From that dynamic then arises problems according to the conditions that envelop it. The problems will undoubtedly be tried to be solved by the community where the problem arises. Community service will not go well if it is not based on the spirit of research to help solve problems faced by the community. In this regard, the involvement of Bina Bangsa University through lecturers as researchers, facilitators and motivators. The position of society remains as the perpetrator and driver of change itself. Community Service is conducted for a month by applying health protocols through interviews and observations and literature studies with BMC (Business Model Canvas) or Canvas Business Model in solving problems. The more developed a province area, the more developed means of transportation in the city. Especially airplanes. This transportation is increasingly needed; various types of aircraft connect airports throughout the International. The purpose of the study was to determine the impact caused by the Noise of Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport activities on the community around the airport area, then compare the noise level in settlements and airports with the Ministry of Environment Decree No. 48 of 1996 of the noise level quality standard. By using a Sound Level Meter (SLM). The research was conducted for three days, the first day was conducted in the southern residential area, the second day was conducted in the northern residential area, and the third day the research was conducted in the airport area. The results showed that the northern housing 73.43 dBA and the southern housing 75.69 dBA exceeded the noise level quality standard set at 55 dBA. The highest exposure duration was at the northern runway location, and the eastern runway noise exposure was only allowed for 3 hours. The Time Weight Average (TWA) or average daily Noise on the runway is 89.1 dBA, exceeding the standard that has been set, which is 85dBA, Kepmenaker No.51/1999), the maximum that workers can receive in one day of 8 working hours can only receive 85 dBA. Based on the research analysis results, it was found that Noise has disturbed the comfort of residents. It is better if the airport's location must have land use moved to a new location far from residents' settlements.

Program community service aims to initiate the creative economy of the community in the Village Sayar Taktakan District Serang city, especially for pkk cadres as the driver of the family economy. The program was held by a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bina Bangsa University. This form of program is to provide ecoprint training for pkk cadres of Sayar Village. The training started from the provision of materials about ecoprint, tips - tips to become an entrepreneur, recording financial statements in the family and business environment and a good way of speaking in establishing communication in business relations by a team of Lecturers bina bangsa university and Banten Shipping Polytechnic. then continued with the process of making ecoprint with several stages. The first stage is the mordanting process, the second stage is leaf treatment, the third stage is the process of leaf motif / leaf printing, the fourth stage is the steaming stage, the fifth stage is the color locking stage and the sixth stage is the final stage until the ecoprint results are ready for sale. The ecoprint training is to improve the skills of productive age PKK members in Sayar village berbasis creative economy. A safe and healthy workplace is what every worker in the company would want. Therefore, it is vital that we lecturers from Bina Bangsa University feel called to hold counselling and training on K3 to prospective workers in Serang City. Counselling and training aim to reduce accidents due to work to improve the efficiency and productivity of work. Companies in Indonesia, in general include common concern about K3 compared to other countries. Indonesia will be difficult to deal with the global market with these conditions because it will experience inefficiencies in labor utilization due to low work productivity. The problems outlined earlier are attempted to be approached using pictures and props. The counseling and training on K3 are expected to reduce the risk of accidents and health problems for prospective workers and the surrounding community.
