules. Obstacles in the implementation of the Covid-19 prevention health protocol are, more than consumers themselves, because in changing people's behavior patterns to be able to carry out activities according to applicable regulations it is difficult to do, it requires a strong commitment from both the government in issuing policies, as well as those who apply the rules them (business actors)

Abstract

Speaking is an important language skill to be developed continually. This language skill enables students to communicate in English appropriately. This study aims at analysing students’ speaking competence to attain explicit knowledge concerning students’ speaking ability. This study used an ex post facto research design. The data were collected by conducting a speaking assessment of the selected samples, and the data were descriptively analysed. This study found that students speaking competence were sufficient. Some students still needed help expressing their ideas using correct grammar and appropriate language functions. Therefore, the study implies that the students' speaking competence needs to be developed progressively in the classroom to attain a higher level of competency

Abstract

This study aims to find out hospitality department students’ need to learn English at Makassar Tourism Polytechnic and design the syllabus after the assessment. The study consists of 40 students as its population. The study used mixed methods, which were quantitative and qualitative, by giving questionnaires to students and semi-interviews to students and lecturers to support their answers. The result showed that the students need English materials that support their communicative competence. So the syllabus was designed by prioritizing speaking as the main course in order to be able to communicate with the guests from foreign countries. Not only that, but it also prepares students to get jobs in hospitality industries. The syllabus designed as the output of this study, which covers hospitality-related topics, grammar items, and a variety of learning activities that engage with students’ interest in the class.
