The unemployment rate in the August 2019 period in Banten Province was the highest in Indonesia. The ability of Banten Province in preparing employment opportunities is at the lowest level compared to other provinces with the fact that the unemployment rate is 8.11%. This research offers a breakthrough in the form of resource sharing innovation between manufacturing companies and training institutions in the form of models. The research location was conducted in the three largest industrial areas in Banten Province; Serang Regency, Cilegon City and Tangerang Regency. These areas have the highest number of unemployed among other areas in Banten. The data collection method used purposive sampling technique. Where the sample is selected from the apprenticeship population. The questionnaire in this study was distributed to all employees who took 3 in 1 program who had graduated and worked. There were 250 questionnaires distributed to all employees, and 217 employees filled out the questionnaire and it was managed appropriately. Data and hypothesis testing were carried out through the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using the IBM AMOS version 22 application program. The results of this study found that the Skill Development Fund has a significant positive effect on Workforce Competence, the Skill Development Fund has a significant positive effect on the Skill Development Center, the Workforce Competence has a significant positive effect on the Skill Development Center, Workforce Competence has a significant positive effect on Resource Sharing Innovation, Resource Sharing Innovation Has a significant positive effect on Skill Development Center, Skill development center has a significant positive effect on Human Resource Industries Competitiveness, Resource Sharing Innovation has a significant positive effect on Human Resource Industries Competitiveness.

The problem of the research that needs to be solved is the performance deficiency of the UPT PPN Karangantu in maintaining the potential loss of the maximum sustainability yield (MSY) in the marine area of Banten Province. The objectives of the study are: (1) to examine the effect of work motivation on psychological contracts at the UPT. Karangantu PPN; (2) to examine the effect of work discipline on psychological contracts; (3) to test the effect of work motivation on performance; (4) to test the effect of work discipline on performance; (5) to test the influence of psychological contracts on performance and (6) to test the effect of work motivation on work discipline in the UPT. Karangantu PPN.The framework of thought in this study included the independent variables namely Motivation (X1), Work Discipline (X2) and intervening variables namely Psychological Contracts (X3), while the dependent variables are Performance (Y). Considering the population was smaller than 100 respondents, it was determined to use saturated sampling techniques, which is the sampling by making all members of the population into samples or often called population research or census (Ferdinand, 2014). Therefore the sample in this study was 70 respondents. Based on descriptive data process, it showed that the PP Karangantu employees are mostly the male as many as 63 people or 90.0% and female respondents as many as 7 people or 10.0%. Based on the processing data of the Karangantu VAT staff, some of the largest respondents were aged between 26-40 years as many as 48 people or 68.6% and respondents aged 41-58 years were 22 people or 31.4%.The results first showed that the work motivation had a positive and significant effect on psychological contracts. Second, the work discipline does not have a positive and significant effect on psychological contracts. Third, psychological contracts are able to act as intervening variables which are positive and significant in the relationship between work motivation and performance. Fourth, psychological contracts are able to act as intervening variables which are positive, but not significant in the relationship between work discipline and employee performance. Fifth, Psychological Contracts have a positive and significant effect on performance and the six work disciplines have a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of employees UPT Karangantu PPN.

Desa Teluk Kecamatan Labuan pasca terjadinya bencana tsunami tersebut mengakibatkan perekonomian warga desa teluk menjadi terpuruk, dimana kapal kapal yang menjadi transportasi nelayan untuk melaut sebagian besar hancur bahkan sebagian ada yang tenggelam. Belum selesai keterpurukan akibat tsunami, diperparah oleh pandemic covid-19 sejak Maret 2020, dan sampai akhir Desember 2020 belum nampak pemulihan aktivitas ekonomi bagi para nelayan dalam menopang kehidupan sehari-hari. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah suatu kegiatan penerapan hasil riset atau kajian yang kemudian diterapkan untuk mengatasi problematik dimasyarakat terkait dengan upaya pemulihan ekonomi keluarga pasca tsunami dan masa kenormalan baru pandemic covid-19. Desa Teluk ini memeiliki aktivitas usaha yang terkait dengan penangkapan ikan, pelelangan, pengawetan ikan dan distribusi ikan. Potensi bagus untuk dijadikan pengembangan wirausaha, terutama pengolahan ikan asin menjadi unggulan di desa ini. Hal ini menjadi peluang besar untuk membuka wirausaha berbasis home industri yang jika difasilitasi oleh desa melalui BUMDes, sangat mungkin menjadikan desa ini mempunyai ikon tersendiri.Namun demikian kemasan, cara pengolahna yang baik, market place dan peningkatan kapasitas individu dan kelembagaan BUMDes perlu pendampingan yang berkesinambungan dan diversifikasi sumber ekonomi masyarakat

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan empat pilar kebangsaan yang meliputi Pancasila, undang-undang Dasar 1945, NKRI, dan Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. Metode yang digunakan yaitu ceramah, tanya jawab, dan webinar. Pengabian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2020 bertempat di Kantor DPD Partan Nasdem Pakupatan Serang Banten. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa, terdapat peningkatan pemahaman empat pilar kebangsaan yang berarti antara sebelum dan sesudah sosialisasi. Peningkatan yang terjadi sebesar 35% dari rata-rata nilai 42% menjadi rata-rata 77%. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini, dapat dilakukan tindak lanjut, sehingga empat pilar kebangsaan tersebut dapat terlaksana dengan baik

This study aimed to learn more about making and analyzing the economics of cowhide crackers made at the small business center "RSD" in Unyur Village, Serang City. In the small business center of cowhide crackers, "RSD," case study techniques are applied. All methods and stages of making cowhide crackers are observed to determine the production process. Soaking raw materials, tapping, burning fur, boiling, draining, scraping hair, cutting, drying I, seasoning, drying II, frying I, frying II, and packing are all phases in the production of cowhide crackers. For the sales and marketing process, economic analysis is carried out by determining all costs incurred during the manufacture of cowhide crackers. According to details of the labor and production system of the "RSD" leather cracker business, ten personnel are employed in this industry. The processing time was 480 minutes (8 hours), the production goal was 1,200 packs, and the overall overall overall result was 1,000 packs

Objectives: The current study tries to explore the novelty of the resource sharing innovation variable as a mediating variable to solve several contradictions regarding the correlation between vocational school graduates and industrial human competitiveness. Such exploration also aims to offer a new viewpoint regarding two variables namely the skill development center and training revolving fund.Methodology: The current study applied Research and Development (R&D) method which involved apprentice learners as the samples, who were selected from certain companies which were inviting apprentice learners who graduated from vocational schools. Further data processing was performed through the software of IBM AMOS 2.2.Finding: The study results were further analyzed in the form of triangulation for finding confirmation from certain officers who managed apprenticeship programs at the seven companies involved. The readiness toward Resource Sharing Innovation (RSI) was found to have a significant effect on the Industrial People Competitiveness.Conclusion: The study conclusion made based on study findings indicated evidence that the novelty of Resource Sharing Innovation (RSI) was able to support the industrial human competitiveness.

The processing and utilization program of banana in the village of Bulakan is motivated by the efforts to restore the family's economy after the Sunda Strait tsunami disaster. One of the great potentials that has not been well utilized for economic purposes in the village of Bulakan is banana. The solution offered is the processing and utilization of bananas to be processed products. The purpose of this program is to provide both knowledge and skills to the people of Bulakan Village in processing bananas into crunchy chocolate bananas so that the management of processed banana products becomes a good and sustainable management system as well as improving the economy. The method used to overcome these problems through the problem identification, socialization, training in the cultivation of bananas, marketing, reflection and evaluation. The program was carried out in July 2019 in Bulakan Village, Cinangka District, Serang Regency, Banten. An important change in society is changing the community paradigm from selling bananas directly to processing bananas into crunchy chocolate banana products.

Covid-19 has various impacts is the economic sector, especially the banking sector. Banks are constrained to get the level of profit. Profitability can be reflected in how effective the bank's management is in managing the funds entrusted to it to generate profits. The objectives of this study to determine the effect of BOPO, NOM, and CAR on the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks during the Covid-19 pandemic. The population in this study were all Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia with a total of 13 banks. Use secondary data, namely financial reports that had been published. The amount of data analyzed is 26 months. Technical data analysis used Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed that; 1) The coefficient value of the effect of BOPO on Profitability was 0.956, which means there was a positive influence and the T-Statistics value was 3.166. 2) The coefficient value of the effect of BOPO on CAR was 0.511, which means there was a positive influence and the T-Statistics value was 6.666. 3) The coefficient value of the effect of BOPO on NOM is 0.652 which means there is a positive influence and the value of T-Statistics is 12,414. 4) The coefficient value of the influence of NOM on Profitability is 0.652 which means there is a positive influence and the value of T-Statistics is 8.698. 5) The coefficient value of the effect of CAR on Profitability is 0.956, which means there is a positive influence and the T-Statistics value is 2.387.

The COVID-19 pandemic caused a decrease in sales turnover for the cosmetic industry, causing salesforce performance to be unsatisfactory. The study developed a model to improve the performance of the cosmetics industry in Banten Province of Indonesia. This quantitative study employed SmartPLS 3.3.2 version to analyze the data obtained from 120 respondents through observations and questionnaire. The results of the empirical model with SEM-PLS revealed that competence has a significant positive effect on financial compensation, competence has a significant positive effect on salesforce job satisfaction, salesforce job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on salesforce performance, financial compensation has no effect on salesforce performance, and salesforce performance has no effect on financial compensation. It is recommended that the cosmetic industry recalculate the amount of compensation appropriately according to measurable performance to yield an impact on salesforce performance. This study highlights the importance of competence-based compensation for fostering self-improvement of employee.
