Abstract

ABSTRACT This paper aims to find out the influence of transformational leadership style on road infrastructure development in Tana Toro Village, to find out the factors that affect the transformational leadership style on road infrastructure development in Tana Toro Village. The population is 602 people and the sample is 79. The data collection techniques carried out in this paper are by using observation techniques, literature studies and questionnaires. The collected data is then analyzed using the SPSS 22 software tool, frequency and percentage tables. Keywords: Transformational Leadership Styles and Road Infrastructure Development ABSTRAK Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional Kepala Desa terhadap pembangunan infrastruktut jalan di Desa Tana Toro, untuk mengetahui Faktor–faktor yang mempengaruhi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap pembangunan infrastruktut jalan di Desa Tana Toro. Populasi 602 orang dan sampel sebanyak 79. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penulisan ini adalah menggunakan teknik observasi, studi pustaka dan kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan alat bantu perangkat lunak SPSS 22, tabel frekuensi dan persentase. Abstract

Research conducted at the Cultural Heritage Site of Malabar Radio Station Bandung Regency, this is in line with lifestyle changes, urbanization, and technological developments often pose threats to the sustainability of existing Cultural Heritage Sites. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the management collaboration between the Bandung Regency government and related stakeholders regarding the management of the cultural heritage site of Malabar radio station. The theoretical model used as the basis of this research is the helix model with a penta helix strategy in the management of cultural heritage sites, which involves an active role in the form of cooperation from the government, business/private sector academics, the community and the mass media. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive type of research, with the data collection technique being through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the management of the Malabar Radio Station Cultural Heritage Site has involved various parties with complementary roles. However, the main challenges lie in cross-sectoral coordination, policy consistency, and strengthening community institutions in the form of training, the formation of tourism-aware organizations, and long-term formal cooperation. Continuous collaboration between stakeholders is needed to make this site a model for the preservation and development of cultural heritage that is integrative, productive, and sustainable. The researcher suggested that the management of the Malabar Radio Site needs to be improved through cross-sectoral collaboration, community training, and sustainable preservation strategies. Improving facilities and digital promotion is also important to expand tourist attractions and visits.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Digital Mindset, Kompetensi Digital, dan Pemahaman Good Governance terhadap pembentukan karakter Smart Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Badung. Dalam konteks transformasi digital keberadaan ASN yang adaptif, inovatif, dan berintegritas menjadi sangat penting. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 125 pegawai. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel bebas secara signifikan memengaruhi pembentukan Smart ASN. Digital Mindset menunjukkan pengaruh positif signifikan dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,291 (t=3,304; p=0,001). Kompetensi Digital memiliki pengaruh paling kuat dengan koefisien sebesar 0,489 (t=5,607; p=0,000). Pemahaman Good Governance juga berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan koefisien 0,205 (t=3,378; p=0,001). Ketiganya menjelaskan sebesar 79,7% variasi dalam pembentukan Smart ASN.Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan Smart ASN sangat bergantung pada kesiapan digital dan pemahaman tata kelola yang baik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian merekomendasikan pelatihan berkelanjutan dalam pola pikir digital, peningkatan kompetensi digital, dan internalisasi prinsip good governance untuk mendorong keberhasilan transformasi birokrasi digital yang berkelanjutan di lingkungan Dinas Kominfo Kabupaten Badung.

The Effectiveness of Village Apparatus Performance on Village Fund Planning in Salo Dua Village, Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency, (guided by Mrs. Monalisa Ibrahim and Mr. Muhammad Ikbal). Miranda, 2025. Work Professionalism on Improving the Quality of Public Services in Baringin Village, Maiwa District,Enrekang Regency,supervised by Mr. Muhammad Ikbal and Mrs. Hardianti. This study aims to determine professionalism and the quality of public services in Baringin Village, and the influence of work professionalism on improving the quality of public services in Baringin Village. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach with 72 sumber datats using a random sampling technique. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and literature review, then analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0. The results of the study indicate that work professionalism at the Baringin Village Office is categorized as good, with the following percentages: a) Ability 67.2%, b) Quality 63.8%, c) Facilities 59.4%, d) Infrastructure 65.2%, e) Human resources 61.2%, f) Technology 63.6%, g) Reliability 62.2%. Meanwhile, service quality at the Baringin Village Office is categorized as quite good, with the following percentages: a) Physical evidence 65.4%, b) Reliability 60.2%, c) Responsiveness 59.4%, d) Assurance 61.8%, e) Empathy 56.6%. Based on the results of the simple linear regression test, the F-value > F-table (6.485 > 0.227), so it can be concluded that work professionalism has quite an influence on the quality of public services in Baringin Village, Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency. Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in Pengudang Village, Bintan Regency, Riau Islands Province, which is a coastal area with abundant marine ecosystem potential but is experiencing environmental pressure due to community activities and minimal ecological awareness. The purpose of this activity is to increase community awareness, knowledge, and skills in maintaining and managing the coastal environment sustainably. The implementation methods used include counseling, recycling-based waste management training, mangrove planting activities, the formation of environmentally conscious communities, and discussion forums in designing local conservation-based policies. The activity was carried out on May 27, 2025 and involved various elements of society such as fishermen, housewives, students, and village officials. The results of the activity showed an increase in community understanding of the importance of environmental conservation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih rendahnya kualitas pelayanan publik di desa yang dipengaruhi oleh keterbatasan penerapan prinsip tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi prinsip akuntabilitas, responsivitas, efisiensi, dan efektivitas dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik di Desa Bina Baru Kecamatan Kulo Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akuntabilitas mulai terwujud melalui transparansi laporan kegiatan, meskipun belum sepenuhnya konsisten. Responsivitas aparat desa terlihat dalam kesigapan menanggapi kebutuhan masyarakat, tetapi terkendala oleh keterbatasan sumber daya. Efisiensi pelayanan sudah mulai meningkat dengan pemanfaatan sarana teknologi, namun masih menghadapi hambatan pada distribusi tugas dan keterbatasan tenaga kerja. Dari segi efektivitas, sebagian program pelayanan publik sudah dirasakan manfaatnya oleh masyarakat, meskipun capaian belum merata. Kesimpulannya, penerapan prinsip good governance di Desa Bina Baru telah memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap perbaikan pelayanan publik, namun masih memerlukan optimalisasi secara berkelanjutan agar kualitas pelayanan dapat tercapai secara maksimal.
