This research aims to develop an innovative and efficient application for study program performance assessment to monitor and improve higher education's academic and management quality. The development method used is Scrum within a flexible and adaptive Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework. The application includes features such as lecturer performance survey by students, lecturer and course evaluation, student achievement archive, lecturer attendance monitoring, and research management. The data collected from this application provides comprehensive insights for data-driven decision-making in academic management. The results show that using the Scrum method provides significant benefits by increasing the efficiency of performance management, simplifying administrative processes, and increasing student participation in providing feedback. The application also increases transparency and accountability among lecturers, teaching staff, and students. The successful application of Scrum in developing this application influenced positive outcomes, including the efficiency and transparency of academic evaluation. User trials showed a positive response, with approximately 92% of users finding the application interface easy to navigate and informative. Lecturers also reported the app's help in monitoring student progress. These results confirm the app's potential to support informative decision-making and enhance the learning experience in an academic environment

Male fertility has declined over the past two decades. The decrease is due to environmental factors, such as lifestyle habits that can affect the quality of a man's sperm. Artificial intelligence technology is currently developing as a methodology for health decision support systems. In the process of predicting infertility can be done by applying Machine Learning technology. This study focuses on comparing the Random Forest classification method with Decision Tree C4.5 to see the level of accuracy in predicting the success of infertility data classification. Data for the Fertility Dataset was obtained from the UCI Machine Learning Repository with a total of 100 data records, 10 attributes and 2 attribute classes, namely Normal and Altered. The parameters used are age, childhood diseases, accidents or trauma, surgical operations, alcohol consumption and smoking habits. Then evaluate the testing of the two methods, namely by using 10fold Cross Validation. Based on the results of Random Forest and Decision Tree C4.5 testing, the average accuracy of Random Forest is 87.20% and Decision Tree C4.5 with an accuracy rate of 85.90%. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that Random Forest is a superior method by 1.3% when compared to Decision Tree C4.5 in predicting accuracy in the Fertility Dataset.

Student academic achievement includes their achievements and performance in academic fields, such as exam results, report card scores, and achievements in certain subjects. The student's academic achievement has an effect on further study to a higher level. In this study, grouping of student data was carried out using the K-Means Clustering algorithm. The data used are grades VIII and IX grade report cards. The results of grouping the data showed that there were eight clusters with different numbers of students using three categories of cluster sizes, namely smart, moderate, and moderate. Based on data analysis, it was found that English needs to get special attention in learning. Students with balanced grades between science and social studies can choose a major according to their interests. Students in the moderate cluster tend to have dominant grades in the Science major, while students in the moderate cluster tend to have dominant grades in the Social Sciences major. The majority of students have grades above 80, indicating good performance. The grouping of these data forms the basis for selecting appropriate majors, optimal participation in extracurricular activities, and support for students with sufficient grades. It is hoped that the research results will become a recommendation for schools to improve students' understanding and maintain a balance between academic and extracurricular activities

In the process of planning and controlling the supply of UPT drug stock. Unter Iwes Sumbawa Community Health Center is not yet optimal because the problem of inaccuracy in analyzing drug needs affects the amount needed and demand for medicine. In this study, drug data analysis was conducted by applying the K-Means Clustering algorithm. Drug data is grouped based on usage levels C1, C2, and C3 (low, medium, high) with attributes namely Drug Name, Unit, Supply, Demand and Usage. The results of this study can provide a strategy as a reference for future drug planning and needs. From the results of drug data testing from January to December 2022 with a total of 4,642 data and training data totaling 4,622. The results of the performance of grouping drugs using the Davies Bouldin method of 0.513 clusters of C1/C0 (low) data were 4433 items with 4000 uses. The increasing development of information technology will affect the information system of an agency or company in data management and can present quality information. In accordance with the Circular Letter of the Regional Secretariat No. P-800/60/BKPSDM/2022 concerning Implementation of E-Performance Applications in Planning, Monitoring, Coaching and Evaluation of Employee Performance. The method used in this study is the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) approach. So, in order to measure and analyze the level of acceptance of the use of e-performance applications in Sekayu District, adjustments are made to the TPB framework such as adding a moral obligation construct based on the objectives to be achieved by taking into account the TPB instruments. To measure and analyze the relationship between constructs in this study is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. The tools for measuring and analyzing the relationship between constructs are with the help of SPSS and PLS software so that the hypotheses that are accepted and rejected, the influence and the percentages as well as the interpretation of the model can be known. The results of this study indicate that the variables of attitude and moral obligations have a positive and significant effect on behavioral interest variables. The behavioral interest variable has a positive and significant effect on the behavioral variable in the acceptance of the use of e-performance applications in Sekayu District. The subjective norm variable and perceived behavioral control, although they have a positive effect on the behavior variable, do not have a significant effect. Thus, the level of acceptance of the use of e-performance applications in Sekayu District is quite acceptable and has been used well by users of e-performance applications in Sekayu District

The design and manufacture of a survival puzzle themed game is made using the 2d-based unity engine. This game is intended for the android platform. The development stages include analysis, design, development, implementation, and testing. If the test meets the criteria, then a feasibility test will be carried out in the field. It is hoped that with game development, indie developers can contribute to the game industry and add insight to other developers. It is hoped that after making this game, it can add to the list of games made by Indonesian developers and become a motivation for other developers to continue to develop. In this thesis itself will discuss the methods used by developers to develop games, the description of the scripts that will be used, how to implement them on Android, as well as the initial stages in designing a Unity-based Android game. It is also hoped that this thesis can be a reference for students who are interested. with the world of games. From the results of the beta stage trial percentage, it can be seen that the result of the total percentage calculation is 88.46%. Judging from the interval and the percentage results show that the player's testing of The Red Riding Hood and The Wolf game belongs to the "Very Good" category

Quranpedia is a website built with codeigniter framework to facilitate muslims in searching for nouns and the verses containing the same nouns in the Quran by following structure of Wikipedia. The research employs the Joint Application Development in the process of developing the website and use black box testing to asses the functionality of the website according to the requirements. During the system requirements analysis process, Joint Application Development (JAD) relies on the active engagement of stakeholders to precisely capture users' viewpoints regarding business needs and collaboratively devise solutions. The extensive participation of stakeholders guarantees the effective representation of their opinions, fostering a collective effort in the development of solutions. To evaluate the website's functionality, black box testing is employed, and the results unequivocally demonstrate its high effectiveness in meeting all the specified criteria. The user-friendly interface, coupled with its comprehensive and responsive features, significantly enhances the process of studying the Quran, making it accessible to a wider audience. As Quranpedia continues to evolve and improve, it is expected to serve as an invaluable aid for the Muslim community in deepening their understanding of the sacred Al-Quran. By providing easy access to nouns and their associated verses, Quranpedia empowers users to explore the profound meanings and teachings within the Quran's verses, fostering a stronger connection to their faith and enriching their spiritual journeys.

One of the network monitoring methods is to use the dude software. In 2022, the Temanggung Regency Government through the Communication and Informatics Department of the Temanggung Regency which facilitates OPD, District, Kelurahan, Village, several UPT and schools. To increase service quality for all clients, so network monitoring development is needed uses the dude application software to carry out network monitoring which was previously only through the Whatsapp group. The development model that will be applied in this research is NDLC (Network Development Life Cycle). The research location was in Temanggung Regency in April 2023. The population in this study were five repeaters with different IPs, namely the Regional Secretariat, Dinkominfo, RSUD, SDN 2 Katekan, and Tlogopucang Village. The dude server has been installed on core router in data center that connected with whole networks. So all events and activities can be managed efficiently.

This research aims to implement three machine learning algorithms, namely Naïve Bayes Classifier, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Decision Tree, to enhance network security threat detection. The study utilizes data from multiple sources to train the machine learning models and evaluate their performance in detecting network security threats such as malware, ransomware, and spyware. The research results indicate that all three machine learning algorithms can improve the effectiveness of network security threat detection, surpassing conventional methods in terms of accuracy. Decision Tree yields the best results with a precision of 0.98, , followed by SVM with a precision of 90%, While Naïve Bayes Classifier a precision of 0.86.

Quranpedia is a website designed with a similar structure to Wikipedia. This website have goals to make it easier for users to find root words and verses of the Quran that contain this specific root. This study aims to evaluate the functionality of the Quranpedia website. The method used in this study is the black box testing method and the use of CodeIgniter 4. The results obtained from the testing reveal that the website achieves a high success rate of 97%, and the appearance of the resulting website proves to be user-friendly and in accordance with the presentation of the Bukhari Hadith. In addition, this study also tested word roots to see how accurate the search results for Bukhari Hadiths that have the same root word are. The results obtained from this test show that the accuracy rate is 83%. These results show that the website is very effective. Overall, this research demonstrates that Quranpedia effectively fulfills its main objective by providing a reliable and comprehensive reference source for the Muslim community. With a simple and user-friendly interface, as well as a commitment to continuously improve accuracy, Quranpedia is expected to be a valuable tool and can helping the Muslim community deepen their understanding and appreciation of hadith.
