Abstract

Stress is a self-response to various problems and problems that each individual cannot overcome and will cause mental disorders. One way to overcome stress symptoms is by doing walking sports activity therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of walking exercise therapy on the stress level of workers who experienced layoffs due to Covid-19 in Jembrana District in 2021. The design of this study used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-post test design approach. The sampling method is non probability sampling using purposive sampling method. The number of samples is 22 people. Hypothesis testing used statistical Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test with a p value = 0.000 (α = 0.05). The research instrument used the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 42 (DASS 42). The results showed that there was a significant effect (p = 0.000) of walking sports activity therapy on the stress level of layoff workers in Jembrana District in 2021 and show that the walking sports activity therapy reduced the stress level of workers who had laid off. Thus, workers who have been laid off should increase their physical activity on foot to stimulate the production of endorphins.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine Influence of Reproductive Health Education to Adolescent Psychological Response in experiencing Menarche at VII Class SMP Negeri 10 Denpasar. This study used pra – experimental with one Group pra Post test Design that involved 20 respondents as sample which chosen by purposive sampling method. The result before provision of health education showed 12 respondent (60%) were in negative response category. And the result after provision health education showed 20 respondents (100%) were in positive response category. The analysis result using wilxocon signed rank test at significant level at p = 0,05 was obtained p = 0,00, it means there is Influence of Reproductive Health Education to Adolescent Psychological Response in experiencing Menarche at VII Class SMP Negeri 10 Denpasar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find resiliensi in patients CFR who underwent hemodialisa at RSUD Wangaya. The kind of research this is research descriptive, uses the approach subject cross sectional, data collection using a technique purposive sampling. Data collection instrument that is used is cd-risc of Conor-Devidson. The total sample 51 patients who underwent ggk hemodialisa at RSUD Wangaya. The sample of the 51 patients ggk who underwent hemodialisa. The research results show that of 51 respondents there were 4 respondents (7.8%) have resiliensi high, 39 respondents (76,5%) have resiliensi being, and 8 respondents (15.7%) have resiliensi low. Based on gender highest number of the level of rsiliensi being in males as many as 30 people (58,8% ), the level of age dominated by the imago of madya thirty-one people (60.8 %), the level of education highest number of the secondary level by 17 people (33.3%), greatest percentage in work who works 29 people (56,9 %), based long undergo hemodialise dominated a period of time gt; 24 months as many as 22 people (43,2%) and according to the frequency of hemodialise dominated by tingat resiliensi being at the frequency of twice a week. Expected the result of this research can be used to develop the care of nursing especially on the psikososial patients ggk undergo hemodialisa.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to explore the experiences of nurses perform nursing emergency assessment in the triage room. This study used a qualitative research design with interpretive phenomenological approach. Participant of this study as many as eigth people who work at triage room emergency Sanglah Hospital Denpasar. All participants have been work more than three years in the emergency room that conducted indepth interviews to explore their experiences. Data from interviews were transcripts and analyzed using Dikelman which resulted three major themes in the experience of nurses perform nursing assessment that is material (initial and further assessment), data sources (primer and secondary data) and limitations (health provider and patient aspects).

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to know the influence of foot gymnastics toward skin moisture on the feet. The method of the research is “Quasy Experiment” with Pre-posttest design without control group each 13 sample was taken by simple random. Skin moisture feet before foot gymnastics = 27.91 % ± 6.28 and after foot gymnastics for six month = 36.04 % ± 8.70. The paired t test can be concluded that foot gymnastics can increase skin moisture on the feet of patients with diabetes mellitus.

Abstract

The prevalence of severe mental disorders such as schizophrenia reaches about 400,000 people or as much as 1.7 per 1,000 population. The most common hallucinations are auditory hallucinations, about 70% of patients experience auditory hallucinations, 20% visual hallucinations, and 10% are olfactory, tasting and tactile hallucinations. One of the treatments for hallucinatory patients is occupational therapy. Occupational therapy is a very important way or form of supportive psychotherapy to improve patient recovery. Occupational therapy helps stimulate the patient through activities he enjoys. One type of occupational therapy that is indicated for patients who hallucinate is free time activities such as sweeping, cleaning the bed. The purpose of writing this literature review was to determine the effect of occupational therapy on symptoms in patients with auditory hallucinations based on a literature review search. The design in this scientific paper was a literature review using an electronic database search method and a google schoolar search source. From this writing, found 3 articles on Google Schoolar that discussed the effect of occupational therapy on leisure activities based on classification and outcomes in accordance with the research criteria. The results of the literature review of the three articles show that occupational therapy for leisure activities has an effect on changes in symptoms in patients with auditory hallucinations. Based on these results, occupational activity therapy can be applied to patients with auditory hallucinations to reduce their symptoms.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine effect of walking aerobik exercise of capillary refill time of the lower extremities of diabetic type II patients. This study used quasy experiment design with non-equivalent group design performed on 30 samples. The samples was taken by purposive sampling. The data was collectted by physical examination capillary refill time (CRT) using stopwatch.The results showed an average CRT lower extremities before doing walking aerobik exercise in the treatment group is 2,87  seconds and 2,72 seconds for control groups. After given walking aerobik exercise obtained an average CRT lower extremities in the treatment group is 1,48 seconds and 2,77 seconds for control group. The results of data analysis with independent ttest there was a significant effect of walking aerobik exercise with CRT from the lower extremities in patients with diabetes mellitus type II, p = 0.001 (α = 0.05)

Abstract

People with Diabetes Mellitus (DM) have a higher risk of developing depression. To treat depression in patients with DM, non-pharmacological therapies such as self-compassion therapy are needed. The aims of research to determine effect self-compassion therapy to depression levels diabetes mellitus patients in Work Area of Puskesmas I Denpasar Barat on 2021. This research used the method pre-experimental with one-group pre-post test design. Sampling with non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. Respondents were 17 people. The research instrument used Beck Depression Inventory-II. The normality test uses Shapiro-Wilk test. Hypothesis testing using Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. The results showed that most respondents were in mild depression category 10 peoples (58.8%), the rest were moderate depression (41.2%) before being given self-compassion therapy. After treatment level of depression decreased, 3 people had moderate depression (17.6%), 9 people had mild depression (52.9%), and least 5 people not depression (29.4%). After analysis, p-value was obtained at Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 alpha (0.05). The conclusion was that there is an effect of self-compassion therapy to depression levels on diabetes mellitus patients in Work Area Puskesmas I Denpasar Barat on 2021, meaning reduce depression levels Therefore, it is hoped that self-compassion therapy can be applied to patients with DM who experience depression.

Abstract

This research aim to know the level of psychological well-being of cancer patients in Wangaya General Hospital Denpasar. Type of this research is a descriptive research. This research use cross sectional method. This research use purposive sampling technique. Sample of this research is 23 respondents. The result showed that 17 respondents (73,9 %) have a high level of psychological well-being, and 6 respondents (26,1%) have middle level of psychological well-being.

Abstract

The aim is to know the description of stress level of hypertension patient at Tabanan III Public Health Center 2017. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling ie purposive sampling, with the number ofcrespondents is 59 people. Data collection tool used is DASS 42 (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale) 42 a number of 14 statements. The results showed that most respondents were 22 people (37.3%) aged 65 years. The highest percentage by sex was 27 women (54.2%). Most respondents did not work 17 people (28.8%). Based on the classification of hypertension most of the respondents 32 people (54.2%) moderate to very severe hypertension. The picture of stress level that is 29 people (49,2%) have medium to very heavy stress, 20 people (33,9%) light stress and only 10 people (16,9%) normal.
