Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Company Growth, and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Company Value (study on manufacturing companies 2016-2020). The population in this study were manufacturing companies in 2016-2020 and the sample in this study was 46 companies. the sample with purposive sampling methode as many as 46 companies. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis test which was processed using SPSS. The results of the analysis show that Return On Assets (ROA) has an effect on firm value, company growth affects firm value, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no effect on firm value

Abstract

The number of unemployed is always increasing every year, especially in high school graduates. One way to overcome this is to become an entrepreneur. This study aims to determine the effect of digital literacy and the quality of entrepreneurship learning on students' entrepreneurial intentions. The research population is class XI students in the 2020/2021 academic year at SMAN 35 Jakarta and SMAN 7 Jakarta, totally 454 students. Sampling was carried out using the Slovin formula with a total sample of 212 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS 25.0 program. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between Digital Literacy and Entrepreneurship Learning Quality on Students' Entrepreneurial Intentions. The level of digital literacy is very high, while the level of quality of entrepreneurship learning is medium and the level of entrepreneurial intention is very high. It can be concluded that in the current digital era, the need for digital literacy skills is needed to support students' intentions in starting entrepreneurship as well

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine how much influence learning interest, effectiveness of learning media, and learning motivation have on learning achievement in class X economics at SMA Negeri 105 Jakarta during distance learning (PJJ) with learning motivation as an intervening variable. The method used is a quantitative method with a causal approach to causality. The population in this study were students of class X IPS SMA Negeri 105 Jakarta, amounting to 117 students. Determination of the sample using a saturated sample technique by making members of the population as a sample in the study. The data collection technique in this study used a survey method with a closed questionnaire via Google Form. The data used in this study are primary data for the independent variable (X) and secondary data for the dependent variable (Y). The results of this study indicate that the positive and significant relationship is directly and indirectly between the independent variable on the dependent variable

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital literacy, self-efficacy and income expectations on entrepreneurship interest on the students of faculty of economics 2017, State University of Jakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population reached in this study were all faculty of economics students 2017 at State University of Jakarta and the sample was 223 students. The sampling technique is proportional stratified random sampling. Data was collected using questionnaires or questionnaires distributed via google forms to 223 students of the faculty of economics, State University of Jakarta. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. This study reveals that: 1) digital literacy has a positive and significant effect of 20.5% on entrepreneurship interest, 2) self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect of 25.8% on entrepreneurship interest, 3) income expectations has a positive and significant effect on 45.6% on entrepreneurship interest, 4) digital literacy, self-efficacy and income expectations together have a positive and significant effect of 55.6% and the rest are influenced by other factors

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of member participation, total member, and equity on the bussines success in DKI Jakarta in 2016-2019. Research method in this study is panel data from 2016 to 2019 in thirteen cooperative with quantitative descriptive method. Data collected by each year from annual report . The results of this study indicate that partially the participation of member variabel , total member and equity have a significant effect on bussines success indicated by the probability value of more greater than the alpha value (0.05). Simultaneously all the research variables have a significant effect on bussines succes and have an effect that is shown through R2 of 95.02% indicating that variabel of participation of member. Tottal member and equity can explain the Y variable , the remaining 4.98% is explained by other variabels outside the research variable

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of free cash flow and leverage (debt equity ratio) on stock prices through dividend payout ratios at the Kompas 100 Index non-banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019. Free cash flow used free cash flow calculated. Leverage used debt to equity ratio (DER), Dividend policy used dividend payout ratio (DPR) based on profit for year 2019 and stock price used closing price in 2020. The data analysis technique used in this research is regression analysis, path analysis, and Sobel test, multiple correlation test, coefficient of determination test, t test, and f test. Data analysis used IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results: (1) free cash flow had a significant positive effect on dividend policy. (2) leverage has a significant negative effect on dividend policy. (3) free cash flow has a direct and not significant positive effect on stock prices. (4) leverage has a direct and insignificant negative effect on stock prices, (5) dividend policy has a significant positive effect on stock prices. (6) dividend policy is able to mediate free cash flow on stock prices positively and not significantly. (7) dividend policy is not able to mediate the effect of leverage on stock prices

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of independent variables (product attributes, location and promotion) on the dependent variable (consumer decisions) at PT. Cadika Builds Harmonious Cendana Residence Housing in Serang City. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach. Collecting data obtained by observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires and literature study. Data were analyzed by calculating multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination analysis and f-test (simultaneous/annova). The results showed that product, location and promotion attributes had a positive effect of 47.61% on consumer decisions, while the remaining 52.39% was influenced by other variables not discussed in this study, such as price, service quality and other independent variables. significant effect on the dependent variable because Fcount > Ftable (59.446 > 2, 72), then H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a significant influence between product, location and promotion attributes on consumer decisions

Abstract

In this study, it used Mix-Methods, which is a combination of quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative measurement of service quality using the Service Quality or SERVQUAL method, while the implications for corporate branding use qualitative. The results showed that customer satisfaction about service quality was still below 80% or 75.90%. The numbers that need to be improved again in the future for the sustainability of corporate branding in the customer perspective

Abstract

Online application design as a form of manual system changes to an application that is easily accessible by all parties. An information system is a particular way of providing the information needed by an organization to operate in a successful manner and for a business organization in a profitable way. To improve the ability of human resources to use increasingly sophisticated technology with the help of application-based e-ticketing so as to minimize missed procedures and incorrect procedures. This study is a Research and Development (R&D) research using five stages, namely analyze (analysis), design (design), development (development), implementation (application) and evaluation (evaluation) (ADDIE). The solution to solving the problem that can be done is to hold discussions or communication between the organizers of the Handoyo Bus and prospective users of the Handoyo Bus Web Apps either directly or through remote communication media, so that both parties can synchronize information and then can find out where the error is from the problem. Furthermore, socialization for Handoyo Bus employees for the use of Web Apps is carried out regularly so that prospective passengers can be directed to make ticket reservations through web apps, thereby reducing ticket sales queues and making it easier for the finance department to book cash inflows and cash outflows

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial interest of private university students in Serang City. The variables of this research are entrepreneurship education as an independent variable and interest in entrepreneurship as the dependent variable. Quantitative research uses a correlational approach. The population of this research is 25,094 private university students in Serang City with 4 private universities. The sample used the sampling method suggested by Hair, et al so that the sample size was 5 x 40 = 200 so that the total sample was 200 respondents. The findings of this study reveal that Hypothesis 1 obtained a path coefficient value of 0.334 with a t-statistic value of 3.177 > 1.96 so that entrepreneurship education has an effect on interest in entrepreneurship
