Abstract

In the modern digital environment, technology is used in almost every area of schooling. Teaching and learning are becoming increasingly complex and personal, especially with the use of technology, and this has an impact on students' moral character. Guidance and counseling in schools is a basic need to assist pupils in developing self-concept, facilitating self-adjustment to their challenges, and developing hobbies, as well as developing social and personal skills. It seeks to educate pupils as persons with integrity and noble values, as well as high moral standards based on universal values and moral principles that contribute to the unity, prosperity, and well-being of individuals, countries, and global society. In this study, students' moral character is strengthened through the process of mentoring and counseling in order to produce good student character that can have a positive impact on themselves and their environment.

Abstract

Studi ini mengkaji penelitian etnomatematika dari tahun 2019 sampai 2023. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif kajian literatur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan Google Scholar dan software Publish and Perish dengan kata kunci Etnomathematics. Hasil kajian ini diperoleh bahwa sebagian besar penelitian etnomatematika di Indonesia adalah penelitian studi etnografik design, sementara penelitian eksperimen (kuantitif) dan penelitian pengembangan masih sedikit. Materi matematika yang paling banyak digunakan adalah geometri. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan memperluas ruang lingkup penelitian etno matematika pada metode kualitatif dan pengembangan. Untuk materi matematika, sebaliknya menggunakan materi selain geometri. Studi yang akan datang perlu memperhatikan jenjang pendidikan, aspek budaya yang akan digunakan dan keterkaitannyadengan matematika, dan model pembelajaran yang digunakan sehingga terlihat jelas langkah-langkah penerapan etnomatematika dalam pembelajaran. Selain itu, asessmen harus terlihat agar capaian pembelajaran dapat diukur. Studi ini menemukan bahwa banyak penelitian sebelumnya yang tidak memperhatikan jenjang pendidikan, aspek budaya yang digunakan, metode pembelajaran, dan asessmen dalam penelitian etno matematika.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the utilization of learning activities with Game-Based Learning using the Quizizz Platform as a learning evaluation medium for students of the Development Economics Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Syiah Kuala University. The method used is descriptive quantitative. Data was taken by observing the development of scores on the first quiz and changes that occurred in the scores on the second quiz from the results of the Quizizz evaluation. This method was applied to two courses, introductory macroeconomics, and the Indonesian Economy, totaling 58 students. The results of the study found that learning using Game-Based Learning through the Quizizz application was able to support improving student learning evaluation results, increasing achievement and activeness, and student involvement in the learning process.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the length of time looking for work among educated workers in Banda Aceh City. This research is quantitative, using primary data with non-probability sampling obtained by distributing questionnaires to 108 respondents. The model used is the Multiple Linear Regression model. The research results show that education, age and work experience have a significant positive effect on the length of time workers look for work. The age variable is the most dominant variable influencing the length of time looking for work compared to education and work experience. It is hoped that the Government can develop apprenticeship programs that are relevant to higher education. This program can provide opportunities for new graduates to gain practical experience in the workplace and develop skills required by industry. The government can provide incentives for companies to participate in these programs, such as tax cuts or benefits.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendapatan perempuan dan tingkat kemiskinan terhadap pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD). Menggunakan data panel 34 provinsi di Indonesia selama periode 2015-2020, tingkat kemiskinan juga diposisikan sebagai moderating variable. Model analisis yang digunakan terdiri dari regresi panel dan moderated regression analysis (MRA) yang kemudian diestimasi menggunakan pendekatan ordinary least square (OLS). Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bukti statistik bahwa pendapatan perempuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap angka partisipasi kasar (APK) pendidikan ini. Semakin besar kontribusi pendapatan perempuan dalam keluarga, semakin tinggi partisipasi pendidikan anak usia dini. Sebaliknya, kemiskinan berpengaruh negatif. Semakin tinggi tingkat kemiskinan semakin rendah APK PAUD. Namun demikian, keberadaan tingkat kemiskinan tidak memoderasi pengaruh pendapatan perempuan terhadap APK PAUD. Dengan kata lain, pengaruh positif kontribusi pendapatan perempuan terhadap APK PAUD tidak berbeda berdasarkan tingkat kemiskinan.

Abstract

In the era of digitalization, Islamic religious education teachers must be able to use technology and design learning strategies to improve the quality of learning, but in reality, there are Islamic religious education teachers who do not utilize technology in the learning process and strategies that are not planned so that learning is not directed and students become passive. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of Islamic religious education learning strategies in the digital era and to determine the strategies of Islamic religious education teachers in improving the quality of learning. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method, with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are the implementation of learning strategies for Islamic religious education in the digital era. The teacher uses technology in delivering learning material through learning media, then to improve the quality of learning, Islamic religious education teachers use three strategies, namely organizing strategies, delivery strategies, and management strategies.

Abstract

Strategy in education refers to the approach chosen and implemented to achieve educational goals. This involves selecting appropriate methods, techniques, and resources to teach, guide, and develop students. These strategies can cover various aspects of education, including curriculum, instruction, assessment, classroom management, and teacher professional development. This research was conducted to describe the application of the diniyah program in increasing the enthusiasm for learning held by students at the Fajar Hidayah IT School, Aceh Besar, which includes motivation for the material, the will to continue learning despite experiencing difficulties, awareness of clear learning goals. This research is in qualitative form, where this approach aims to look at a process of educational activities based on what happens in the field. The instruments used to collect data are interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of interviews and observations, researchers found that the implementation of the diniyah program had a positive effect on students' enthusiasm for learning, starting from understanding the material, students' awareness of learning and students starting to apply the knowledge they had learned in their daily lives.
