This study aims to determine how influential the business location factor on sales in determining the selection of the right market location in Fakfak Regency and to compare the effect of business location at Thumburuni Market and Kelapa Dua Market on sales volume in Fakfak Regency. The population in this study was 50% of the number of traders in the coconut market, with a sample of 70 traders. The data collected in the form of primary data (questionnaires) and secondary (literature studies, both books, journals, and similar research) so as to strengthen this research. The data analysis method in this study used simple linear regression analysis. And from the results of testing using SPSS, the Anova table obtained an F number of 30,518 with a significance level (probability number) of 0.000. Because the number 0.000 <0.05, the regression model is feasible to use to predict the effect of business location on sales. It is known that the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.310. This means that the contribution of the influence of location to sales volume is 31%, while the remaining 69% is influenced by other variables, namely variables that are not included in this model. So, it can be said that the influence of the business location variable on sales volume is quite significant

This research was conducted with the aim to find out in part the Influence of Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), and Net Interest Margin (NIM) partially on profitability (ROA) on Private Foreign Exchange Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research uses quantitative research methods with descriptive types of research. The population in the study was 28 private banks with a sample of 7 foreign exchange banks with a five-year research period ranging from 2017 - 2020. The sample selection technique uses the purposive sampling method. The results of the t test showed that LDR and NIM had a significant effect on ROA. The NPL has no significant effect on ROA. The F test results concluded that LDR, NPL, and NIM simultaneously had a significant effect on ROA

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT Linknet Tangerang Branch both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. Sampling techniques using the formula slovin and obtained samples in this study amounted to 76 respondents. Data analysis using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis tests, The results of this study are work disciplines have a significant effect on employee performance with regression equation Y = 19,248 + 0.792X1, correlation values of 0.852 meaning that both variables have very strong relationship levels. The hypothesis test obtained t calculates > t table or (13,976>1.9930). Thus H01 is rejected and H11 accepted means that there is a significant influence between work disciplines on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with regression equation Y = 28.831 + 0.894X2 correlation value of 0.560 meaning that both variables have a strong relationship rate. The hypothesis test obtained t calculates > t table or (9.104 >1.9930). Thus H02 is rejected and H12 accepted means that there is a significant influence between work motivation and employee performance. Work discipline and work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance with regression equation Y = 10.611 + 0.602X1 + 0.448X2. The coefficient of determination is 81.6% while the remaining 18.4% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained the value F calculated > F table or (162,086>3,122). Thus H03 was rejected and H13 accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous significant influence between work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT Linknet Tangerang Branch

In the last few decades, many well-known companies and business media have discussed the topic of employee engagement. Employee engagement has a major effect on employee performance in a company or institution. The topic of engagement is still rarely found in the realm of education. In the realm of education, in this case universities, educators are an important element as one of the determinants of ensuring the success of an educational process. This study was conducted to analyze the factors that influence simultaneously and or partially on the engagement of educators (lecturers) in the Study Program of Marketing Management in Jakarta State Polytechnic. The factors used in this research are leadership, work environment, compensation, training, and teamwork. The method used is quantitative research conducted by distributing valid questionnaires to 21 educators of the Study Program of Marketing Management. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software version 25.0 test tool. The results showed that only teamwork variable had a significant effect on the engagement of educators. Meanwhile, the variables of leadership, training, work environment, compensation, and teamwork simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the engagement of educators

This study aims to analyze the largest potential positive abnormal return present in PT. Kalbe Farma during the Covid-19 pandemic. The event study method was used in this study to study indonesia's capital market reactions during the observation period. The observation period was carried out when covid-19 was detected in Indonesia from March 2020 to February 2021 or one month after the implementation of the first covid-19 vaccination in Indonesia. Secondary data used in this study is in the form of daily stock closing stock price data, and daily JCI. The results of the study found that there was an abnormal positive return with the largest value on March 31, 2020 with an abnormal positive return value of 0.12013 and January 11, 2021 with a value of 0.15726

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Peralihan Biaya dan Promosi Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Studi Kasus Pada pelanggan Indosat Di Sukabumi) Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 sampel. Sedangkan teknik pengujian kualitas instrumen meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik uji asumsi klasik menggunakan uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t (parsial), dan uji f (simultan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel peralihan biaya (x1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (y) yang dibuktikan dengan koefesien korelasi variabel peralihan biaya (x1) dengan nilai uji rhitung sebesar 0,801 > rtabel 0,641, adapun variabel promosi (x2) memilik rhitung sebesar 0,801 yang nilainya lebih besar dari rtabel 0,641. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara promosi (x2) terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (y). berdasarkan uji f menunjukan bahwa nilai probabilitas < 0,05, maka dapat dikatakan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara bersama-sama antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Artinya terdapat pengaruh positif antara peralihan biaya (x1) dan promosi (x2) terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (y). Kesimpulan penelitian berdasarkan perhitungan di atas maka terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara peralihan biaya dan promosi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara bersama-sama peralihan biaya dan promosi mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Sukabumi.

street vendors or better known as street vendors, is a term for sellers of merchandise who sell their wares in places that can be passed by pedestrians or public spaces. In carrying out their activities, street vendors are limited by the Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) in Serang City, considering that Covid-19 victims continue to grow. This scientific article intends to find out: 1) The difference in capital income obtained, 2) Changes in the economic activities of street vendors at the Maulana Yusuf Ciceri Stadium, Serang. A total of 70 street vendors in Ciceri Stadium were taken as research samples. data that includes age, gender, education level, capital, income, models of interacting with potential buyers during the pandemic and before the pandemic, using structured interview techniques and observation. then the data is analyzed through quantitative descriptive method. the capital and income of street vendors at Ciceri Stadium during the pandemic period decreased compared to before the pandemic, due to the lack of enthusiasm in increasing their productivity. The relationship between street vendors and potential buyers remains intact but does not take any anticipatory efforts in overcoming the changing situation. working hours, duration of work and places to sell remain at the Ciceri stadium so it is difficult to maintain the number of buyers

This studys aim to analyzze the influeence of leadershiip style and work motivatiion on employee performaance of PT Dua Putri Ciliwung Banyuwangi . The study population was all employees of PT Dua Putri Ciliwung Banyuwangi maany as 35 peoples . The method used in this study among others: test validity , reliability , Multiple Linear Regression Analysiis , Multiple coefficient of determination ( R2 ) , F test , t test , test and test Multicolinearity Heteroskidastity . The conclusion of this study is the variable of leadersship stylle and works motivation simultaneeously significantly influence employee performance , while partial leadership style also has a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT Dua Putri Ciliwung Banyuwangi

The reason for this review is to determine the impact of authoritative culture and responsibility on commitment to implementation in Bank Mandiri Jember Area employees. Researchers used a purposive testing strategy on 35 employees at the Operation & Support Unit of Bank Mandiri Jember Area. This review uses a quantitative review with an explanatory research approach. The strategy used in this study is a quantitative technique with data collection using an overview of opinion polls, documentation studies, and meetings to obtain information needed for 35 independent employees of the operation and support unit. The examination used in this examination uses a linear regression review as well as other examiners. Furthermore, the data that has been obtained from filling out questionnaires, documentation studies, and interviews with respondents were tested using linear regression review. The results show that the authoritative culture directly affects the implementation of Bank Mandiri Jember Area employees. and responsibility for commitments directly affect the implementation of Bank Mandiri Jember Area employees

Minimum wage is the minimum standard in the form of money used by employers to pay workers' salaries after doing their work. A minimum wage is a form of effort to improve people's standard of living with less or low incomes. The goal is to earn wages to meet the needs to improve a person's standard of living. The level of wages of workers needs to be improved so that the quality of life of workers and their families can also increase. Wages can be given based on the amount of time spent working and units of goods that workers can afford to distribute. Thus, if the minimum wage level given is higher, then the higher the community's income so that the level of welfare also increases. This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth, inflation, and living needs on the regional minimum wage of 6 cities in Central Java Province. Using Central Java BPS data and regression panel data with REM approach. The result is (1) Economic Growth has no significant effect on the Regional Minimum Wage in 6 Cities of Central Java Province in 2010-2019, (2) Inflation has no significant effect on the Regional Minimum Wage in 6 Cities of Central Java Province in 2010-2019, (3) Living Needs positively and significantly on the Regional Minimum Wage in 6 Cities of Central Java Province in 2010-2019, (4) Economic Growth, Inflation, and Living Needs together have a significant effect on the Regional Minimum Wage in 6 Cities of Central Java Province 2010-2019
