Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of board gender diversity, board independence, CEO duality, and CEO tenure on the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2016 to 2020. The independent variables in this study are board gender diversity, board independence, CEO duality, and CEO tenure, while the dependent variable is firm value, measured by the price to book ratio (PBV). The data used in this study consists of annual reports of manufacturing companies published by the IDX during the time period of 2016 to 2020. The number of samples used in this study were 94 companies with observations for 5 years so that 470 objects of observation were selected. The sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling, and the research analysis is conducted using panel data regression. The results of this study contrast with the theory of good corporate governance. The empirical result shows that Board Independence, and CEO Tenure had a significant and negative effect on firm value. While board gender diversity, and CEO duality do not influence the firm value

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of service quality, perceived fairness of price, and perceived cleanliness on customer loyalty of users of Asli Garut's hair service. Data collection in this study used an instrument in the form of an online questionnaire. Using a non-probability sampling method using a purposive sampling technique. The sample used in this study was 200 respondents with the criteria of respondents having visited the Asgar barbershop in the last three months and aged 17-55 years. The data analysis technique in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SPSS software version 26 and AMOS version 24. The results of this study indicate that service quality has no positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, the perception of price fairness has no positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, perceived cleanliness has no positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and there is a positive and significant influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of e-service quality and trust on customer loyalty of Halodoc application with customer satisfaction as a mediation variable. This type of research is explanatory research that explains the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. The data collection method used a survey method with the instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with a sample size of 200 respondents domiciled in Jakarta and more or equal to 18 years old who have used the Halodoc application service at least twice in the last six months. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM and assisted by SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The test results show that there are positive and significant effect on all hypotheses. Those hypotheses are: (1) e-service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, (2) trust variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, (3) e-service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (4) trust variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (5) customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, (6) e-service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction, and (7) trust variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to develop students' critical thinking skills through blended learning methods and self-regulated learning (SRL) strategies for students at the high school level in Economics. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a 2x2 factorial design. The population of this study were all students at SMA Negeri 52 Jakarta and SMA Negeri 83 Jakarta. The sample of this study was students of class XI IPS 3 and XI IPS 4 in each school, where class XI IPS 3 was used as the control class (conventional) and XI IPS 4 as the experimental class (treatment). The research instruments used were pre-test, post-test, and questionnaires. The results of the data analysis used are two-way ANOVA, yielding that there are differences in students' critical thinking skills between conventional classes and blended learning classes, there are differences in students' critical thinking abilities between low and high SRL levels, there are differences in critical thinking abilities between conventional classes and blended learning classes for high SRL students, there are differences in critical thinking skills between conventional classes and blended learning classes for low SRL students, there are differences in critical thinking abilities in conventional classes between high and low SRL students, and there are differences in critical thinking abilities in blended learning classes between SRL students high and low

Abstract

The aim of this research was to develop students' creative thinking skills through the E-Learning-Based Problem Based Learning model and the Adversity Quotient abilities of students at the high school level in Economics. The method used in this study is the experimental method with a 2x2 factorial design. The population of this study were all students at SMA Negeri 83 Jakarta Utara and SMA Negeri 52 Jakarta Utara. The sample of this study was students of class XI IPS 1 and XI IPS 2 at each school, where class XI IPS 1 was used as the control class and XI IPS 2 as the experimental class. The research instruments used were questionnaires and pre-test post-test questions. The results of data analysis using two-way ANOVA revealed that there were differences in students' creative thinking abilities between conventional classes and E-learning-based PBL classes, there were differences in students' creative thinking abilities between low and high AQ, there was interaction between learning models and AQ on creative thinking abilities, there was differences in creative thinking abilities between conventional classes and e-learning based PBL classes for high AQ students, there are differences in creative thinking abilities between conventional classes and e-learning based PBL classes for low AQ students, there are differences in creative thinking abilities in conventional classes between AQ students high and low and there are differences in the ability to think creatively in e-learning-based PBL classes between high and low AQ students

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job stress, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment (Y) on employee’s turnover intention. Using a non-probability sampling method using a purposive sampling technique. The sample used in this study was 111 respondents with the criteria of PT X permanent employees who work in the production, marketing and external divisions. The data analysis technique in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression with IBM SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and there is an influence between job stress, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on turnover intention

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of disclosure of company risk management on company value in companies listed on the Kompas100 Index from 2018 to 2021. Using purposive sampling, the samples obtained in this study were 292 observations. Data were collected through financial reports and annual reports, then panel data regression was performed with Eviews 12 econometric software. The results found from the research sample indicate that disclosure of company risk management has a significant positive effect on firm value

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion on sales volume. This research is causal research, where there is a relationship between promotion and sales volume of PT. Semen Tonasa in the East Kalimantan region. The population in this study are shops located in the East Kalimantan market area. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling, with a sample of 200 shop respondents. The type of data used in this research is primary data. The data collection method used was a survey by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Analysis of research data using simple regression analysis using the SPSS version 25.00 program. The results of the study show that promotion has a significant effect on sales volume

Abstract

The aim in writing this research was to determine the effect both partially and simultaneously between work life balance and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Tangerang Regency Environmental and Sanitation Service. The method used is descriptive analytic method with a quantitative approach with a sample of 53 respondents from 113 employees as a population. The results obtained partially for the work life balance variable are known to be -tcount < -ttable, namely (-2.084 < -2.008), so that it can be explained that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, as well as for the organizational commitment variable, it is known that the value is tcount > ttable, namely 11.703 > 2.008, so it can be explained that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The same thing also happens simultaneously to both variables, it is known that the value of Fcount > Ftable (79.502 > 3.18), and it can be explained that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the research conducted, the results obtained were that, partially or simultaneously, work life balance and organizational commitment had an effect on employee performance at the Tangerang District Environmental and Sanitation Service

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether the Allocation of Village Funds had a positive and significant effect on Community Welfare in the Lalong Village Community, Banggai Islands Regency. The research sample was the Lalong Village Community, Banggai Islands Regency using a purposive sampling technique with a total of 102 people. Methods of data collection using interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively using frequency tables and simple linear regression. The results of data processing carried out through the SPSS version 25.0 program. From the results of the t test, it was found that the Village Fund Allocation variable (X) has a partial influence on Village Community Welfare (Y) in Lalong Village, Banggai Islands Regency. From the results of the Coeficienc test or t test, it was obtained t-count of 69.038 and t-table of 1.663. With this comparison, it means that it can be seen that t-count = 69.038 > t-table = 1.663 which means a positive and significant effect on Community Welfare (Y) in Community of Lalong Village, Banggai Islands Regency
