Abstract

Acceptance of teaching staff is an important process that aims to improve the productivity of a company's performance. The reception of teaching staff at the LPIA Hamlet Zamrud Bekasi still uses conventional methods so it requires a long time in the management process. Seeing this, it is necessary to have a computerized data management and decision making system for prospective teaching staff based on predetermined criteria namely micro teaching, teaching experience, recent education and age. In implementing a decision support system using the Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW) method, this method was chosen because in its calculation it can determine the weight values for each attribute, then proceed with the ranking process which will choose the best alternative from several alternatives based on the weights and criteria that have been set specify it. By using criteria to assist in the development and development of decision support systems for system development using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method. Design and system analysis uses Unified Modeling Language (UML). By using the SAW method, the decision making for teaching staff acceptance becomes easier so that it speeds up the decision making process for teaching staff acceptance.

Abstract

Earthquake disaster data represent knowledge from the West Sumatra Province, data taken from the official website of the National Disaster Management Agency that occurred in the period 2001 to 2018. Clustering data mining techniques are used to determine the earthquake impact area using Knowledge Discovery Data. Mining Method (KDD) consisting of Domain Understanding, Additional Selection (Data Selection), Preprocessing (Data Cleaning, Data Sampling), Transformation (Data Normalization), Data Mining (K-means & Linear Regression), Evaluation and Interpretation (cluster & Prediction). The results showed that the use of the K-Means method resulted in 3 clusters with the largest earthquake impact in the city of Padang in 2009, while the use of Linear Regression estimates the impact of victims and damage to facilities and units that often occur in earthquake locations. The purpose of the research is to implement and categorize and predict to find out the results of the impact and damage of the earthquake that occurred in the province of West Sumatra.

Abstract

The learning system of the Nailufar Islamic Elementary School is currently carried out using face-to-face learning methods, zoom applications, whatsapp and Microsoft Excel in processing grades, thus allowing for lost or damaged test papers and errors when inputting student grades which cause the data to be inaccurate. In developing an information system, researchers use the application of User Center Design, where researchers conduct observations and interviews with the school to determine the system requirements in the development of this e-learning system. The e-learning system that the researcher proposes can store teacher data, student data, view lesson schedules, read material, make assignments or exam questions, upload assignments, take exams and display print results from student scores. With this system, it can facilitate the implementation of teaching and learning activities and the making of student grade reports. This e-learning system that has been designed can also avoid lost or damaged documents so that the learning system used by the Nailufar Islamic Elementary School becomes more effective, efficient and the resulting data is more accurate.

Abstract

For companies to expand various ways of ordering in order to increase sales, a decision support system is needed, because the general public still makes decisions that are subjective and not as expected. Without quantitative data to support the right decision-making process, determining how to order is not objective. The research uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method which is a functional hierarchy decision support model. In the way of ordering products by consumers, the better the service and the types of orders provided by the restaurant will lead to satisfaction of consumers. The results of the study indicate that the most important criteria for choosing how to order products are the criteria for Product Quality of 42%, Promotion of 25%, Time of 17%, and Price of 15%. Furthermore, the order of alternative priorities for choosing the way to order products by consumers is the first, namely Aggregator by 33%, Take Away by 27%, Delivery and Application having the same weight of 20%.

Abstract

Effective promotion can increase sales figures. One way is to identify market conditions, namely about consumer purchasing tastes, which can be observed through consumer purchase transaction data. In recent years, transaction data has been widely used as research material, which aims to build some new information related to sales patterns to help manage future business development. In this study, the a priori algorithm method was used to determine sales patterns. The results obtained from the experiments carried out that the application of data mining using yahoo a priori with the association rule method can run well and produce two association rules, by changing the minimum support and confidence parameters. After the experiment using the apriori algorithm, it was found that the combination of menu items that can be made for sales patterns or the development process uses the racist Kopioko package menu, potatoes with a value of 60.34%, and racist Kopioko, Agung with a value of 54.88

Abstract

Inventory control needs to be considered by retail and manufacturing companies because it greatly determines the smooth running of business activities in achieving maximum profits with minimal costs. Inventory management of the Hafiz Store is still done manually. This can be overcome by having a prediction of the inventory that must be done to meet the number of customer requests. Prediction is expected to determine the optimal inventory. So the use of the Economic Order Quantity method in predicting demand for the next period is the right choice. The results of the analysis of yarn inventory control at the Hafiz Store concluded that the average demand for raw materials was 100 with an order cost of 1000, and a storage cost of 1000, with a period of 5 days, and the reorder point was 2550, the EOQ results obtained were 55. The prediction results are obtained then the process the calculation of the Economy Order Quantity (EOQ) method which is used to determine the number of items that must be ordered for each order, the amount of safety stock, and the minimum amount of stock for reordering through the built inventory application.

Abstract

Each school will determine the role model at the end of each semester to measure the competency test of each student. However, in determining exemplary students in schools, it always creates inspiration among the teacher councils because each teacher council has each to see exemplary students in schools. The Support System (SPK) or Decision Support System (DSS) is an information system intended to assist schools in solving student decision problems. One of the methods used in the decision support system is the Weighted product. The criteria used are academic and non-academic. Furthermore, the criteria will be divided into sub-criteria according to the provisions of the school. With this model student application, it really helps the teacher council to solve the problems that students expect at school.

Abstract

In today's modern era, the use of the Internet of Things (IoT) has been widely applied in various fields, almost all electronic devices are connected to the internet. Along with the development of technology, the application of technology in agriculture is very important. Due to the increasing need for plant monitoring and care. Therefore, the importance of plant care and monitoring so that the plants planted can produce good quality. In this research, an automatic plant watering and monitoring system is designed that is connected to the internet network so that users can care for and monitor plants so that they are maintained and produce quality plants. This system is designed using NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller as the system control center. In this study, a system for monitoring and watering plants automatically has been successfully designed by reading the moisture content in the soil. The result is that this system can provide the right water requirements for plants. Then the system sends information to the website page that has been built so that users can monitor the plants.

Abstract

Motorcycles are a means of transportation that have become a primary need for most urban communities in Indonesia. Apart from being a necessity, it is not uncommon for some people to make motorbikes a hobby. This hobby of motorbikes then raises the need for knowledge of vehicle maintenance. In this study, several problems with vehicles of Vespa-2-Tak will be reviewed that require knowledge for maintenance. The maintenance of existing vehicles in most Vespa-2-Tak vehicle repair shops is still manual. This study initiated the idea to try to implement an expert system application using the forward chaining method to diagnose motorcycle Vespa-2-tak problems. This expert system is implemented in a web-based software application with a waterfall development model. Testing with the black-box testing method obtained good results. Thus, this expert system can help Vespa-2-Tak motorcycle users to find out the disturbance or damage to their vehicle and alternative solutions without having to come directly to the bike shop.

Abstract

The development of information technology has penetrated all areas of life in all parts of the world, which is triggered by the increasing complexity of business activities and the increasing need for financial information. Processing of financial data on CV. Akbar Motor is recorded manually using sheets of paper so that the recording still does not work optimally. In addition, manual data processing is quite time-consuming, labor-intensive, and large costs which causes late financial statements. Researchers process financial data manually then continue using Zahir Accouting Software Version 5.1 as a comparison. The research methods used in collecting data consist of observations, interviews and literature studies. Comparison between manual processing of financial data with Zahir Accounting version 5.1. aims to find out the financial condition of an enterprise in a certain period in the hope that it can be used in decision making quickly and accurately.
