This study describes the problems of new student admissions (PPDB) at SMP Negeri 1 Sangatta Utara during the covid-19 pandemic. This is a system designed to make selections starting from registration, the selection process to the selection announcement process. The PPDB system is expected to be able to meet public expectations regarding the implementation of objective and transparent new student admissions. This study was conducted to describe the management of new student admissions at SMP Negeri 1 Sangatta Utara, including planning, procedures, implementation, control, factors supporting success and inhibiting factors. The methods used in this study are (1) a qualitative descriptive approach, (2) the location of the study was carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Sangatta Utara, (3) data was obtained from vice principals, and teachers (4) Data was collected by in-depth interviews, and observation, documentation (5) The data were analyzed descriptively with interactive analysis, namely data condensation, data presentation, and drawing and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the problems of PPDB at SMP Negeri 1 Sangatta Utara, among others 1) are not yet ready for prospective students who use the online/online system. Considering that the previous academic year was held manually, when in conditions of the implementation of restrictions on community activities due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it felt awkward, surprised and seemed unprepared. 2) differences in school status, when accepting new students from schools under the auspices of the ministry of religion, for example from madrasah Ibtidaiyah, it is difficult because of differences in parent numbers, whereas from public schools using NISN. And number 3) is the lack of maximum socialization techniques applied.

The purpose of this research to reveal and find out how the etiquette of prayer for Hindus is, The background of the problem in this article is that there are still many Hindus who still have wrong ethics when praying. This article raises the title of Hindu prayer etiquette (a contemplation). This research is a qualitative research, qualitative research is also called naturalistic research because the research is carried out in natural conditions. The data collection method used is the study of literature, the study of literature is to examine the literature related to this research. Furthermore, the data is processed and presented so as to know how the etiquette of prayer for Hindus is and in this study is a key instrument. The findings in this study are (1) Hindus face the temple of dressing politely and in accordance with applicable rules/norms, (2) the challenges of Hindus when performing sitting prayers according to the standard silasana for men and wajrasana for women, (3) Hindus in positioning their hands when interacting/worshiping must be in accordance with the rules and standards, (4) Hindus should when nunas tirta and bija must comply with literary instructions and when people already know good and perfect attitudes/morals in doing so. worship of course Hindus have to do as what is already known. The purpose of obeying ethics/morals in prayer is nothing but asking for his grace to always be healthy and always in His protection. Thus, he will improve his quality, from the quality of asuri sampad or bad behavior to daiwi sampad or good quality.

This research has the aim of knowing as well as explaining the use of Google Workspace For Education for teachers in learning in the current Industry 4.0 era which affects the development of information and communication technology which is so significant in the Education section related to the implementation of teaching and learning. Teachers in today's digital age are required to increase their insight and professionalism in the field of information and communication technology-based in the learning process. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method and a research sample of 10 teachers at SD Negeri 1 Delod Peken Tabanan from various levels of education. The equipment needed for this research such as stationery, laptop, and also the Google Meet application in conducting interviews for search facilities. This research is expected to be able to provide insight into the needs of the current education era in terms of easy access to information and communication technology to assist teachers in improving the quality of education, one of which is Google Workspace For Education which provides various features that teachers can use in the learning process, namely Gmail. Meet, Classroom, Drive, Docs, Slides, Forms and Sheets.

Education directs a person to make a better life. Through education can change a person into a character who has noble character, has sympathy and empathy for all creatures. The recent reality is that education only directs the achievement of intellectual intelligence but forgets emotional, spiritual and skill intelligence. It is necessary to re-develop holistic education by implementing learning models or methods in the educational process. The objectives to be achieved in the preparation of this research are to know about holistic education and the implementation of the Dasa Dharma learning method in holistic education. The method used is descriptive qualitative research. The results of this study can provide an overview of holistic education. Holistic education is education as a whole which includes intellectual, emotional, physical, social, aesthetic and spiritual potential. Various kinds of learning methods that can be used in holistic education. One of them is the dasa dharma method as the implementation of holistic education. The dasa dharma method includes dharma carita, dharma lila, dharma gita, dharma kriya, dharma shanti, dharma wacana, dharma yatra, dharma tula, dharma sadhana, and dharma brata.

Population administration services will play a strategic role in providing protection as well as recognition of the personal status of residents before the law, whether in the form of a person's status, name, address and so on. On this basis, it is necessary to apply the principles of good service law in population administration services so that people get protection for their rights. This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of the legal principles of good public service and legal protection of the right to population administration services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Karangasem Regency. The type of research used in compiling this research is empirical legal research. This research is descriptive-qualitative in nature. The type of data used is in addition to using primary data also using secondary data. Primary data collection techniques through field research, while secondary data obtained through library research. The results of the study show that: first, that the Karangasem Regency Population and Civil Registration Office has not fully complied with the legal principles of good public service, particularly the principles of openness, participation and accountability. This can be seen from the lack of application of adequate service standards, the low level of knowledge of public service staff which has implications for the accuracy and discipline of service staff, the unavailability of supporting facilities and infrastructure and the low level of public understanding of the importance of population documents. Second, Legal protection of community rights in the field of population administration services at the Karangasem Regency Population and Civil Registration Service as mandated in the provisions of Article 2 of Law Number 24 of 2013 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2006 concerning Population Administration has not been fully implemented as should be in accordance with the corridor that has been determined. The community's rights that are not implemented properly are actually obliged to get legal protection, in fact this has not received a good response and a settlement pattern that benefits the community.

This study aims to improve learning activities and learning outcomes in the subject of Hinduism and Virtue Education for Class XI IPS 3 students of SMA Negeri 1 Gianyar Odd Semester 2022/2023 Academic Year, through the Snowball Throwing (ST) learning model. The research method used is Action Research. Class (PTK) which consists of 2 cycles. The research subjects were 33 students of class XI IPS 3 at SMA Negeri 1 Gianyar for the academic year 2022/2023. Data analysis used comparative descriptive techniques by comparing learning outcomes in the initial conditions with learning outcomes in each cycle, and qualitative descriptive analysis by comparing the results of observation and reflection in cycle I and cycle II. With the application of learning Snowball Throwing to the Basic Competency of yoga asana According to Hindu Susastra in class XI IPS 3 SMA Negeri 1 Gianyar 2022/2023 academic year, it can be seen that at the end of cycle I there has been an increase in average class learning outcomes of 0.12% that is, from the initial average of 60.25 to 69.39, and the average student learning activity was 84.84% and in cycle II there was an increase of 0.60 from the average class learning outcomes of 69.39 to 80.33 and the activity student learning reaches 100%. While the overall learning completeness of students at the end of cycle II, there was an increase of 0.72%. Thus, class XI IPS 3 SMA Negeri 1 Gianyar experienced an increase in learning activities and learning outcomes in the Basic Competence of yoga asana in Hindu Literature.

All know that motivating is a very important thing, it is a way to grow a sense of trust, a sense of enthusiasm and of course provide better encouragement. Learning management is a tactic or strategy in the planning and evaluation system in the education system, motivating is a very important thing, a way to grow self-confidence, enthusiasm and of course provide better encouragement. So with student motivation it can be easier to understand the material and also increase the sense of intention to learn in students. It is important to remember that every child in the class needs to be accepted by a teacher and his friends and his existence needs to be acknowledged. Increasing self-confidence, each child accepts their strengths and weaknesses, this will automatically increase their self-confidence so that their learning motivation will increase. It is very necessary to apply learning by doing learning in education because this method provides many benefits for students, one of which is providing motivation to be more independent and brave in doing various things and of course brave in being responsible for various things. Learning by doing is a learning method. which focuses on the direct experience that students will gain during the learning process. Students are encouraged to actively participate in every learning activity both physically and spiritually. The learning by doing method is very effective in influencing changes in students. Learning by doing has several forms and also teaching, namely a) student motivation b) students must play an active role c) teaching with the absence of individual differences d) feedback in teaching e) transfer f) logical arrangement of understanding.

The existence of the temple and the characteristics contained therein have Hindu religious educational values. One of them is Langgar Temple in the Bunutin Traditional Village, Bangli Regency. Pura Langgar is a type of Pura Dadia which is only held by Semeton Puri Agung Bunutin. Langgar Temple is unique in its strong values of tolerance between Hinduism and Islam which can be seen from the religious activities carried out. This research was carried out to determine the existence, form of implementing religious tolerance at Langgar Temple, and the value of Hindu religious education contained in implementing religious tolerance at Langgar Temple. So this research uses a qualitative descriptive research method using existential theory, multicultural theory, and value theory. Langgar Temple can be seen in terms of structure, form, function, meaning, worshipers and people who pray at Langgar Temple. Forms of implementing religious tolerance at Langgar Temple include: providing facilities for worship, greetings, worship of religious symbols, use of pujawali ceremonial facilities, freedom of worship according to beliefs, factors encouraging and inhibiting the implementation of religious tolerance. In implementing religious tolerance at Langgar Temple, the values of Hindu religious education contained in it are strong, such as: Tattwa Education Values are realized with the value of sraddha, Moral Education Values are realized with the value of love (Tat Twam Asi, Tri Kaya Parisudha, Wasudhaiva Kutumbhakam, Tri Hita Karana), the value of mutual cooperation (paras-paros sarpanaya, salunglung sabayantaka, sagilik-saguluk, briuk sepanggul), Ceremonial Educational Value, Aesthetic Value, and Atmanastuti Value.

Humans as individual, social and religious creatures must be balanced in order to create a harmonious life. Hindus in Bali know Tri Hita Karana as a teaching to create a harmonious life. Tri Hita Karana is introduced in formal education. Due to the endless pandemic, face-to-face learning has been canceled. However, learning is still carried out using an e-learning system. SMA Negeri 3 Denpasar applies e-learning to support the learning process. E-learning is applied to one of the subjects of Hindu Religious Education by adopting the school's vision and mission as a reference. In this study, we will discuss the process of implementing Tri Hita Karana through e-learning media in class X at SMA Negeri 3 Denpasar, obstacles to implementing Tri Hita Karana through e-learning media in class X at SMA Negeri 3 Denpasar, efforts made to overcome obstacles implementation of Tri Hita Karana through e-learning media in class X at SMA Negeri 3 Denpasar. The process of implementing Tri Hita Karana through e-learning media can be seen through the learning strategies used, the implementation process, and the evaluation of learning. In addition, there are also obstacles arising from the implementation of Tri Hita Karana through e-learning media including obstacles based on the implementation of Tri Hita Karana, constraints based on the use of e-learning media, and constraints based on students' backgrounds. Thus, of course there must be an effort to overcome the implementation of Tri Hita Karana through e-learning media including internal and external factors.

The tradition of weighing the Tumpeng in the Usaba Emping ceremony is a community activity that fundamentally equalizes rights, duties, and responsibilities as residents of the Karangsari Customary Village, as a form of respect for their ancestors and Ida Sang Hyang Widi Wasa along with all its manifestations based on devotion, sincere and pure intentions as a silent communication medium to God. However, in implementing this tradition, there is concern and emphasis on the community, both in terms of physical/material and spiritual aspects, which already have rules or standards in the process of presenting offerings. Despite the concerns, the tradition of weighing Tumpeng continues to be practiced and preserved until now in the customs of the Karangsari Customary Village. However, it is essential to present an offering with sincere intentions and align it with one's abilities without any coercion from any party, so that the offering can yield sattwika results. This research aims to explore the process, function, meaning, and sanctions of the tradition of weighing Tumpeng, explaining why this tradition is still steadfastly followed by the community to this day. The study utilizes a qualitative descriptive research method. The findings of this research are as follows: (A) Procession of Menimbang Tumpeng in the Usabha Emping Ceremony, contains: 1). The preparation before process of creating “Tumpeng”, 2). The process of creating “Tumpeng”, 3.) The process of hand over the “Tumpeng”, 4). The process of Menimbang Tumpeng. (B). Functions and meanings in Manimbang Tumpeng Tradition in the Usabha Emping Ceremony, including: 1). The function of Manimbang Tumpeng Tradition is as a measurement of obedience to the rules that have been adopted by the community since the beginning of the Karangsari Traditional Village and serves as a medium for the formation and strengthening of character values. The character value that is formed and strengthened in this case is "responsibility". 2). The meaning Manimbang Tumpeng Tradition as a medium for the formation of human values, in this case the value of honesty, mutual cooperation, chastity, loyalty, and dedication. (C). Sanctions on Manimbang Tumpeng Tradition in the Usaba Emping Ceremony, contains: Sanctions given to Jero Desa 43 who not fulfilling their obligations to collect tumpeng, emping, and uli, during the Usabha Emping ceremony, would be subjec to a fine in the form of 5 (five) supplies of rice or the equivalent of IDR 50.000.- (fifty thousand rupiah). This research is expected to be developed again, so that it may be a guide for human life to achieve safety and peace.
