<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze consumer attitudes and behavior, level of product importance and performance, satisfaction, and consumer loyalty to RANTAU ground coffee in Argamakmur District, North Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province. The place where the research was carried out was in the RANTAU ground coffee business in ArgaMakmur District, North Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province. In this study the data consists of secondary data and primary data. Primary data is taken by direct observation of the production process, interviews with customers of Rantau ground coffee, based on a list of questions or questionnaires that have been prepared. The secondary data in this study consisted of an overview of the RANTAU ground coffee business obtained directly from the RANTAU ground coffee business actor, books related to consumer behavior, satisfaction, and loyalty, previous research journals that have been published, both online and online. not online related to research. The research sample, namely consumers of RANTAU ground coffee, was taken by accidental sampling. The data analysis method used quantitative analysis method, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method, the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method, and to analyze the level of consumer loyalty using the Loyalty Pyramid. The results of the study are consumer attitudes and behavior in making decisions to consume RANTAU ground coffee for reasons of good taste with an average frequency of consuming the product 3 times a day, the number of last purchases an average of 0.25 kilos. Consumers are satisfied with the product and intend to return to consume the product. If the product is not available at the location of purchase, consumers will go elsewhere to buy RANTAU ground coffee products. The measurement of product attribute performance with IPA from RANTAU coffee powder products, must be improved or improved, the attribute performance is the expiration date that has not been listed on the product. On average, consumers are satisfied with the RANTAU ground coffee business. Consumer satisfaction of RANTAU ground coffee is 66% which shows that consumers are satisfied overall. RANTAU ground coffee consumers are already in the loyal category because the value of consumers who are disloyal / like to switch coffee brands or switcher buyers (34%) is smaller than the value of consumers who are loyal to buying Rantau ground coffee or Committed buyers (66%).]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine changes in the structure and leading sectors in the City of Kendari. This research is a quantitative research using secondary data from BPS in the form of GRDP of Kendari city based on the business field in 2010-2020. The results showed that the economic structure of the city of Kendari is dominated by the retail wholesale trade sector and the construction sector. Where in 2010 the trade sector gave the largest contribution to GRDP, but in 2020 the construction sector dominates the contribution to GRDP. The results of other studies show that the leading sector in the city of Kendari is the corporate services sector from 2010-2020. The implication of the results of this study is that the city of Kendari as a service city needs to make changes to urban planning related to trade. And as a city that has advantages in the service sector, it is necessary to issue policies that support service improvement in order to increase the value of the contribution of the service sector in the city of Kendari considering that the city of Kendari is not superior in terms of agriculture.]]>

In addition to communication tools, social media can also act as an information center that allows users to find out all the information that is currently happening. On the other hand, social media can also be something that is very scary for us, especially for students. Some students misuse social media not for learning purposes but for unproductive things. During the current Covid-19 pandemic, the Indonesian government has adopted a policy of online learning or online learning. Online can also be interpreted as a situation where computers or laptops can exchange information, because they are connected to the internet network, this then makes all students must have a cellphone or laptop. When students use cellphones and computers, they also access social media. The role of social media for students in achieving success or supporting learning achievement is very large. The role of teachers and parents is expected to be able to help students in limiting themselves to excessive use of social media. <![CDATA[The studi aims to determine whether promotions and prices have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Wahana Chemindo Jaya Medan. Where the consumers from PT. Wahana Chemindo Jaya Medan. The population in this study were all customers of PT. Wahana Chemindo Jaya Medan. The sample taken was 65 respondent using a non probability sampling technique. The data analysis method used is quantitative metdhod and data analysis method consisting of normality test, and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linaer regression terst, hypothesis testing consisting of t test and f test and coefficient od determination test (R2). Working on data analysis methods using the help os SPSS 25 For windows.This study concludes that the promotion and price variabel have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decions at PT. Wahana Chemindo Jaya Medan. This result can be seen based on the coefficient of determination test which produces an R square value of 0,787. This shows that promotions and prices are able to influence the purchasing decisions of customers of PT. Wahana Chemindo Jay Medan by 78,7%.]]>

<![CDATA[Online learning is learning that takes place in a network where teachers and those being taught do not meet face-to-face. One of the schools that conduct online learning is SMP Negeri 1 Telukdalam. Like other schools, they carry out teaching and learning activities with online learning. Based on the results of an initial survey conducted by researchers in SMP Negeri 1 Telukdalam there are some students who state that there are many obstacles when online learning takes place. In this study, the aim is to find out how the influence of online learning on students interest in class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Telukdalam. The type of research used is quantitative with aplication assistance tools SPSS Vers. 16. Based on the results of the study showed that the relationship between the variable X with the variable Y of 0,857 indicates the rxy correlations that occurs between the independent variable and the dependet variable is in a “Very Strong” relationship. (0,80-1,000). Obtained a coefficient of determination () of 0,735 so that it can be shown that the diversity of the depedent variable (interest in learning) can be influenced by the independent variable (online learning). The value of tcount (13,308) > ttable (1.668) and a significant level of 0,000 < 0.05, then the decision is Ha accepted and H0 is rejected with the meaning that the online learning variable has a positive and significant effect on the variable interest in student learning in class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Telukdalam.]]>

The use ofadvertisements is celebrity endorser considered effective to increase product sales, this is because the development of very fast information flow is supported by the existence of technology that makes consumers able to absorb information and knowledge about a product quickly. Likewise with pricing strategies that can affect consumer buying interest. This study aims to determine the effect of price on interest in buying shampoo clear to the students of the Sari Mutiara Indonesia University, celebrity endorser on interest in buying shampoo clear to the students of the Sari Mutiara Indonesia University and celebrity endorser on interest in buying shampoo clear to the students of the Sari Mutiara Indonesia University. This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method by distributing questionnaires to 100 student respondents at the Sari Mutiara Indonesia University which were analyzed by multiple linear regression, the sampling technique was using Non-Probability Sampling.The results of this study indicate that the price variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on the buying interest variable (Y) while thevariable celebrity endorser (X2) has a significant positive effect on the buying interest variable (Y). It can be concluded that the influence of each variable simultaneously can be seen that Fhitung(117.184) >Ftable (3.09) or sig. of 0.000 < 0.05. The data were statistically processed using SPSS 25 program tools.]]>

<![CDATA[The main components for making nanoemulsions are oil, surfactants, and cosurfactants. Before formulating nanoemulsions, screening the surfactants and cosurfactants is necessary to produce an optimum formula. Thus, it carries out surfactants screening, namely (tween 20, tween 60, tween 80) and cosurfactants (propyleneglycol, PEG 400, glycerin). This study aimed to screen suitable selection and cosurfactants as the basis for making nanoemulsions. Then, the research method was carried out in two ways: surfactant screening and cosurfactant screening. The final results were analyzed using a pseudoternary phase diagram. The surfactant screening results were tween 20 (40mL), tween 60 (40mL), tween 80 (60mL); thereby, the best surfactant candidate was tween 80. The results of the surfactant screening on the pseudoternary phase diagram are the most optimal, namely tween 80 with propylene glycol because it has a large nanoemulsion formation area. The study proposed the ratio of oil: smix (tween 80 and propyleneglycol) (1:9) as the optimum formula used to make a nanoemulsion base.]]>

<![CDATA[Universities facing the era of globalization and competitive competition, especially in the field of education, require capabilities in the form of hard skills and soft skills. Soft skills in the world of education, especially higher education, can be obtained from participation in activities that train non-academic capabilities such as Student Activity Units or what is interpreted as UKM. The I Gusti Bagus Sugriwa State Hindu University campus in Denpasar has 26 Student Activity Units (UKM), one of which is the Dharmagita Jawa UKM. In the Javanese Dharmagita Training, the supervisors or administrators of the student activity units have a pattern or method for developing the Javanese Dharmagita through a series of activities that not only focus on Dharmagita training but also carry out activities that foster the strengthening of behavioral education in students. Based on Lickona's opinion, it is explained that behavior consists of three correlated components, namely moral knowing, moral feeling, and moral behavior. The Moral Knowing that students get during the Training stage and the activities carried out include: 1). Member training, 2) Javanese ballad training, 3). Javanese dance training, 4). Provision of Dharmawacama and Dharmatula, 5). Ambal Warsa, 6). Devotion, 7). Annual deliberation, along with 8). Evaluation/assessment. There are obstacles and efforts made during the training, whether from trainers or students. The implications obtained from the Dharmagita Java UKM training are the implications for moral feelings along with the implications for moral behavior. Moral Feeling is an emotional aspect that can be felt and applied directly by students through behavioral norms, namely: Religious, nationalist, independent, mutual cooperation, integrity. In moral behavior in this research, students can implement behavioral norms in their daily routines in the form of behavior, movements or actions. Therefore, the Dharmagita Java UKM training pattern in the strengthening stage of behavioral education is crucial to be implemented so that students have soft skills that will be useful later both for the students themselves and also the community when they finish college.]]>

<![CDATA[Gamelan pelegongan is a musical instrument that originates from Bali. If you look at the instrumental form of the song types which show characteristics of authenticity, then you can be sure that the gamelan pelegongan is not included in the group of ancient gamelans (old gamelan) in Bali. The pelegongan gamelan only came into existence after the existence of the semar pegulingan gamelan which had a seven-tone pelog tune. Gambelan pelegongan is one of the Balinese gamelan barungans which was usually used to accompany the palace legong dance during the kingdoms. This barungan unit consists of a number of tools which have their own names and functions for the complete unity of the barungan. In the Ajigurnita lontar, gamelan pelegongan is said to be in the same family or similar to gamelan bebarongan, gamelan joged pingitan, and gamelan semar pegulingan which does not have selendro notes like semar pegulingan. In accordance with the specific form of each gamelan barungan in Bali, the songs from each type of gamelan also have different compositions and are typical forms of each type of gamelan. The sacred Pelegongan gamelan in the warrior temple is very ancient, because the gamelan existed in 1932, and what makes the proof of the gamelan is the year located on the gamelan plaque, specifically on the Gong instrument. This gamelan can be worn or used when performing Odalan at the warrior temple, because the pelegongan gamelan that is there is only specific to that temple and accompanies the legong or sesuhunan legong dance found at the warrior temple in the pagan kelod village. This research aims to enable young artists to know about the existence of the pelegongan gamelan found in the warrior temple. As we know, this sacred gamelan can only be performed during the Legong dance at the temple. And for several years this gamelan has also been used for cultural performances, so that the pelegongan gamelan is not damaged, what makes it sacred is that it has its own characteristics and also has a style or style of pelegongan gending and legong dance.]]>
