Abstract

The replacement of vegetation by roads, buildings, and other structures leads to increased absorption and reflection of solar heat, resulting in elevated surface temperatures in urban areas. This leads to the formation of more hotspots, triggering changes in weather and climate, which are key indicators of the Urban Heat Island (UHI) phenomenon. UHI refers to the phenomenon where urban areas experience higher temperatures compared to their surrounding areas. The primary factor influencing UHI is the conversion of vegetated land cover into developed areas due to urban growth. This causes an increase in surface temperatures due to a reduction in vegetation density and an increase in building density. Changes in land cover within the study area can be identified using unsupervised classification analysis, followed by the analysis of the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) to assess the vegetation index's impact on Land Surface Temperature (LST) and determine the surface temperature of Bekasi city. Accordingly, the objective of this research is to analyze the Urban Heat Island in Bekasi city using a quantitative approach that utilizes Landsat satellite imagery. The results indicate that the temperature in Bekasi city ranges from 25 to 31 degrees Celsius.  Keywords: Landsat-8, Land Surface Temperature, Land Use, NDVI, USGS   Abstrak Pergantian vegetasi oleh jalan, bangunan, dan struktur lainnya menyebabkan peningkatan penyerapan dan pantulan panas matahari, yang mengakibatkan kenaikan suhu permukaan di kota. Akibatnya, terbentuk lebih banyak titik panas yang memicu perubahan cuaca dan iklim, yang menjadi pemicu terjadinya Urban Heat Island (UHI). UHI adalah fenomena di mana wilayah perkotaan mengalami suhu yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan wilayah sekitarnya. Faktor utama yang mempengaruhi terjadinya UHI adalah konversi lahan vegetasi menjadi area perkotaan akibat pembangunan kota. Hal ini menyebabkan peningkatan suhu permukaan karena berkurangnya kerapatan vegetasi dan peningkatan kerapatan bangunan. Perubahan tutupan lahan di dalam area penelitian dapat diidentifikasi melalui analisis klasifikasi tak terbimbing, diikuti oleh analisis Indeks Vegetasi Perbedaan Ternormalisasi (NDVI) untuk mengetahui pengaruh indeks vegetasi terhadap Suhu Permukaan Tanah (LST) dan menentukan suhu permukaan kota Bekasi. Dengan demikian, tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis Urban Heat Island di kota Bekasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan citra satelit Landsat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suhu kota Bekasi berkisar antara 25 hingga 31 derajat Celsius. Kata kunci: Landsat-8, Land Surface Temperatur, NDVI, Tata Guna Lahan, USGS

Abstract

Futsal and badminton are sports enjoyed by various groups of children, adolescents and adults. Apart from the comfortable and good field conditions, the ease factor in finding sports field information can be an advantage. In the Silma Sport Center information system for storing and managing field data and members still use it in the form of notes, information for tenants must go directly to the place and book the field. In this research, a website information system was built with the concept of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The results of the research are in the form of a website by implementing Acquire that provides easy access to information, enhances good service, and retains listening to customers so that it can help Silma Sport Center in providing services for tenants.. Keywords: CRM, Rentals, Sports Field   Abstrak Futsal dan Bulutangkis merupakan olahraga di gemari berbagai kalangan anak-anak, remaja dan dewasa. Selain dari kondisi lapangan yang nyaman dan baik, faktor kemudahan dalam mencari informasi lapangan olahraga bisa menjadi sebuah keunggulan. Pada sistem informasi Silma Sport Center penyimpanan dan pengelolaan data lapangan serta member masih menggunakan berupa catatan, informasi untuk penyewa harus mendatangi langsung ketempat dan booking lapangan. Pada penelitian dibangun sistem informasi website dengan konsep Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Abstract

Scholarships are given to underprivileged students or outstanding students through a selection involving certain criteria. The criteria include the average value of report cards, parents' income, distance from home to school, number of dependents of parents, condition of the house, and status of the house. This study aims to assist the selection team in determining the award of scholarships so that they can provide appropriate and inappropriate recommendations, taking into account 6 criteria. The problem is that the existing scholarships are only given to students who do not have a father. The K-Means Clustering Algorithm can help Cluster students who are not eligible and eligible to get scholarship recommendations. The dataset used was 145 instances from the MAS scholarship selection committee. Attaqwa 02 Babylon. The data is calculated and tested using the K-Means Clustering algorithm. The results of the test were 32 people were recommended as eligible and 113 people were not eligible. The K-Means Clustering Algorithm can help the selection team to determine the scholarship award.

Abstract

The development of application technology is used as a means of increasing information in all fields of business, both in the field of education. Admission of new students is the initial stage in the selection process in selecting good students. The problem that occurs at SMK Tinta Emas Indonesia is that there is no information system to record reports in new student admissions. Previously, using bookkeeping and Microsoft excel, it was less effective. The method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The results of this study are a web-based new admissions information system. With the admission information system, new students can see announcements and schedules without coming directly to school, and can access reports quickly so that it is effective and does not take much time.

Abstract

PT Malka Makarya Selaras Jakarta is a human resource management consulting services company. Problems in the salary calculation process such as making payslips and the absence of a company database are only paper document archives, over time there are often typos and lost files. Researchers build an employee payroll information system that is displayed on the company's internal website page where the manager is only a special payroll officer. The software development method in this research is the waterfall model. The results of the study obtained that the salary calculation process can be carried out on the employee payroll information system so as to produce faster and more accurate information, payroll can directly print salary slips as official evidence between the company and employees, payroll information systems as a benchmark for technological progress so as to facilitate the company's performance in decision-making.

Abstract

The use of technology in companies can encourage performance and ease in evaluating employee performance. The performance monitoring mechanism that still uses a manual system, usually the HRD section receives the progress of the employee's work based on the recording in a spreadsheet such as excell. An excel file containing job updates for each employee becomes a reference as a monitoring parameter for employee work. This makes the work difficult to monitor so that HRD and Directors can find it difficult to assess employee performance. The development of the selected monitoring system is based on the website. With a website-based system, it can make the monitoring process effective and efficient because each employee can directly enter the work process he does directly into the system, and the HRD department can monitor the completion of employee work in real time, thus the Director can assess employee performance more objectively. and with the system as well as the performance monitoring report produced, it can minimize human errors.

Abstract

This research is about the proportional control value tuning tool on line follower robots or mobile robots. A mobile robot is one type of robot that can move, where the robot system can move itself from position A to position B, and the two positions are separated by a certain distance (the whole body of the robot moves), it can be said that the robot moves dynamically. Speed regulation on the robot requires a control system, one of which is a proportional control system. Proportional control is a control that has an output that is proportional to the magnitude of the error signal the difference between the desired quantity and the actual value. Tuning the proportional constant value using a website server that is created in realtime without the need to re-burn the program code in the line follower robot microcontroller. System testing on this tuning device is carried out to determine the delay time and the difference in delivery speed when using a mobile phone cellular network with a Wi-Fi network. At the time of testing the wemos system, the longest delay was 09.50.0 and the fastest was 00.000.8.

Abstract

The selection of participants for the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) is an activity to determine students who are eligible for assistance. This study aims to create an information system for the Selection of Participants for the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) which will assist Administrative Staff and SD Negeri Pejuang V Bekasi City in determining eligible and ineligible participants for assistance. The method used in this information system uses the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm. The K-Nearest Neighbor process is carried out by giving weight to the student data attributes and looking for the Euclidean distance, then sorted from the smallest distance, after sorting the student data then looking for the closest distance to the training data. The K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm in data training is very fast, simple, easy to learn, effective with large training data and is resistant to data containing incorrect or anomalous values. The results of this study obtained student data as many as 77 students, there are True Positive (TP) data of 5 data, False Positive (FN) of 7 data, True Negative (TN) of 65 data and False Negative (FP) of 0. Results The accuracy obtained is 90.90% with a value of k=10.

Abstract

During a pandemic, we must reduce physical contact both with other people and with objects around us. With automatic payments using RFID technology based on the Internet of Things and websites to minimize physical contact (contactless smartcards) and minimize fraud in transactions. The system uses RFID sensors, Nodemcu esp8266, Jumper cables, I2c LCDs, and databases. Using the Prototype method that works continuously through collaboration between users and analysts. The contactless smartcard system at the SMK Taman Harapan Bekasi canteen can make transactions easier in the canteen. The contactless smartcard was created using the NodeMCU Esp8266 by utilizing the rfid mifare522 sensor as a tag detector so that it can facilitate the buying and selling process, for monitoring it has used a website with data that has been automatically stored in the database to find out canteen and admin user information and transaction history is saved to the database in real time.

Abstract

Educational institutions, especially Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, many scholarships are offered to prospective students, scholarships are also given to prospective students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Huda, East Jakarta, namely in the form of superior scholarships, several problems that often occur, for example the selection process is not accurate due to the large number of applicants who must register. according to the existing criteria, so that the selection process requires accuracy and time so this is not effective. Decision support applications are a way of dealing with the problem of determining scholarships at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This application uses Simple Additive Weighing (SAW), chosen because this method determines the weight of each predetermined criterion then proceeds with the normalization process and continues with the ranking process to select the best alternative. The results of this study are a decision support system in the classification of scholarship recipients using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Huda, East Jakarta based on a website with the results of the selected criteria C1 Academic Achievement, C2 Non-Academic Achievement, C3 Report Value, C4 Personality, C5 Parent's Dependent, C6 Parent's Income. Based on the results of research from the application of a decision support system in classifying scholarship recipients using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, it was successful so that it could be seen which students deserved the scholarship. This application makes it easier for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in the new student admissions section to determine scholarship recipients according to existing criteria, faster and on target as expected compared to the previous system.
