Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Samko Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 74 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini variabel kepemimpinan diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,39 dengan kriteria kurang baik. Variabel kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,79 dengan kriteria kurang baik. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai persamaan regresi Y = 11,377 + 0,784X, dan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,762 atau memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai determinasi 58,1%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

In addition to the budget function, tax also has a regular function which aims to regulate the economy of the Tax Tax (WP) so that there is a balance in tax imposition. This role was felt very strongly during the Covid-19 Pandemic where the economy became sluggish due to the decline in people's purchasing power. This study is to determine the direct effect of this function on the community structure in Pekanbaru. This study uses a qualitative method by taking samples, namely the SMEs actors. The results of this study are to determine the direct effect of tax stimulation on the sustainability of their businesses during the pandemic

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the facilities and customer satisfaction at Sport Club Meadow Terrace and the effect of facility satisfaction on customer satisfaction at Sport Club Meadow Terrace. This research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all members of the Meadow Terrace Sport Club from 2018 to 2020, namely 143 people, while the sample used in the study used a saturated sampling technique, where all the populations were made respondents. Data collection techniques by means of questionnaires, and data analysis techniques using test instruments, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t-test and f-test. The results showed that the Facility variable (X) which consisted of 10 (ten) instruments showed that the total score was 6105 and the average score was 4.27 and entered into the interval with the Good category, so it can be concluded that, Facility (X) when this is going well. Based on the distribution of the answers to the satisfaction variable (Y) which consists of 8 (eight) instruments, it shows that the total score is 4597 and the average score is 4.02 and it is included in the interval with the Good category, it can be concluded that, at this time, satisfaction (Y) is going well. Based on data analysis, it shows that there is a positive and significant effect of facilities (X) on customer satisfaction (Y) sport club meadow terrace. The simple regression equation Y = a + b (x) is Y = 15,597 = 0.388x this equation can be concluded that there is a direction of positive influence between the facility variable (X) on the satisfaction variable (Y)

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada Jasa Sablon Southern State baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 92 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan persamaan regresi Y = 17,468 + 0,564X1, nilai korelasi sebesar 0,644 artinya kedua variabel memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 58,5%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,994 > 1,987). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara harga terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan persamaan regresi Y = 13,125 + 0,677X2 nilai korelasi sebesar 0,708 artinya kedua variabel memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 50,2%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (9,518 > 1,987). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Harga dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan persamaan regresi Y = 10,545 + 0,266X1 + 0,480X2. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,743 artinya variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 55,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 44,9% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (54,696 > 2,710). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di Sablon Southern State.

Abstract

The purpose of this research on the coronavirus or Covid-19 pandemic breaks the traditional learning process. So, we need a way to solve the challenge. Online learning is a kind of Overcome challenge. This is to understand the implementation of the online learning Management Research Program, School of Management, Bina Sarana Informatika University as an effort to Suppress the spread of COVID 19 in higher education. The research sample is a student of the management research program. Data is collected through interviews through zoom cloud conferences. Data analysis uses the Interactive analysis technology of Miles & Huberman. The results show: (1) Students already have the basic facilities required to participate in online learning; (2) Online learning is flexible in implementation, Able to encourage the emergence of independent learning and motivate students to participate more actively Learning; (3) distance learning encourages the emergence of social distancing behaviors and minimizes. The emergence of the student population so that it may be able to reduce Covid-19’s University environment. Inadequate supervision of students, high-rise buildings, insufficient signal strength, High-cost Internet credits challenge online learning. Improve learning independence, interest and Motivation, the courage to express ideas and question other benefits of online learning.

Abstract

The aim of implementing this Community Service activity is to provide education on how to foster entrepreneurial interest through optimizing digital marketing. The methods that will be used to achieve the goals are lectures, discussions, examples and questions and answers, as well as mentoring for community members. The long-term results and goals of this program are to create more productive community members through online business entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work  discipline on employee performance at PT Greenly Lifestyle Indonesia Jakarta  Area. The research method used is the primary data quantitative research method.  Research location Jln Taman Daan Mogot Raya no. 4, RT 02 RW 01, Jl. North  Duren, Grogol Petamburan District, West Jakarta City. The population of this  research is employees at PT Greenly Lifestyle Indonesia Jakarta Area. The sample  for this research was 97 respondents, the sampling technique was using the Solvin  technique. The data collection methods used were questionnaires, literature study  and observation. The data analysis method uses validity tests, reliability tests,  classical assumption tests, linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination  tests, T tests and F tests with the help of SPSS version 26 software. The results of  the research show that the t test can determine the Leadership Style variable having  a simple linear regression Y = 7,007 + 0.812 So it can be concluded that the  Leadership Style variable influences employee performance. The Discipline  variable has a simple linear regression equation Y = 4,560 + 0.853 < table 1.661.  So it can be concluded that the Work Discipline variable influences employee  performance. The research results of the F test for the Leadership Style and Work  Discipline variables have a simple linear regression equation Y = 2,892 + 0.252  X1 + 0.659 ftable (211,058 > 3,090) and the significance value is smaller than 5%  (0.000 < 0.05). This means that together the independent variables consisting of the  Leadership Style and Work Discipline variables have an effect on employee  performance.

Abstract

Research to determine the influence of Promotion and Service Quality on purchasing decisions at the Knanga Kuliner Depok restaurant. The research method is associative with a quantitative approach. The population is consumers of culinary knanga restaurants, with a sample of 100 respondents. The data collection technique is by means of a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using instrument tests are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests. Simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis test, namely the t test and F test. The partial research results show that promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, namely 64.9%. Partially, service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, namely 75.7%. Simultaneously promotion and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, namely 85%. proven from the multiple linear regression value, namely Y = 0.053 + 0.376, the hypothesis obtained is that the value f_count f_table or (552,421 3.94 is strengthened by the p value Sig, 0.05 or (0.000 0.05).ABSTRAKPenelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh Promosi dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian di rumah makan Knanga Kuliner Depok. Metode penelitian bersifat asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah konsumen rumah makan knanga kuliner dengan jumlah yang tidak dapat diketahui secara pasti. dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data den cara kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dengan uji instrument yaitu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas. Uji regresi linier sederhana, uji regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis, yaitu uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian secara parsial promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian yaitu sebesar 64,9%. Secara parsial kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian yaitu sebesar 75,7%. Secara simultan promosi dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian yaitu sebesar 85%.  dibuktikan dari nilai regresi linier berganda yaitu Y= 0,053 + 0.376X1 + 0.696X2 + e, hipotesis diperoleh nilai ilai    atau (552.421 3.94 diperkuat dengan nilai p value Sig,0.05 atau (0.000 0,05)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Harga terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada Restoran Menya Musashi Bukotsu Mall Kota Kasablanka. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen pada Restoran Menya Musashi Bukotsu Mall Kota Kasablanka. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan rumus rao purba yang diperoleh sampel sebanyak 96 konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai thitung > ttabel (11,904 >1,985) dengan tingkat signifikansi (0,000<0,050) yang berarti kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Nilai thitung > ttabel (17,296 >1,985) dengan tingkat signifikansi (0,000 < 0,050) yang berarti harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Selain itu, secara simultan kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Hal ini diketahui berdasarkan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (161,008 >3,94) dengan tingkat signifikansi (0,000<0,050). Dengan persamaan regresi linier berganda Y= 4,249 + 0,191X1+0,735X2.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan antara Pengaruh Harga Dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Sangobion Capsul (Studi Pada Konsumen Outlet PT Tri Sapta Jaya Area Kabupaten Tangerang). Metode penelitian ini berjenis penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 71 responden dengan teknik random sampling. Metode analisa data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, determinasi dan ui hipotesis. Hasil penelitian, Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara harga terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan persamaan regresi Y = 15,666 + 0,637 (X1), uji determinasi menunjukkan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 56,4% dan hasil uji hipotesis parsial menunjukkan t hitung 9,439 > t tabel 1,995 atau probabilitas Sig 0,0000 > 0,05 maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan persamaan regresi linear Y = 13,532 + 0,645 (X2), uji deteminasi menunjukkan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 37,1% dan uji hipotesis parsial menunjukkan t hitung 6,384 > t tabel 1,995 atau probabilitas Sig 0,0000 > 0,05 maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara harga dan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan persamaan regresi linear berganda adalah Y = 10,264 + 0,514 (X1) + 0,245 (X2), uji determinasi menunjukkan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 59,6% dan uji hipotesis simultan menunjukkan F hitung 50,206 > F tabel 3,132 atau probabilitas Sig 0,000 > 0,05 maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak.
