Abstract

Wetland farmers in Maos District, Cilacap Regency were originally all farmers of paddy fields, but the increasing economic need, the farmers began to shift to fish farmes (pond) because the income is hgher. However, this resulted in conflicts over the utilization of water resources for paddy fields and ponds. The research method is deskriptive, databased on interview result both to farmer of paddy field, pond farmer, water user officer and related service in Maos District, Cilacap Regency. The result showed that conflict of utilization of water resources of irrigation in Maos District between wetland farmer and fish farmer (pond) have an effect on paddy farmer production result. Rice production is not optimal because water that should be used for irrigation is reduced to the pond. Maintained capacity of the irrigation network can ensure the water requirements of farmers. The Goverment as a main authorities in management of primary irrigation network, needs to improve its capabilities especially in allocating operational and maintenance funds. To increase paddy production and the welfare of society, policies need to be done first is to increase the irrigation capacity. Keywords : conflict, paddy field, fish pond

Abstract

Social media is where the communication tool is by the user in the social process. At the same time, digital transformation uses technology to transform analog processes into digital. We have digitalization in all areas of our lives, from smartwatches to artificial intelligence-enabled household assistants. Abstract

March 2020 was the beginning of the pandemic period in Indonesia, this had an impact on many business sectors, one of which was micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This pandemic period has forced the government to limit direct interaction activities. So it takes a media transaction in order to reduce public activity in direct transactions. The design method uses the Agile SDLC which is suitable for rapid adaptation in building short-term systems. To ensure the system runs as desired, Black Box Testing and White Box Testing are carried out. The presence of an API (Application Programing Interface) with the calculation of the radius of the Haversine Formula method can detect the distance of the nearest MSME up to a radius of 1 Km. Based on research conducted using 20 samples that were tested, it resulted in an average distance difference of 0.004 from the distance of Maps. So that customers can easily find MSMEs around them and make transactions or orders online.

Abstract

Spiral potato peeler and cutter is a machine used to assist the production process of a home-based bussiness in potato processing, starting from the peeling process to the cutting process carried out in one machine frame. The design and construction of the cutting system on spiral potato peeler and cutter machine with a capacity of 15 kg/hour has several objectives, namely being able to make detailed analisis of a spiral potato cutting machine, being able to calculate parts of the machine elements used in parts of the cutting system and being able to did spiral potato machine testing. The methode used in the preparation of this project report is through the VDI 2222 approach which begins with the plan, conceptual, design and completions stages.The results of the calculation of the cutting system elements on the spiral potato peeler and cutter machine include the large diameter of the shaft used is 12,7 mm, the use of 84 watt motor power and the capacity of the cutting system on the spiral potato cutting machine is 15,25 kg/hour.

Abstract

Vitamin C is one of the micronutrients needed in the body. The need for vitamin C can be met by consuming fruits and vegetables. Vitamins are easily damaged due to heating time. There are several methods developed to determine the content of vitamin C in food and one of them is the iodometry method. The iodometric method is considered simpler and easier to do in testing the content of vitamin C in food and beverages. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of iodine indicators in measuring the content of vitamin C in several types of packaged fruit juice drinks and original fruit juices that had been treated with different heating. From the results of testing and literature studies regarding the effect of heating time on vitamin C content in fruit juices, it shows the suitability of a decrease in vitamin C content. This shows that a simple iodometric method is quite effective in showing the results of measuring vitamin C content in samples.

Abstract

Utilization of biogas sludge waste from cow dung into briquettes is an alternative to reduce the use of fossil fuels. In the manufacture of briquettes made from biogas sludge, molasses is used as an adhesive which is a by-product of a sugar factory. In this study, variable compression briquettes with variations of 10, 15, 20, and 25 mm were used and further testing was carried out on the moisture content, ash content, and calorific value of the briquettes. The effect of briquette compression on the water content of the best briquettes according to the SNI standard (less than 8%) is at 10 mm compression variation with a moisture content value of 6.03%. Meanwhile, the effect of pressing briquettes on the ash content and calorific value is still above the SNI standard and requires further study.

Abstract

LPG gas leaks cause serious problems in its use, it is very vulnerable to leaks that cause LPG gas cylinders to explode and catch fire, therefore an automatic gas leak detection and monitoring system was developed. If a gas leak occurs, the sensor will immediately recognise the incident and send a notification in the form of an alarm sound and a warning notification sent to the Smartphone. This detection system is made to determine gas leaks in gas cylinder regulators using the Relatime Database method on the RTOS (Real Time Operating System) system with Fog-Cloud Computing services.

Abstract

Buah jambu irung petruk (Syzygium samarangense) termasuk bahan pangan hasil pertanian yang bersifat mudah rusak karena memiliki kandungan air yang tinggi. Salah satu cara untuk mengawetkan buah jambu irung petruk adalah dengan dibuat menjadi fruit leather. Fruit leather adalah salah satu produk olahan yang berupa irisan tipis buah atau berbentuk adonan buah yang mengalami proses pengeringan. Fruit leather jambu irung petruk ini memiliki rasa yang khas dan tekstur yang kenyal. Tekstur yang kenyal pada fruit leather jambu irung petruk diperoleh dari penambahan carboxy methyl cellulose (CMC). Taraf penambahan carboxy methyl cellulose (CMC) pada penelitian ini adalah 0,5%, 1%, 1,5% dan 2%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sifat fisik dan kimia fruit leather jambu irung petruk dengan pengujian rendemen, pH, tensil strength, kadar air. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan perhitungan rata-rata dari masing-masing parameter pengujian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata rendemen tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan penambahan carboxy methyl cellulose (CMC) sebanyak 2% yaitu 29.07%, nilai rata-rata pH tertinggi pada perlakuan taraf 2% sebesar 3,6, nilai rata-rata tensile strength tertinggi sebesar 0,267 MPa pada taraf 2% dan nilai rata-rata kadar air tertinggi sebesar 17,3% pada perlakuan 1,5%.

Abstract

In the current digital era, security and network are very important in a system to support all activities in the world of work, especially for offices. In this case the windows system at PT. Shiva Shakti Steel is currently still slow, supporting application performance feels slow, and network security is still vulnerable. PT. Shiva Shakti Steel is a company that uses technology and information, using the internet network on a windows system, which is expected to help management to process and present data and information effectively, quickly, and accurately. The purpose of his research is expected to accelerate the performance of the windows system, supporting applications and network security. In this study, the data analysis technique that the researcher uses is the hardening system method. Hardening system refers to providing various means of protection in a computer system. Protection is provided in multiple layers, and is often referred to as deep defense. Protecting in layers means protecting at host level, application level, operating system level. According to John D. Howard in his book "An Analysis of security incidents on the internet" states that: "Computer security is a preventive measure from attacks by computer users or irresponsible network accessors". Meanwhile, according to Gollmann in 1999 in his book "Computer Security" states that: "Computer security is related to selfprevention and detection of unrecognized intruders in computer systems". From the results of the analysis of vulnerability testing carried out, namely testing system and network security on windows systems using the hardening method at PT. Shiva Shakti Steel, it can be concluded that the hardening system method was chosen because this is the initial foundation for the system, so that it can solve some of the problems that exist in the system.

Abstract

Tenaga Pendidik adalah sumber yang sangat penting bagi setiap sekolah dalam melangsungkan pendidikan anak bangsa, guru juga mempunyai tantangan sendiri bagi pihak pengelola lembaga pendidikan untuk dapat memberikan suatu keputusan yang terbaik, serta berkualiatas, guna membantu meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dimasa yang akan datang. Namun SMPIT Rahmatutthoyyibah Al-Iflahah Kab. Tangerang, Pemilihan guru terbaiknya masih bersifat subjektif, sehingga dibutuhkan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan pemilihan guru yang terbaik yang ada di SMPIT Rahmatutthoyyibah Al-Iflahah Kab. Tangerang, dan untuk menentukan guru terbaik penulis menggunakan Metode Metode Technique for Order by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), dan Weighted Product (WP). Pemilihan Guru terbaik dinilai dari 18 responden yakni Kepala Sekolah, 6 Staf Tenaga Pendidik , 10 murid kelas 9 dan 1 perwakilan dari wali murid. Kriteria dalam pemilihan guru terbaik adalah menguasai belajar mengajar, penilaian dan evaluasi, mengenal karakteristik peserta didik, pengembangan kurikulum, etos kerja dan tanggung jawab, kedisiplinan, hubungan guru dengan teman sejawat, bersikap inklusif, objektif, serta tidak diskriminatif, hubungan guru dengan wali murid / komite sekolah, dan yang terakhir yaitu kerja sama tim. Hasil dari implementasi dari ketiga metode ini pada semua kriteria dan sub kriteria dari 5 orang guru yang dinilai, sehingga Ibu Yulia, S.Pd. yang mendapatkan peringkat terbaik dengan nilai 0,707 (Metode TOPSIS), 0,705 (Metode SAW), dan 0, 231 (Metode WP). Dan untuk hasil proses perbandingan antara metode TOPSIS, SAW, dan WP bahwa WP adalah metode yang paling sesuai dengan prosentase 99,998% daripada metode TOPSIS dan SAW.
