Abstract

Tampilan sebuah website awalnya dikembangkan dari sisi fungsi dan kegunaan website tersebut. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, dalam merancang tampilan sebuah website mulai melibatkan sisi perasaan atau emosi dari pengguna website. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan metode Kansei Engineering dalam merancang tampilan sebuah website perguruan tinggi, dimana sisi perasaan atau emosi pengguna dapat dilibatkan dalam merancang tampilan sebuah website. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah metodologi Kansei Engineering Type I, yang memecah sebuah konsep desain menjadi sub konsep. Penelitian ini menggunakan 15 Kansei Word dan 16 spesimen website perguruan tinggi. Partisipan yang terlibat pada penelitian ini adalah 70 partisipan yang terdiri dari 10 orang dosen dan  60 orang mahasiswa STIEB Perdana Mandiri. Hasil kuesioner dari partisipan kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan analisis statistik multivariat yakni Cronbach’s Alpha, Coefficient Correlation Analysis (CCA), Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Factor Analysis (FA) dan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dari seluruh partisipan diperoleh tiga rekomendasi elemen desain tampilan website Perguruan Tinggi yang mewakili perasaan atau emosi dari pengguna website perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

The function and usability of a mobile application are the main reasons for making the application. In addition, the User Interface (UI) design factor is also an important consideration in making a mobile application. Good UI design is the main attraction for the application to use. There are many ways to make a good UI design. Kansei Engineering (KE) is one of the methods that can be used in the UI design process. Since the creation of the Mobile Disdukcapil application, there has never been a study on the application's design interface. This research aims to make recommendations on design elements desired by users. The KE method can detect the user's feelings towards an interface. So that the KE method will produce a UI design for the Disdukcapil mobile application that is liked by the user. The methodology used refers to the Kansei Engineering Type I methodology. This research uses Kansei Words to represent the emotional factors of the user when viewing a product specimen. Kansei Word used as many as 10 words related to the UI display on the mobile application. The mobile application specimens used were 5 specimens, which were taken from various similar applications. This study involved 80 participants to fill out the questionnaire. The results of the questionnaire were processed using multivariate statistical analysis, namely Cronbach's Alpha, Coefficient Correlation Analysis (CCA), Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Factor Analysis (FA), and Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study are in the form of recommendations for UI design elements based on the most dominant emotional factors. Based on the results of data processing, the dominant emotional factors are "Colorful" and "Simple".

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi merupakan suatu organisasi akademis yang belakangan ini juga memanfaatkan teknologi informasi tidak hanya berperan sebagai pendukung semata, namun juga telah berperan sebagai key operational, high potential, peran strategis, dan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mendukung efektivitas dan produktivitas. Penerapan smart campus merupakan salah satu langkah yang baik untuk mendukung kegiatan operasional agar lebih baik dan juga sebagai langkah untuk tetap kompetitif menghadapi persaingan dimasa mendatang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi akademik berbasis teknologi informasi sebagai langkah untuk menerapkan smart campus di perguruan tinggi Politeknik Perdana Mandiri atau perguruan tinggi lainnya yang membutuhkan. Smart campus memadukan sistem pembelajaran dengan penggunaan teknologi informasi sebagai salah satu pemeran penting dalam proses pencerdasan peserta didik. Dampak positif penerapan smart campus memang sangat meyakinkan yakni semua bisa dilakukan tanpa harus mengeluarkan banyak tenaga karena semua serba digital. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi akademik berbasis website agar dapat diakses kapan pun dan dimana pun. Adapun sistem informasi yang dihasilkan terdiri dari 3 subsistem (aplikasi) yaitu aplikasi admin, aplikasi KRS daring, dan aplikasi nilai daring.

Abstract

Expeditions are used in the process of delivering goods or selling them remotely. Twitter has become a social media for information sharing and opinions, including those on the expeditionary services both negative and positive. The solution for the problem which occurs is that of sentiment analysis, helpful in grouping the data and predicting the tweet. The aim of the research to predict sentient tweeted data using a file classification method, naive bayes's algorithm calculated the value of the tweets of the Anteraja expedition service that had the results accuracy 87,77%, precision 76,67%, recall 52,27%. JNE with accuracy 81,48%, precision 71,43%, dan recall 62,50%. JNT with accuracy 91,46%, precision 48,15%, recall 86,67%. Shopee Express with accuracy 92,68%, precision 9,09%, recall 16,67% and Sicepat with accuracy 91,50%, presision 100,00% dan recall 38,10%. Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) serves to increase the value of the results of the nave Bayes classification with the results of Anteraja accuracy 91,70%, precision 82,05%, recall 72,73%. JNE accuracy 93,83%, precision 88,00%, recall 91,67%. JNT accuracy 92,18%, precision 70,97%, recall 81,48%. Shopee Express accuracy 94%, precision 20,00%, recall 33,33% and Sicepat accuracy 95,42%, precision 93,75%, recall 71,43%. From the results of naïve bayes research and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) it can be compared that Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is proven to be able to increase the value of nave Bayes.

Abstract

In the world of education that has developed, of course, we are indirectly required to be able to understand or master the use of foreign languages. SMA Negeri 1 Cikarang Pusat is one of the schools that learn Japanese. The students who study Japanese at the school have various kinds of great motivation, but also not a few of the students who can understand and even have difficulty in learning Japanese. Given that there are many innovations in the world of education in this era that involve technology to carry out the learning process. There are many ways to learn Japanese, for example by learning through learning media that utilize technology such as smartphones. Supported by increasingly advanced technological innovations and new interaction patterns, the role of the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) is important to the needs of users in solving problems. This research was conducted to find out how we can meet and know user needs by using design thinking. With this Japanese language learning media, it is hoped that it can help students learn Japanese easily.

Abstract

The user interface (UI) plays an important role in giving the user a good initial impression of the visuals of an application or website. Meanwhile, User Experience (UX) helps build interaction between users and the application system or website. UI and UX design is very influential for user comfort, so it needs an accurate analysis according to user needs. Skilvul is a technology education platform that currently wants Mentor on Demand and Live Chat features that aim to help users conduct consultations and learning discussions with mentors. By creating these features, UI and UX design will be carried out first using the User Centered Design (UCD) method. The results of the design in this study were carried out using the Single Ease Questionnaire (SEQ) testing method. Through the SEQ questionnaire, the average value is 6.5. Based on these results, it proves that the results of UI and UX design in building Mentor on Demand and Live Chat features can be categorized as easy and according to user needs.

The bank is a financial institution that has many activities, one of which is to serve housing loan (KPR) activities. As the human population increases, primary needs such as housing also increase. The existence of a Developer who will provide Home Ownership Loans is also needed for prospective buyers. With various offers, potential home buyers are difficult to make a decision. Abstract

The rapid development of the world of technology and communication cannot be separated from web service providers who always provide various information. One example is text data taken from Twitter. Twitter is a social media and micro blogging service that allows its users to post realtime messages. This message is popularly known as a tweet, by using it, users will find it easy to follow trends, stories, information and news from all corners of the world. Problems regarding the construction of the Jakarta-Bandung fast train (KCJB) which required large funds, not to mention the transfer of the route from Jakarta-Surabaya to Jakarta-Bandung which resulted in a large increase in funds. So that it raises a problem such as differences of opinion and statements of approval and disapproval of the construction of the Jakarta-Bandung fast train. The method used is Naive Bayes because it has a high probability or opportunity value for classifying data, for weighting using TF-IDF calculations, and testing data using a confusion matrix. The solution to the problem is sentiment analysis, grouping and at the same time helping data from predicting the tweet data. . The purpose of this study is to analyze the sentiments of Twitter users towards the construction of the Jakarta-Bandung fast train using the Naive Bayes method by calculating the value of the KCJB tweet data which has a total of 2390 data which after going through the cleaning process becomes 2007 data. Abstract

Acne, besides having a negative impact on the skin, also has a psychological impact, namely embarrassment and reduced self-confidence, which can be prevented by providing medical knowledge to treat acne. One of the products used for acne treatment is acne spot treatment. The large number of advertisements on social media related to acne spot treatment products can influence larger purchases, but the product is not necessarily good. Seeing direct reviews from acne spot treatment users can increase information regarding whether the product is good or not. One website that provides reviews related to beauty products is Female Daily, but the large number of reviews does not allow reading in its entirety. Of course, this takes time. Sentiment analysis is used to overcome this problem, which aims to classify acne spot treatment reviews as Positive or negative. In this study, the classification method used is K-Nearest Neighbor because it has a simple concept that is easy to apply and understand. The sentiment results showed that the reviews that contained the most positive sentiments were Whitelab with 1,190 reviews, and the ones that contained the most negative sentiments were Skin Games with 173 reviews. The results of the classification using KNN are that the best accuracy is the Whitelab brand at 97%, then the Skin Game gets 81% accuracy, and the lowest accuracy value is the ERHA brand at 75%
