Abstract

The development of information technology is very rapid and is needed in all things, especially in the world of education. Madrasah Aliyah Al – Syahni is a high school (SLTA) for the continuation of the junior high school level. The construction of school websites and the construction of web-based academic information systems are some of the uses of information technology. With information technology, it is possible for academic data to be processed quickly and easily so that the presentation of the required academic information report can be obtained accurately, quickly and efficiently. The research methods used in this study were qualitative, observation, interviews and questionnaires. While the development of the system using the programming language PHP (Personal Home Page), HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language), MySQL database. This research program is expected to later be able to help Madrah Aliyah Al - Syahni Rumbai Jaya Tembilahan in processing value data, students, teachers, and with the Madrasa Aliyah Al - Syahni website it is hoped that it will be an attraction for parents to send their children to Madrasah Aliyah Al - Syahni.

Abstract

A decision support system is used to find out the best dealer A decision support system is used to find out the best dealer in Riau with the WP (Weighted Product) method and a system is made to run it. In this system, the user will assign a weight value to each criterion and alternative.The data will be collected using interview and observation techniques. The analysis technique that will be used is to collect data, analyze data and draw conclusions from the results of research that has been carried out related to this research.The result of this research is a web-based system where the user can see the ranking based on the criteria and alternative values that the user inputs.

Abstract

Psychopaths (Antisocial Personality Disorder) are mental disorders that can be used as a reference to create an expert system. The purpose of this research is to design and build an expert system to identify psychopaths with a web-based forward chaining method and to analyze and find out the symptoms of a psychopath in order to make sufferers and society feel at ease. The type of data used in this study is qualitative data which emphasizes the description of the process and words rather than the results such as the results of mathematical calculations or in the form of numbers. The author has several conclusions that expert systems can replace the role of experts who can provide suggestions or problem solutions to users, expert systems are often made using the PHP and MySQL programming languages, and the forward chaining method is suitable for use in web-based psychopath identification expert systems. This is because by asking questions first, conclusions can be drawn from the problem. The suggestions for the next researchers are the development of this software becomes practical for users, this web-based psychopath identification expert system can be created into android-based and an expert system in order to make it more and more practical because it relates to the cure of human soul.

Abstract

Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 113 of 2014 concerning Village Financial Management, "Village Spending includes all expenditures from village accounts which are village obligations within 1 (one) fiscal year which will not be repaid by the village and are used to fund the implementation of village authority. This study uses secondary data sources, data collection methods by means of observation. The object of this research is Tulung Agung Village in Pelalawan Regency. Tulung Agung Pelalawan Village in implementing the accounting system for the budget for infrastructure funds still uses a manual system, namely inputting data by recording in a ledger without discipline in compiling and attaching a memorandum file. So, it requires a lot of energy and time in the recording process and a big risk in bookkeeping errors. Based on the infrastructure budget accounting system currently running in Tulung Agung Village, it is proposed that the Infrastructure Fund Budget accounting system uses an application, namely Microsoft Access.

Abstract

According to a previous study, “Implementation of Naïve Bayes Classifier-based Machine Learning to Predict and Classify New Students at Matana University” has an accuracy of 0.73 or 73%. This is not optimal, the accuracy needs to be improved. In this research, to increase accuracy by using a different model, namely the Decision Tree model. The reason for choosing the Decision Tree is that there are not many predictors used (4 predictors) and can be used for classification or prediction. The 4 predictors are frequency, position, majors of students in SMA/K, and research programs of interest. The target is the entry status of prospective students. The research procedures that were tried were information gathering, pre-processing, machine learning processes with the Decision Tree model and visualization of the results. The programming language used is Python. The results of this Decision Tree show changes, through 10 executions the average accuracy of the ratio of training information and test information is 70: 30 of 0.727 or 72.7% (lowest accuracy is 47% and highest is 87%), for a ratio 80: 20 of 0, 73 or 73% (the lowest accuracy is 60% and the highest is 90%). Thus, the results of the Decision Tree model on average have not exceeded the results of the Naïve Bayes Classifier model. Further research, increase the amount and alteration of information, reduce the difference in results each time the model is executed, try other models, and improve the application ready to use.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada Jasa Sablon Southern State baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 92 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan persamaan regresi Y = 17,468 + 0,564X1, nilai korelasi sebesar 0,644 artinya kedua variabel memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 58,5%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,994 > 1,987). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara harga terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan persamaan regresi Y = 13,125 + 0,677X2 nilai korelasi sebesar 0,708 artinya kedua variabel memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 50,2%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (9,518 > 1,987). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Harga dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan persamaan regresi Y = 10,545 + 0,266X1 + 0,480X2. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,743 artinya variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 55,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 44,9% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (54,696 > 2,710). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di Sablon Southern State.

Abstract

Scholarships are one of the efforts to provide financial assistance or support to individuals who are expected to be able to support the need in the process of taking education. In 2020, 1st State Vocational School of Cepu had more than 1000 students and from 300 scholarship submissions only 9 people managed to get a scholarship. Therefore a tool is needed to select students who are entitled and less entitled to get scholarships. Decision Support System is one of the tools that can be used to calculate to select the students. The method used is Simple Additive Weighting(SAW) because the method is a simple but it’s still an accurate method, because it has a very low error level. The aim of this study is to apply the Simple Additive Weighting(SAW) method for Decision Support System scholarships using Scratch Programming which is a programming language that is fairly newly developed and easy to apply to various attractive creations with a shorter time compared to using other programming languages. The criteria used in this study are parent’s income, parent’s dependents, Home-to-school Distance , and the students age. The results obtained and analyzed from this study concluded that the testing system using Mean Square Error(MSE) has a very low level of error which is equal to 1.3312E-31 it can be said that the system is accurate, and from the test functionality using the Black Box obtained 100% results.
